You people come to me with a book sent earlier in time before this Grand Qur'aan
or with tangible evidences/traces from knowledge;
if you are truthful in what you people have said/keep saying". [46:04] [Eternal and Universal criteria has been laid to differentiate between fact and conjecture, the Qur'aan and tangibly sustainable evidence of knowledge]
And who/none is more negligently heedless than the one who calls on some one other than Allah who will never be reflexive for him to respond till the Day of Judgment;
and they are those who are unaware of their calls. [46:05]
And when the people are gathered they will be for them as enemies and they will be the deniers regarding their worshipping rituals. [46:06] [Same pronouncement in same words in

those/elite ruling class who knowingly refused to accept said to people about the Absolute Fact/ Grand Qur'aan when it was brought to them,
"this is evidently illusory/false/lie". [46:07] [Exactly same query in same words in
10:38;11:13,35;32:03] Do they say that he [the sincere servant upon whom the Book has been sent] has drafted/compiled it from his own perception/knowledge/understanding? [Read with
11:35] You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, "If I have compiled/drafted the Qur'aan [attributing it to Allah] at my own initiative, thereat [then on me is my crime] you people do not hold anything for me to protect from Allah;
He fully knows that which you people engage in conjectural gossip about it. [Same pronouncement in

Allah suffices as witness in this matter between me and between you people, [Same pronouncement in same

10:107] and He is repeatedly Forgiving/Overlooking and the Fountain of Mercy". [46:08]
You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, "I have not been introducing innovatively from amongst the Messengers;
and I am not pursuing that which may happen/be done to me and nor regarding that about you [His same pronouncement in
6:50;7:203;10:15;46:09] since I only keep myself inclined to physically follow in letter and spirit that [Grand Qur'aan] which is communicated to me. [He pronounced it four times, was directed this four times in 6:106;10:109;33:02; 75:18]

while a witness from amongst Bani Iesraa'eel has testified upon its quote whereupon he has accepted/believed but you people have responded reflexively puffed up with arrogance and pride of grandeur and superiority.

And those/members of ruling elite who knowingly and deliberately refused to accept said to people
about those who have accepted/believed, "had it been something better they would not have taken the lead upon/preceded us in believing that".
And during the time they consciously and deliberately do not make themselves guided with it/Qur'aan, thereat for reason they will keep saying/propagating to people "This/Grand Qur'aan is an old myth" [46:11] [Same pronouncement in same words in
11:17] The Book of Musa [alai'his'slaam] was available for people of Bani Iesraa'eel before it/Grand Qur'aan as guide and mercy. [Read with
12:02;13:37;16:103;20:113;26:195;39:28;41:03,44;42:07;43:03;46:12] while this is the Book which is the Testifier/Affirmer/Certifier/Sanctifier [of all that which was sent earlier] in Arabic language/clear, perspicuous, eloquent, distinct, free from admixture, void of indistinctness, apparent like the daybreak and divested of the froth
so that it may admonish those who have done mischievously wrong/distorted the facts
and be congratulatory glad tiding for those who are moderate, graceful and generous. [It confirms that before revelation there were two types of people in Mecca at that point in time] [46:12] [Same pronouncement in same words in

It is true that those who said, "Our Sustainer Lord is Allah"; and thereafter they persistently kept themselves firm in this belief,

2:38;5:69;6:48;7:35] consequently upon such people there is no cause of fear and neither shall they grieve. [46:13]
These people are the residents of the Paradise, they shall abide therein permanently,

They are the people for whom We will accept/acknowledge from them the better of that which they people did

they are the residents of the Paradise;
the promise truthfully fulfilled, one which was promised to them. [46:16]
And the one [compared to person quoted earlier 46:15] who said to his parents, "Sorry state of affair is for both of you;
do you both promise to me that I will be taken out while the fact is that many generations have passed in times before me?"
And they both consciously seek help from Allah, saying to their son, "Woe and regret is for you, make yourself believe, [Same pronouncement in same words in
10:55;30:60;31:33;35:05;40:55,77;46:17] indeed the promise of Allah [regarding Last Day] is a fact".

46:34] And the Day when those who deliberately and persistently refused to accept are presented to the Hell-Prison,
it will be pronounced, "you people exhausted your good things in the life of you people in the lowly world and in that you people consciously absorbed yourselves in enjoyment,
in consequence today you people will be requited with humiliating chastisement for the reason that you showed arrogance [against Aa'ya'at of Allah] without any reason and rhyme in the Earth/worldly life, [Similar information in 6:93]
and for the reason that you people kept transgressing and digressing. [46:20]
