• Know about those who devour compound interest/incremental gain  on lent money: they stand not except like the standing of that person whom Cobra transforms [خَابِطٌ] confounded-diplopic, caused by bite.

ان لوگوں کے متعلق  حقیقت جان لو جوضرورت مند کو دی گئی ادھار رقم پر  متسلسل قسط درقسط اضافے کو کھانے کا ذریعہ بناتے ہیں۔وہ اپنے نظرئیے پر فقط   قائم/بضد رہتے ہیں  اس شخص کی مانند جس کو کوبرا سانپ نے ڈس کر خابط/مخبوط الحواس   دو نظری (diplopic)بنا دیا ہے۔

  • This parable for their transformation is for the reason that they said to people; "The credit sale is just like the compound interest/incremental gain on lent money.

یہ مماثلت اس وجہ سے ہے کہ(اس ڈسےشخص  کی مانند جو ایک شئے کے دوامیج دیکھتا ہے)انہوں نے کہا’’ادھار پر مہنگے داموں کیا گیا سودا نقد رقم پرمتسلسل قسط در قسط اضافے کے مثل ہے۔‘‘

  • Realize the difference and distance between two; Allah the Exalted has declared the credit sale as permissible and has prohibited the compound interest/incremental gain on lent money, multiple surcharges/build-up of an ever increasing debt.

حالانکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے  ادھار پر حاضر قیمت کی نسبت مہنگے داموں  باہمی رضامندی سےتحریری  مشہود معاہدے کے تحت فروخت (البیع)کو حلال قرار دیا ہوا ہے اور ادھار دی گئی نقد رقم پر قسط در قسط اضافے کی وصولی کو حرام قرار دیا ہوا ہے۔

  • Therefore, he whom advice; information about the difference between credit sale of goods and compound interest/incremental gain on lent money, conveyed by his Sustainer Lord has reached and in compliance thereof he has diligently abstained indulging in it, thereat, the past finalized transactions are for him while his matter rests with Allah the Exalted.

اس لئے زمان و مکان   پر نافذ العمل  نصیحت  کی اطلاع جس کسی کو اس کے رب  کی جانب سےآسان فہم انداز میں موصول ہو گئی جس پر اس نے  اپنے آپ کو اس (حرام)سے   آئندہ   دلجمعی سے باز رکھا تو جو پہلے وہ حاصل کر چکا وہ اس کے لئے ملکیت ہے اور اس کا معاملہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی جانب زیر التوا ہے۔

  • And mind it; if someone reverted to it (compound interest/incremental gain) —

اور جو کوئی اس(حرام الربوٰا)کی جانب پلٹا۔

  • Thereby, such deviants will be the residents-inmates of the scorching Hell-Prison —

تو اِس کے سبب یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو جہنم میں رہنے والے ہوں گے۔

  • They will abide therein permanently. [2:275] 

یہ لوگ اس(جہنم)میں ہمیشہ رہائش پذیررہیں گے۔ (البقرۃ۔۲۷۵)

  • Allah the Exalted spoils-obliterates the compound interest/incremental gain on lent capital . And He the Exalted keep enlarging the returns of the voluntary generosity: donations-funding-gifts-grants.

اللہ تعالیٰ ادھار رقم پر قسط درقسط   لی گئی اضافی رقوم کوپامال شدہ قرار دیتے ہیں،اور بے لوث دئیے گئے تحائف اور امدادی رقوم کو تہہ بر تہہ  ٹیلے کی مانند اٹھان دیتے رہتے ہیں۔

  • Be mindful, Allah the Exalted does not appreciate and approve for nearness any one who is stubbornly ingrate with persistent laggard psyche. [2:276]

متنبہ رہو؛اللہ تعالیٰ تمام کے تمام ہٹ دھرمی سے  عنایات کو پس پثت ڈالنے/چھپانے  اور ہمیشہ  اچھائی سے کوتاہی کرنے والوں کوقابل قدر نہیں گردانتے۔

  • Know the upshot about the people: those who have heartily believed in the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] and Qur’ān and performed moderate righteous deeds —

ان لوگوں کے متعلق مبنی بر حقیقت خبر جان لوجو(نازل کردہ قرء ان پر)دل کی شاد سے ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے صالح اعمال کئے ۔

