  Beginning is with Allah's personal name Ar'Reh'maan Who is The Fountain of Infinite Mercy.             [Note] It should be remembered that it is not the written text/part/Ayah of سُورة  [Chapter 17] and hence it is never numbered. For convenience of those readers who are already believers, this is traditionally printed since it is commanded in the Qur'aan to read/recite with the Name of Sustainer Lord, The Creator.

The corporeal Journey far beyond the ascensions of Earthly Universe

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Allah the Exalted the Infinitely Glorious, Whose approval is the focus of all effort, is the One Who arranged the travel along with His sincere Allegiant-Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] on a journey during some part of night from within Al Masjid al Haram-the Sacred Mosque around Ka'aba in Mecca, towards the Extreme Distant Altitude Mosque.

• That Mosque is the One whose surroundings We have perpetuated and blessed.

• The purpose of ascending him [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] in the direction towards the Extreme Distant Altitude Mosque was that We might show him visually the biggest sign from the Miscellany of Our Demonstrative Signs-Physical realm.

• This is a fact that He the Exalted  is the One Who is eternally the Hearer [of what is said, at whatever frequency] and is of Vision [everything/act is in His focus]. [17:01]

And We gave Musa [alai'his'slaam] the Book and We declared that a guide for Bani Iesraa'eel

o

[Bani Iesraa'eel were commanded] that "you people never adopt apart from Me anyone as trustee, protector and disposer of affairs" [17:02]

They/Bani Iesraa'eel are the progeny of the one whom We uploaded [in the ship] along with Noah [alai'his'slaam]

o

Indeed He was a thankful sincere allegiant. [17:03]

And We unambiguously pronounced the fact to Bani Iesraa'eel in the Book, "Certainly you people will create disturbance and imbalance in the Earth on two occasions

o

and you will surely be haughty, extreme haughtiness [for which you will be punished]". [17:04]

Accordingly when the time of first of the two occasions reached We appointed/raised upon you/Bani Iesraa'eel Our servants, men of  military might, thereby they entered the innermost of your dwellings.

o

And it was the promise fulfilled/accomplished. [17:05]

Afterwards We revived for you the position over them and We reinforced you with wealth and sons and We made you demographically numerous, [17:06]

[and prescribed] "If you acted modestly, gracefully and generously you did it for your own selves and if you people did evil thereby it will be on your selves"   

Eventually/accordingly when the time of second of the two promised occasions reached;

[We appointed those mighty ones] so that they may depress and sadden your faces and so that they may enter the Mosque just as they had entered on the first occasion and so that they smash what they had conquered destructively. [17:07]

 

May be that your Sustainer Lord have mercy upon you people,

but if you people do it again We will repeat it.

[People were duly warned 6:70]o

And We have made Hell as a Prison/Jail/Dungeon for those who persistently refused to accept. [17:08]

Indeed this Qur'aan guides for the way which is the most sustaining

and it gives pleasant news to those believers who perform/conduct righteous deeds [mentioned therein]

o

that for them is a great reward. [17:09]

And that those who do not accept/believe in the Hereafter

o

 We have prepared/kept ready for them a painful torment. [17:10]

And the man seeks [to hasten] the liquefying trouble as his call/demand than the good; 

o

and the man acts in haste. [17:11]
