• Indeed Our Majesty had compositely sent the Tor'aat —

یہ حقیقت ہے کہ ہم جناب نے تورات بیک وقت نازل کی تھی۔

  • Guidance: Regulation - information code for aright course of conduct was prescribed therein (within her). And it had the illuminating light - insights in her contents showing the straight path to destination.

زندگی کو راست روی سے بسر کرنے کا ہدایت نامہ اورقلوب کو بینائی/حیات کو تسلسل دینے والا نور/سفید روشنی اس  میں کندہ مندرجات میں موجود تھا۔

  • The Elevated and Chosen Allegiants of Allah the Exalted who on appointment as Messengers used to adjudge for those who had obtained identity of Jews by her standard commandments —

اللہ تعالیٰ کے تمام پر اشرف اور محترم قرار دئیے گئے بندے جنہوں نے رسالت کے فرائض سونپے جانے پر نازل کردہ پر سب سے اول سر تسلیم خم کیا تھا اس(سلوں پر کندہ تورات۔اسم مؤنث)میں درج تعزیری قوانین کے مطابق انہیں احکام اور فیصلے دیتے تھے جنہوں نے اپنی شناخت یہودی اختیار کر لی تھی۔

  • And the rabbis and the intelligentsia adjudged with those contents of the Book of Allah the Exalted which survived-remained guarded —

اور ربانی صفت نسبتی کے حامل لوگ اوردانشور انہیں اس کی مدد سے تلقین کرتے تھے جو انہوں نے اللہ تعالیٰ کے کلام پر مشتمل کتاب کے مندرجات میں سے محفوظ/حفظ کر رکھا تھا۔

  • And they were attesters upon it.

اور وہ لوگ(ربانی اور دانشور)اس (دور میں نافذ العمل کتاب)پر گواہ بنتے تھے۔

  • Therefore, you should not dread people; instead be completely in awe of Me —

اِس لئے اُن (حجتیں کرنے والوں) کی پرواہ کرنے کی تم لوگوں کوضرورت نہیں اور مجھ سے خبردار اور امید سے متوجہ رہو۔

  • Take caution that you (the religious leaders/scholars) should not indulge in business with My Aa'ya'at: unitary verbal passages for a trifling price-worldly gain —

اورتم لوگوں کو چاہئے کہ اپنے معمولی فائدے کیلئے میری آیات کے ذریعے کاروبارنہ کرو ۔

  • Be mindful; if anyone decided and commanded not by that which Allah the Exalted had compositely sent:

متنبہ رہو؛ جو کوئی اس کے مطابق فیصلے اور احکام نہیں دے گا جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجتمع انداز میں ہدایت نامہ نازل کر دیا ہوا ہے:

  • Thereby, they are the people who are in fact the disavowers/non-believers. [5:44]

چونکہ وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے نازل کردہ ہدایت نامہ کو اپنا طرز حیات نہیں بناتے اس لئے یہ لوگ در حقیقت اللہ تعالیٰ کو ماننے سے انکار کرنے والے ہیں۔

  • And Our Majesty ordained upon them therein (Tablets of Tor'aat- feminine noun):

اور ہم جناب نے اس (سلوں پر کندہ تورات۔اسم مؤنث)میں مندرجہ ذیل تعزیری قانون کا اطلاق کر دیا تھا:۔

  • That a person for a person —

وہ یہ کہ مقصد اور منصوبے کے تحت قتل کئے شخص کے قاتل ہی کو سزائے موت دی جائے گی۔

  • And an eye for an eye —

اور آمکھ کو ضائع کرنے والے کی سزا اس کی آنکھ کو نکالنا ہو گی۔

  • And nose for a nose —

اور ناک کاٹنے والے کی سزا اس کا ناک کاٹنا ہو گی۔

  • And ears for ears —

اور کانوں کو کاٹنے والے کی سزا اس کے کان کاٹنا ہو گی۔

  • And a tooth for a tooth —

اور دانت توڑنے والے کی سزا اس کا دانٹ توڑنا ہو گی۔

  • And for the wounds, retaliatory punishment is to be pursued.

اور یہ کہ زخمی کرنے والوں کو ڈھونڈ کر سزا دینا لازم ہے۔

  • Thereby, whoever forgoes the excess-wrong done to him, thereat, it is for him an expiation [for his other wrong doings].