  • And steadfastly maintained the Institution of As-sa'laat: Time Bound Protocol of Servitude and allegiance to Allah the Exalted, and heartily paid Az-Zaka'at: financial liability for economic up-lift of their society —

اور اسقلال و استقامت،منظم طریقے سے صلوٰۃ کی ادائیگی کرتےرہے اور معاشرے کی اٹھان کے لئےزکوٰۃ دیتے رہے۔

  • Their reward is assuredly due from the grace of their Sustainer Lord —

ان لوگوں کا اجر اُن کے لئے منتظر ہے ان کے رب کی جانب سے بطور ایوارڈ۔

  • Moreover, fear shall overshadow-haunt upon them —

اور کسی طرح کا خوف ان پر مسلط نہیں ہوگا۔

  • And they shall neither have a cause for grieve. [2:277]

اور نہ کبھی انہیں حزن و ملال کا سامنا ہو گا۔

  • O those people who have proclaimed to have believed in the Messenger and Qur’ān, listen;

!اے وہ لوگوں جنہوں نے رسول کریم (محمّد ﷺ)اور قرءان مجید پرایمان لانے کا اقرارو اعلان کیا ہے توجہ سے سنو

  • You people sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted —

تم لوگ تندہی سے محتاط رہتے ہوئے اللہ تعالیٰ سے پناہ کے خواستگار رہو۔

  • And you people are hereby directed to leave-write-off that subset of the cumulative interest which is remaining on lent money —

اور اس سے دستبردار ہو جاؤ جوادھار پر دی ہوئی رقم پر قسط در قسط اضافے میں سے باقی واجب الادا ہے۔

  • Do it if you people were true believers. [2:278]

ایسا کرو اگر تم واقعتاً ایمان والے ہو۔(البقرۃ۔۲۷۸)

  • Thereby, if you people have not acted upon the injunction, then be warned of the proclamation of Allah the Exalted and His Messenger about rendering the wealth spoiled and of no avail/confiscation of all valuables.

اس حکم کی تعمیل میں اگر تم نے  خود عمل نہیں کیا تو  مال کی ضبطگی کا اعلان سن لو  جواللہ تعالیٰ اور ان کے رسول(ﷺ/یعنی ریاست)کے  فرمان کی عدم  تعمیل کے بموجب بزور قوت کیا جائے گا ۔

  • And if you have reverted from it, thereby, the principal amounts of you people are legitimately due to be returned to you.

لیکن اگر تم اس سے پلٹ جاؤ گے تو تمہارے اموال کی اصل رقم کو لوٹانا تم لوگوں کا حق ہے۔

  • In this situation neither you people do a wrong nor a wrong is done to you. [2:279] 

نہ تم لوگ دوسروں کے ساتھ زیادتی کرو اور نہ تمہارے ساتھ زیادتی ہو۔(البقرۃ۔۲۷۹)

  • However, should the debtor be in a straitened circumstances to return the principal debt then the command is to afford time patiently till such time the monetary conditions become better.

اور اگر معاشی طور پرتنگ حال  شخص مقروض ہے تو پھر حکم مہلت دینا ہے  معاشی طور پر آسان صورتحال ہونے کی جانب۔

  • And that you people might grant it at your own initiative as gift is better for you people —

لیکن تم لوگوں کااس کو صدقہ،بے لوث تحفہ کی حیثیت دے دینا تم لوگوں کے لئے انجام میں بہت بہتر ہے۔

  • If you people understand that it will yield you a better result. [2:280] 

ایسا کرو اگر تم لوگ آخر کے معاملات کا علم رکھتے ہو۔

  • Moreover, you people guard yourself for the Day in which you will be subjected to accountability by Allah the Exalted.

اور تندہی سے اس دن اپنے آپ کو محفوظ کرنے کے لئے کوشاں رہو جس میں تم لوگوں کو اللہ تعالیٰ کے حضور پیش کیا جائے گا۔

  • Afterwards, each of all individuals will be requited that which he had earned in worldly life —

بعد ازاں ہر ایک ایک شخص کو وہ اداکر دیا جائے گا جو اس نے حیات دنیا میں کمایا تھا۔
