وَ Conjunction "AND"

And when We make people taste mercy, after the affliction which had affected them, they at that point in time indulge in deceptive moves regarding Our Aa'ya'at [of the Book and/or demonstrative signs in nature reflecting Allah's command and control]
You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, "Allah is the swiftest in planning". o It is a fact that Our Messengers [respectively appointed on each and every person] keep writing down whatever you people deceptively strategize/conspire. [10:21]
He is the One Who enables you people to travel in the land and the sea,
until when you people are on the ships and they are sailing with pleasant breeze, [it happened to some] and they were rejoicing with pleasant breeze when reached to ship hurricane cyclone
and the waves came to them from each and every side/point and they apprehended that indeed they have been circularly surrounded by it [Same information in same words in
29:65;31:32] they called upon Allah, acting as sincere devotee/allegiant for Him in the physical conduct/code/ procedure [Same information in
6:63]o "Indeed if You saved us from it, we will certainly be amongst the obliged and grateful people" [10:22] [Same pronouncement in
42:42] In response when He had saved and rescued them at that point in time they make excesses in the Earth without there being any justification/rightful cause.
O you the human beings! indeed your excesses are upon your selves;
All [that you gain by excesses] is merely the transitory sojourn material of the worldly life.
Afterwards you people will be brought to Us for accountability o whereupon We will inform you what acts you people perform. [10:23] [Same pronouncement in
18:45] Indeed the example of the life of this world is merely like water Which We sent down from the Sky; [Same information in same words in
18:45] and caused/resulted with it the sprouting of the plants of the Earth;
out of which human beings and the mammals [herbivores] eat;
[with it the sprouting of the plants of the Earth] until when the Earth attained its adornment and is attractively beautified for the farmer/grower/her inhabitants and they thought that they are capable to manage her [reap/collection]
Our command/decision reached to it either during the night or the day, resultantly We made her mowed as if it had not flourished yesterday. o This is how We make the Aa'ya'at [verbal presentation of information, facts and knowledge about things/concepts] vividly distinct/demarcated/isolated/alienated/crystal clear so that people may objectively ponder/reflect to find the purpose. [10:24]
And Allah calls/invites people towards the abode of tranquility, peace and joy; [Except
and He guides whom He wills/who wish to be guided upon the Straight Path leading to destination. [10:25] [Same information in
16:30;39:10] For them is the appropriate and proportioned reward and excessive addition [minimum ten times] who acted moderately and decently.
And their faces will neither seem covered with dust nor with humiliation. [Exactly same at end
2:82;7:42;11:23]o They are the people who shall be the residents/companions of the Paradise; they will abide therein for ever. [10:26]
And those who earned evil deeds their punishment will be proportionate to the evil done
and humiliation will overwhelm them.
For them there will be no defender/defense counsel from Allah.
[humiliation will overwhelm them] As if their faces had been veiled by a darkening piece of night.

Afterwards We will say for those who ascribed partners, stay where you are, you and your partners.
Then We made a rift between them. o And their partners said to them, "you were not worshipping/allegiant to us exclusively. [10:28]
Therefore/for reason Allah suffices as witness between us and between you people that we were indeed unaware of your worshipping rituals". [10:29]
At that point in time everything will become apparent to each and every person what it did in gone days/previously. [Same pronouncement in
6:62] And they will be taken towards Allah, their truly factual Sustainer Lord. [Same pronouncement in same words in
6:24;7:53;11:21;16:87;28:75]o And that lost/vanished from them what they kept fabricating and conjecturing. [10:30]