ان تعزیری جرائم کا مرتکب شخص اگر ازخود اس زیادتی کا بدلہ/عوضانہ دینا چاہے تو دوسرے فریق کے قبول کرنے کی صورت میں وہ اس کے لئے جرم کا کفارہ سمجھا جائے۔

  • Be mindful; if anyone in timeline decided and commanded not by that: the Book which Allah the Exalted communicated:

متنبہ رہو؛ جو کوئی اس کے مطابق فیصلے اور احکام نہیں دے گا جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجتمع انداز میں ہدایت نامہ نازل کر دیا ہوا ہے:

  • Thereby such people are truly the evil-doers-distorters-creators of imbalances-disorders-over stepping. [5:45]

تو یہ ہیں وہ لوگ جو حقیقت کو باطل میں بدلنے والے ہیں۔

  • And Our Majesty, upon influence and affect left by them (), continued the mission on the same pattern by Easa [alai'his'slaam], the son of Maryam  —

اور ہم جناب نے ان(نبیوں)کے چھوڑے نقوش و اثرات پرمشن  ہدایت  کو بذریعہ عیسیٰ(علیہ السلام)،ابن مریم(صدیقہ)،جاری رکھا۔

  • He (Easa [alai'his'slaam]) acted as the Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier-Authenticator of prevalent information before him which was truly the content of Tor'aat.

وہ (عیسیٰ علیہ السلام)اس کی تصدیق و توثیق کرنے والے تھے جو ان سے قبل نازل کردہ تھا،تورات کے مندرجات میں سے۔

  • And Our Majesty had given him (Easa alai'his'slaam the book named) In'jeel.

اور ہم جناب نے انہیں اپنے کلام پر مشتمل کتاب بعنوان انجیل کو عنایت کیا تھا۔

زندگی کو راست روی سے بسر کرنے کا ہدایت نامہ اورقلوب کو بینائی/حیات کو تسلسل دینے والا نور/سفید روشنی اس کے مندرجات میں موجود تھا۔

  • And it (Injeel) acted as affirmer and sanctifier of prevalent information before it which was truly the content of Tor'aat.

اور وہ(انجیل)وہ اس کی تصدیق و توثیق کرنے والا تھا جو اس سے قبل نازل کردہ تھا،تورات کے مندرجات میں سے۔

  • And it served as a Guide and cautioning advice for those who sincerely endeavour to attain salvation, [5:46]

اوریہ منزل کی جناب ہادی/رہنما اور ایک سبق آموز نصیحت کا کردار ادا کرتا تھا ان لوگوں کے لئے  جو تندہی سے محتاط اور غلط روش سے اپنے آپ کو محفوط رکھتے ہوئے اللہ تعالیٰ سے پناہ کے خواستگار رہے۔

  • And the holders of In'jeel should command the people by that which Allah the Exalted had communicated therein.

اور اہل انجیل کو چاہئے کہ وہ  اپنےلوگوں کو اس کے مطابق حکم اور تلقین کریں جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجتمع انداز میں اس کے مندرجات میں نازل کیا تھا۔

  • Be mindful; if anyone in timeline decided and commanded not by that: the Book which Allah the Exalted had communicated:

متنبہ رہو؛ جو کوئی اس کے مطابق فیصلے اور احکام نہیں دے گا جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجتمع انداز میں ہدایت نامہ نازل کر دیا ہوا ہے:

  • Thereat, they are truly the people who are aberrant: in habit of going out of the prescribed bounds breaking their covenant. [5:47]

تو ان کے متعلق جان لو؛ایسے لوگ درحقیقت  عہد/آئین شکن اور حدودوقیود کو پامال کرنے والے ہیں۔

  • And Our Majesty has compositely sent to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] the Book (Grand Qur’ān); it is the composition of Infallible Doctrine-Discourse-Constitution.

اور ہم جناب  نے آپ(ﷺ) کی جانب  مخصوص کتاب (قرءان مجید)کو مجتمع انداز میں مبنی بر بیان حقیقت اور موقع محل کی مناسبت سے  نازل فرمایا ہے۔

  • It (Qur’ān) serves as the affirmer - certifier - sanctifier for that which was revealed in front of it from the (Principal - Mother) Book.

یہ نازل کردہ مخصوص کتاب /قرء ان تصدیق کرنے/حقیقت قرار دینے والا ہے اس کو جو اِس سے قبل زمان و مکان میں کتاب خاص (ام الکتاب)میں سےنازل کیا گیا تھا۔

  • Simultaneously, it (Grand Qur’ān) is supreme - preponderant - will hold sway upon that (the revelation in the past).

اوراس(قرءان)کی حیثیت اس پر(جو قبل ازیں کتابوں میں نازل ہوا)اہم اور فائز ہے۔

  • Therefore, you the Messenger adjudge between them according to that (Qur’ān) which Allah the Exalted has compositely sent (Grand Qur’ān).

