Narrate the episode when the Sustainer Lord of you the Messenger had called Mūsā [alai'his'slaam] commanding that, "You go to the nation of unjust tyrannical people— [26:10]

آپ(ﷺ)اس واقعہ کو بھی بیان /قلمبند کر دیں ؛ جب آپ کے رب نے موسیٰ(علیہ السلام)کو پکار کرظلم و ستم پر کاربند قوم کی جانب جانے کا کہا تھا۔

The nation of Fir'aoun/Pharaoh. Will not they fear and become cautious upon watching the displays? [26:11]

فرعون کی قوم کی جانب ۔کیا وہ آیتیں (معجزات)دیکھ کر بھی حفاظت اور پناہ کے خواستگار نہیں ہوں گے!(جیسے آپ خوداسے کوبرا بنتے دیکھ کر خوف سے بھاگ گئے تھے)

He (Mūsā alai'his'slaam) replied, "My Sustainer Lord! It is true that I am apprehensive they will contradict me — [26:12]

انہوں(موسیٰ علیہ السلام)نے عرض کیا"میرے رب؛مجھے اس بات کا خدشہ ہے کہ وہ مجھے برسر عام جھٹلا دیں گے۔

Moreover, my chest feels constricted-narrow, and my tongue is passive in movements - activity—does not fluently articulate/express —

اور میرا سینہ گھٹن اور تنگی محسوس کرتا ہے،اور میری زبان روانی سے حرکت کرنے سے قاصر ہے۔

Therefore, You the Exalted do send for Ha'roon [whom you have appointed Messenger with me as my sharer — [26:13]

آپ نے چونکہ ھارون کو میرے ساتھ رسول بنا دیا ہے اس لئے انہیں میرے پاس آنے کا پیغام دیں۔

And an accusation that lies against me is a strength point-argument available for them, thereby I apprehend they might execute me." [26:14]

اور مجھ پرایک قتل کا الزام ان کے لئے قانونی کاروائی کا جواز بن سکتا ہےجس کے سبب مجھے خوف ہے کہ وہ مجھے سزائے موت دےدیں"۔

He the Exalted said, "No, not at all —

انہوں نے جواب دیا"قطعاً ایسا نہیں ہو گا۔

"Now therefore [Haroon having joined and all your apprehensions removed] fearlessly you both go along with Our unprecedented signs - displays —

اس لئے بے خوف و خدشہ آپ دونوں فرعون کی جانب روانہ ہوں، عینی مشاہدہ کے لئے میری شہادتوں (آیات/معجزات ) کی مصاحبت میں جوتصور، تجربہ، سائنسی توجیح سے ماورائے اِدراک ہوتے ہوئے اس حقیقت کی جانب واضح رہنمائی کریں گی کہ من جانب اللہ سند اور برھان ہیں۔۔

Indeed Our Majesty will be present there with you all, listening — [26:15]

یقیناً ہم آپ سب کے ساتھ ہوں گے،ہر لمحہ ہم بات کو توجہ سے سنتے ہیں۔

Therefore, you both go straight to Fir'aoun/Pharaoh, whereupon both tell him, "Indeed we are Messenger of the Sustainer Lord of the Worlds—all that exists — [26:16]

اس طرح بے خوف و خدشہ دونوں فرعون کے پاس جاؤ، وہاں شاہی دربار میں پہنچ کر فرعون سے مخاطب ہو کرکہنا: "یہ حقیقت ہے کہ ہم تمام موجودات کے رب کے رسول ہیں جو آپ کے رب کا حکم نامہ لے کر آئے ہیں۔

The message is that you send with us Bani Iesraa'eel." [26:17]

پیغام یہ ہے کہ آپ بنی اسرائیل کو ہمارے ساتھ روانہ کر دیں"۔

He (Fir'aoun/Pharaoh) replied: "Did we not nourish and raise you among us while you were a child?

اس(فرعون)نے کہا’’کیا ہم نے تجھے بچپن سے اپنے درمیان رکھ کر پرورش اور پروان نہیں چڑھایا۔

And you lived among us many years of your age — [26:18]

اور تو اپنی عمر کے کئی سال ہمارے درمیان آباد رہا۔

And you did, an act of yours which you did once —(subtle threat of reopening the accidental murder case)

اور تم نے پہلی مرتبہ اپنی وہ حرکت کی۔یاد کر وہ پہلی مرتبہ کی ہوئی حرکت جو تونے کی تھی۔(زیر لب اس اتفاقی قتل کیس کو کھولنے کی دھمکی)

And now you are one of the ungrateful". [26:19]

اور تواس وقت جو کر رہا ہے وہ تجھے ان میں شامل کر رہا ہے جوشکر گزار نہیں ہوتے‘‘۔

He (Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]) said, "I had done that suddenly while I was lost in thought. [absorbed in deep thinking-28:15]; [26:20]
انہوں(موسیٰ علیہ السلام)نے کہا’’میں نے وہ حرکت اس وقت کی تھی جب اچانک مجھے زور سے پکارا گیا تھا جبکہ میں اس لمحے گہرے تفکر میں کھویا ہوا تھا۔(القصص۔۱۵ پڑھیں)

Since I got the information of your counseling of getting me executed on the pretext of that incident instead of allowing law to take its own course, therefore, I escaped from you the moment I felt apprehensive of you people — [see-28:20]

چونکہ مجھے علم ہو گیا تھا کہ آپ لوگ اس حادثے کو جواز بنا کرمجھے پھانسی دینے کا منصوبہ بنا رہے ہو اس لئے میں آپ سے فرار ہو گیا جوں ہی مجھے آپ لوگوں سے خوف محسوس ہوا۔

My decision was sequel to my Sustainer Lord had since granted me wisdom in my youth . —

میرا یہ فیصلہ اس صلاحیت کا استعمال تھا جو میرے رب نے جوانی ہی میں مجھے حکمت و دانائی سے نوازا تھا(حوالہ القصص۔۱۴)

And He the Exalted has appointed me as one of the deputed Messengers towards you. [26:21]

اور ان جناب نے مجھے مختلف اقوام کی جانب بھیجے گئے میں شامل کر کے آپ لوگوں کی جانب بحثیت رسول پیغام دینے کے لئے مقرر فرمایا ہے۔

And as for the favour you are quoting obligation upon me, it is that you have enslaved Bani Iesraa'eel!" [26:22]

اور جہاں تک اس بھلائی کا تعلق ہے جس کا آپ مجھ پر احسان جتلا رہے ہیں اس حوالے سے کہ آپ نے بنی اسرائیل کو غلام بنا کر رکھا ہوا تھا‘‘۔

Fir'aoun (Pharaoh) said, "Explain whom you refer by the Sustainer Lord of the Worlds?" [26:23]

فرعون نے کہا"یہ تو واضح کریں کہ رب العالمین کس کا حوالہ ہے"۔

He (Mūsā alai'his'slaam defining the word "Worlds"]) said, "He the Exalted is the Sustainer Lord of the Skies and the Earth and all that which exists in between them —

انہوں (موسیٰ علیہ السلام)نے فرمایا"وہ آسمانوں اور زمین اور جو کچھ ان کے مابین ہے کے رب ہیں۔

If you people (all in Levee) were who inferentially make sure attaining certainty." [26:24] (same in 44:07)

متذکرہ انکشاف کو تسلیم کر لو اگر تم لوگ اللہ تعالیٰ کے فرمودات پریقین کرنے والے ہو"۔

Root: ي ق ن

He (Fir'aoun/Pharaoh feeling disturbed by pin drop silence while hearing him) addressing those who were around him said, "Are you people not attentively listening?" [26:25]

ہمہ تن گوش ماحول میں دراندازی کرتے ہوئے اس(فرعون)نے ان قریبی رفقاء کو جو اس کے قریب بیٹھے تھے کہا"کیا تم لوگ انہماک سے نہیں سن رہے!"

He (Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]) said, "Sustainer Lord of the Worlds is the Sustainer Lord of you people and the Sustainer Lord of your earlier forefathers." [26:26]

انہوں (موسیٰ علیہ السلام)نے فرمایا"وہ رب العالمین آپ لوگوں کے رب ہیں اور آپ کے آباؤاجداد کے رب ہیں"۔

He (Fir'aoun/Pharaoh) said, "Indeed the Messenger of you people; he who has been sent to you people, is certainly obsessively deluded." [26:27]

اس نے(فرعون ، دخل دیتے ہوئے )کہا"در حقیقت تمہارا رسول ،وہ جسے تم لوگوں کی جانب بھیجا گیا ہے میرے خیال میں یقیناًخبطی،فاسد خیالات میں گم کردہ ہو گیا ہے"۔

He (Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]) said, "Sustainer Lord of the Worlds is the Sustainer Lord of the East and the West and whatever exists in between them —

انہوں (موسیٰ علیہ السلام)نے فرمایا"وہ جناب مشرق اور مغرب اور جو کچھ ان کے مابین موجود ہے سب کے رب ہیں۔

You would conclude the same reality If you people (looking at the elite of Egypt present in Levee) apply intellect to differentiate and comprehend." [26:28]

اگر آپ لوگ عقل و فکر سے کام لیں تو خود بھی اس حقیقت کو جان لیں گے"۔

Root: ع ق ل

He (Fir'aoun) said, "I am determined that if you have adopted an iela'aha: Sustainer Lord who is other than me, I will henceforth most certainly render you as jailed/imprisoned." [26:29]