اس لئے آپ(ﷺ)ان کے مابین(اہل کتاب)فیصلہ کریں اس کے مطابق جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجتمع انداز میں نازل فرما دیا ہے(قرءان مجید)۔

  • Take note; you the Messenger should not incline to pursue their conjectures and hearsay in deviation of that which has reached to you as Infallible Doctrine-Discourse of Established Facts.

اور آپ کو چاہئے کہ ان (اہل کتاب) کی خودساختہ خواہشاتی تخیلاتی باتوں کی اتباع نہ کریں جو اس سے مختلف ہیں جو آپ کے پاس مبنی برحقیقت بیان حقیقت  میں سےپہنچ چکا ہے۔

  • Our Majesty have declared this for each one of you people as a single source and path: pursuing in letter and spirit the Book of Allah the Exalted [as was told to the first couple before dispatching them to the Earth-2:38;20:123].

ہم جناب نے  نازل کردہ بیان حقیقت (قرءان مجید) کوتم لوگوں میں ہر ایک ایک کےلئے  ہدایت سے سیراب ہونے اورنہج کےلئے فقط ایک ذریعہ قرار دےدیا ہے ۔

  • [to differ is the right and prerogative granted to man] And if Allah the Exalted had so willed; He would have indeed made you all one harmonious unit [by exercising infinite power and dominance and taking away the freedom of will/choice]

یہ اختلافات رہیں گے،وگرنہ اللہ تعالیٰ  نےاگرایسا چاہا ہوتا تو تم لوگوں کو ایک ہم خیال و نظریہ جماعت بنا دیتے(مگر صاحب حریت بنایا ہے)۔

  • But the purpose for not making you one harmonious unit by force is that He the Exalted might subject you people to test for exposure of your true worth in what He has given to you [the Book and other things]

بجائے اس کے ؛تم لوگوں کو صاحب حریت بنایا ہے تا کہ تم لوگوں کو اس سے آزمائش میں ڈالیں جو انہوں نے تمہیں عنایت کیا ہے۔

  • Therefore, [leave them engaged in their diversions] you people diligently hasten doing the best things.

اس لئےاے ایمان لانے والو! تم لوگ نیکیوں میں ایک دوسرے سے سبقت لو۔

  • The return of you people will be directed towards Allah the Exalted; all of you on the Day of Requital:

تم لوگوں کو آخرکاراللہ تعالیٰ کی جانب احتساب کے لئے پیش کیا جائے گا،تمام کے تمام پر یہ لاگو ہوگا۔

  • Thereat, He the Exalted will disclose to you the matter in which you purposely kept differing. [5:48]

جس پر وہ جناب تم لوگوں کوبتائیں گے جس نکتے کے متعلق تم لوگ باہمی اختلاف کرتے رہتے ہو۔

  • And it is imperative that you the Messenger adjudge between them in the light of that which Allah the Exalted has since communicated in the Book.

اورآپ(ﷺ)پر لازم قرار دے رہے کہ ان(اہل کتاب۔اگر مسئلہ لائیں)کے مابین اُس کے مطابق فیصلہ فرمائیں جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کی جناب مجتمع انداز میں نازل کر دیا ہے۔

  • And you the Messenger should not incline to pursue the conjectures and hearsay of theirs: Jews and Christians —

اوراُن (اہل کتاب) کی خودساختہ خواہشاتی تخیلاتی باتوں کی اتباع نہ کریں (جو اس سے مختلف ہیں جو آپ کے پاس مبنی برحقیقت بیان حقیقت  میں سےپہنچ چکا ہے)۔

  • And be careful of them that they might try you in some content of that which Allah the Exalted has conveyed to you —

اور آپ(ﷺ)ان سے محتاط رہیں کہ آپ کواس میں بعض کے بارے آزمائیں جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کی جانب مجتمع انداز میں نازل کر دیا ہے۔

  • Thereat, having told adjudged by injunctions-information contained in the Book: if they about-faced, then be informed that Allah the Exalted will let them remain in conflict by accusations and crimes of some of them against some other.

نازل کردہ کے مطابق فیصلہ کرنے کی بات پر اگر وہ ازخودرخ بدل کر چلے گئے تو آپ مطلع رہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ  انہیں بعض کے لگائے الزامات اور جرائم سے جھگڑے میں مبتلا رہنے دے رہے ہیں۔

  • Know it; quite many of people are certainly aberrant: mischief-mongers: practice unrestrained conduct; bind themselves not within the frame of the Book of Allah. [5:49]

اور(آپ تو جانتے ہیں)یقیناً لوگوں میں اکثر حدود و قیود اور میثاق سے علیحدگی اور انحراف کی سرشت رکھنے والے ہیں۔