اس(فرعون)نے معبود مطلق کے بیان پر بے چین ہوتے ہوئے کہا"اگر آپ نے مجھ سے علاوہ کسی کو معبود مطلق اختیار کیا تو میں یقینی طور پر تجھے قیدیوں میں شامل کر دوں گا"۔

Root: س ج ن

He (Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]) said, "You would do this even if I have come to you with a thing making distinctly evident what I have said about Sustainer Lord of Worlds?" [26:30]

انہوں(موسیٰ علیہ السلام)نے جواب دیا"کیا آپ ایسا کریں گے اگرچہ میں ایک ایسی شئے کے ساتھ تیرے پاس آیا ہوں جو متبین کر دے گا کہ معبود مطلق کون ہے؟"

He (Fir'aoun) said, "Then you come with it if you were the truthful." [26:31]

اس(فرعون)نے کہا"اگر ایسا ہے تو جاؤاس کو ساتھ لے کر آؤ ا گر آپ سچ بولنے والے ہیں"۔

Acceding to his demand, he (Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]) threw before their eyes his stick; the moment it fell on ground it was evidently a real serpent with hood: Cobra. [26:32]

جواب میں انہوں نے وہیں کھڑے کھڑے اپنے ہاتھ میں تھامی عصا کو ان کی آنکھوں کے سامنے زمین پر ڈال دیا؛ توزمین پر گرتے ہی وہ صریحاً زندہ کوبرا بن گئی تھی۔

And the moment he (Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]) drew out his hand, after putting in his armpit through neckband, she/palm was pure shining white without spot for the onlookers. [26:33]

اوروہ (موسیٰ علیہ السلام)اپنے ہاتھ کو گریبان سے بغل میں لے گئے۔بغل سے چھو کر جوں ہی اسے نکالا تو ہتھیلی وہاں موجود دیکھنے والوں کے لئے سفید چمکدار تھی۔

He (Fir'aoun) said to Chiefs who were immediately around him —

اس(فرعون)نے اپنے اردگرد قریبی سرداروں کو متوجہ کرتے ہوئے کہا:

"Indeed, he is certainly a knowledgeable magician, player of illusory tricks. [26:34]

"یقیناً یہ صاحب توفریب نظر کے ماہر شعبدہ باز ہیں۔

Root: س ح ر

He has the intention of ousting you people from your Land with his illusory tricks —

یہ توچاہتا ہے کہ تم لوگوں کو تمہاری سلطنت کی حکمرانی سے اپنے جادوکے شعبدے سےنکال دے۔

Root: س ح ر

Therefore, to controvert his design, what you suggest/advise?" [26:35]

اس کے پیش نظر آپ لوگ کیا مشورہ دیتے ہیں"۔

[not agreeing but instead of openly contradicting] They (Chieftains) said, "You defer granting time to him and his brother—

انہوں نے (دوسرے سرداروں نے اس کے خیال سے بالواسطہ اتفاق نہ کرتے ہوئے)جواب دیا"آپ انہیں(موسیٰ علیہ السلام)اور ان کے بھائی کو وقت دیں۔

And nominate/appoint gatherers in the towns — [26:36]

اور آپ بستیوں میں شعبدہ بازوں کو اکٹھا کرنے والوں کو مقرر کر کےبھیجیں۔

They will come back to you along with every knowledgeable magician/illusionist/displayer of illusory tricks." [26:37]

وہ تمام کے تمام شعبدہ بازی کے علم میں ماہرین کو لے کر آ جائیں گے"۔

In compliance to directive, the magicians - illusionists - demonstrators of illusory tricks were gathered at the appointed place on the known day—the day of the festival. [26:38]

اس کے بعدفرعون کے حکم کی تعمیل میں شعبدہ بازوں کو مقررہ مقام پر معلوم تہوار کے دن مظاہرہ دکھانے کے لئے اکٹھا کر لیا گیا۔

And it was announced for general public whether "Are you people assembling with passion and taste — [26:39]

اور عوام الناس کے لئے اعلان کیا گیا؛"کیا تم لوگ شوق و ذوق سے اکٹھے ہو گے۔

So that we affectionately enjoy - admire the magicians if they were the victorious." [26:40]

تاکہ ہم لوگ شعبدہ بازوں کو سراہیں اگر وہ مقابلے میں غالب ہو جائیں"۔

In compliance to the directive issued when the Magicians came they said to Fir'aoun:

چونکہ انہیں بتایا گیا کہ بادشاہ سلامت ان سے ملاقات کے خواہش مند ہیں اس لئے جوں ہی شعبدہ باز دربار میں پہنچے تو انہوں نے فرعون کو مخاطب کر کے کہا:

"Would there indeed for us be a sure reward if we were the victorious." [26:41]

"ہمارے لئے یقیناً انعام و اکرام ہو گا اگر ہم مقابلے میں غالب ہو جائیں گے"۔

Root: غ ل ب

He (Fir'aoun) replied, "Off course! and in that case as soon it would have happened you will certainly become part of close- confidants." [26:42]

اس(فرعون)نے جواب دیا"ہاں انعام ملے گا،بلکہ جب ایسا ہو جائے گا تو تم لوگ ان میں شمار ہو گے جو ہمارے قریبی ہیں"۔

Mūsā [alai'his'slaam] said to them (Magicians): "Display to public that which you perform as conjurers."

موسیٰ(علیہ السلام)نے ان سے کہا"آپ لوگ کرتب دکھائیں، سامنے زمین پر پھینکیں جو تم پھینک کر شعبدہ دکھاتے ہو"۔

Thereby, they started throwing their various ropes and sticks [in organized manner/equation-timing] —

ان کے جواب کو سن کر انہوں(شعبدہ باز)نے ااپنے رسیاں اور چھڑیاں زمین پر پھینکنا شروع کر دیں۔

While they pronounced, "By the might and dominance of Fir'aoun! Indeed we are certainly the victorious," [26:44]

اور انہوں نے نعرہ لگایا"فرعون کے جاہ و جلال کی قسم،یقیناً ہم بلاشبہ غلبہ پانے والے ہیں"۔

Thereupon, [in response to Allah's command 7:117;20:69] Mūsā [alai'his'slaam] threw his stick, whereby she suddenly [was a cobra] started swallowing what deception—illusion they had created. [26:45]

پیغام سن کر موسیٰ (علیہ السلام) نے اپنی عصا کو زمین پر پھینکا،تو وہ اچانک کوبرا سانپ بن کر اس کو نگلنا شروع ہو گئی جووہ شئے کو گھما پھرا کرفریب نظر کا شعبدہ دکھایا کرتے تھے۔

Thereby, the illusionists were seen lain prostrating —

حقیقت جان لینے پر شعبدہ باز زمین پر جھک کر سجدہ ریز ہو گئے۔

[after prostration] They pronounced: "We have heartily believed in the Sustainer Lord of the Universes - all that exists— [26:47]

انہوں نے پہلے کہا"ہم عالمین کے رب پر ایمان لے آئے ہیں۔

The Sustainer Lord of Mūsā and Ha'roon [alai'him'slaam]." [26:48]

موسیٰ اور ھارون(علیہماالسلام)کے رب پر"۔

He (Fir'aoun) said reprimanding, "How come you believed for him before I had granted permission for you people—

اس (فرعون)نے ان شعبدہ بازوں کو مخاطب کر کے کہا"کیا تم اس(موسیٰ علیہ السلام)پر ایمان لے آئے ہو قبل اس کے کہ میں نے تمہارے لئے اجازت کا فرمان دیا؟

Indeed he (Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]) is certainly your elder who has taught you the magic; the consequence of it you will soon come to know —

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ وہ(موسیٰ علیہ السلام)تم لوگوں کا بڑا بزرگ ہے جس نے تمہیں جادو کی تعلیم دی ہے۔تمہارا منصوبہ بے نقاب ہو گیا ہے اس لئے اس کا انجام تم جلد جان جاؤ گے۔

Since you have done this without my permission, thereby, I will soon surely detach-chain off your hands and feet from opposite sides;

چونکہ تم لوگوں نے میرے فرمان کے بغیر ایسا کیا ہے،اس لئے میں جلد ہی تمہارے ہاتھوں اور تمہارے پاؤں کو مخالف سمت میں منقطع کر دونگا۔

And I will surely crucify you all collectively." [26:49]

اور میں قسمیہ کہتا ہوں کہ میں تمہیں درختوں کے تنوں پرٹانگ کر سزائے موت دونگا؛ اجتماعی انداز میں"۔

They (the illusionists) replied, "Not at all a matter of harmful concern, we don't care —

انہوں(شعبدہ بازوں نے ترکی بہ ترکی)نے جواب دیا"قطعا! کسی بھی قسم کے نقصان اور تکلیف کی ہمیں پرواہ نہیں۔

Indeed We are reversers towards our Sustainer Lord — [26:50]

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہم اپنے رب کی جانب پلٹ چکے ہیں۔

Indeed we desire that for us our Sustainer Lord may forgive our omissions that we have become the first believers." [of His signs] [26:51]

حقیقت تو یہ ہے کہ ہمیں تو صرف یہ طمع ہے کہ ہمارے رب ہمارے لئے ہماری خطاؤں کو درگزر کرتے ہوئے معاف فرما دیں کہ ہم ایمان لانے والوں میں اولین ہیں"۔
