• And truly it (Qur’ān) is certainly the piecemeal dispatch of the Sustainer Lord of the Worlds — [26:192]

جان لیں؛یہ حقیقت ہے کہ وہ (قرءان مجید)یقیناً تمام موجودات کے رب کی جانب سے  موقع محل کی مناسبت سے بتدریج/سلسلہ وار انداز میں لوگوں کو پہنچانے کے لئے بھیجا  جا رہا ہے:

• --(However, fact remains) The trusted executor of vital-command: Gib'raa'eil [alai'his'slaam] did descend once along with it (Qur’ān) -- [26:193]

• The purpose of reciting and conveying the Qur’ān in this serial manner is to imprint it upon your heart so that there remains no possibility of forgetting (see 2:97 and 87:6). The purpose is that you the Messenger gradually become and are recognized as the last universal member of the galaxy of Revivalists, Warner, Awakeners —

اس  سلسلہ وار انداز میں   قرءان کو آپ کو سنانے اور پہنچانے کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ آپ(ﷺ)کے قلب پر نقش  ہو جائے کہ بھولنے کا امکان  ہی نہ رہے(البقرۃ۔97؛اورالاعلیٰ۔6)۔اس کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ آپ(ﷺ)باطل طرز عمل پر گامزن لوگوں کو لازمی تکلیف دہ عواقب سے متنبہ  کرنے والوں کے جھرمٹ  میں  آخری اورعالمی  بیدار کرنے والے بن جائیں۔

• The universal Revivalist/Awakener - admonishing people in Arabic, language of Arabian Peninsula, which is characteristically rich, clear, perspicuous, eloquent, conveyor of information in succinct, individuated, and crystallized manner. (alternatively; It (Qur’ān) is transcribed in the language Arabic......)  [26:195]

تمام عالم کو  جزیرہ عرب کے لوگوں کی   فصیح و بلیغ زبان میں بیدار کرنے والے/اس(قرءان مجید)کو جزیرہ عرب کے لوگوں کی فصیح و بلیغ زبان میں سلسلہ وار مدون کر کے بھیجا گیا ہے۔

• And indeed this fact was certainly mentioned in the written papers of earlier periods. [26:196]

اور یہ حقیقت بھی جان لو کہ یہ(عرب کی زبان میں نزول کتاب)پچھلے زمانے کے مضبوط کاغذوں میں ابھرے نقوش میں ضبط تحریر تھا۔

• Has this fact; that the learned men-Scholars-Clergy of Posterity of Iesraa'eel know-recognize it (Qur’ān), not been a tangible evidence—pointer for them (idol worshippers) of its origin? [26:197]

کیا یہ بات ازخود سے ایسی شہادت نہیں ہے جو ان(عینی شہادت/معجزہ کا مطالبہ کرنے والے)کو  اس کے من جانب اللہ ہونے کا ادراک دے سکے کہ بنی اسرائیل کے صاحبان علم ا س(قرءان مجید)کو جانتے ہیں۔

• And had Our Majesty serially sent it (Qur’ān) upon some one of the Non-Arabs: [26:198]

چونکہ ان علماء کو پہلے سے علم ہے اس لئے اگر ہم جناب نے اس(قرءان مجید)کو عجمیوں میں سے کسی شخص پر بتدریج نازل کیا ہوتا؛

• Whereupon he would have read it to them (Scholars-Clergy of Posterity of Iesraa'eel Jews and Christians) none of them would have accepted and believed in it [Qur’ān from non-Arab Messenger - rightly so since it would have then against the fact earlier revealed in the Books sent to them-] [26:199]

جس پر اس عرب میں بسنے والے عجمی نے اسے(قرءان) انہیں (علمائے بنی اسرائیل) پڑھ کر سنایا ہوتا تو یقیناً ان میں سے کسی نے اس (قرءان)پر ایمان نہ لایا ہوتا۔

• By narrating facts time and again Our Majesty has given it (Qur’ān) a way to penetrate into the hearts of the criminals who wish non serious jesting —  [26:200]

اس طرح حقائق کو بیان کرکر کے ہم جناب نے اس (قرءان)کوان مجرمین کے قلوب میں ڈال دیا ہے جو اسے مزاح بنانے کے خواہش مند ہیں۔

• Despite that they will not accept/believe in it (Grand Qur’ān), they will believe at time they would have seen the painful chastisement— [26:201]

ان کے قلوب میں داخل ہو جانے کے باوجود  اس (قرءان مجید)پروہ  ایمان نہیں لائیں گے، وہ تب ایمان لائیں گے جب المناک عذاب دیکھ لیں گے۔

• But that belief will be of no avail since it would come to them all of a sudden —

مگر اس وقت ایمان لانا سودمند نہ ہو گا کیونکہ وہ (المناک عذاب )ان پر اچانک پہنچ جائے گا

• While they have no idea/perception/clue of it. [26:202]

جب انہیں اس بات کا احساس و شعور بھی نہیں ہو گا۔

• Thereby having seen the befallen chastisement and pronouncing belief they would say, "Would we be reprieved?" [26:203]

دردناک عذاب دیکھ لینے اور ایمان کا اعلان کر لینے پر وہ کہیں گے"کیا ہم مہلت پانے والے بن سکیں گے (کہ صالح اعمال کریں)"۔

• Do they yet seek [you the Messenger] hastening of Our punishment? [26:204]

اے رسول کریم(ﷺ)کیا یہ لوگ ہمارے عذاب کے جلدی ظہور پذیر ہونے کے خواش مند ہیں؟

• Have you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] then thought that if Our Majesty made them enjoy for some years— [26:205]

کیا آپ(ﷺ)نے ان کی عجلت کی خواہش کے حوالے سے یہ غور /تصورکیا ہے،کہ اگر ہم نے کچھ سالوں کے لئے اسباب دنیا ان کو دئیے ہیں؛

• Afterwards came to them that which they were being promised —  [26:206]

بعد ازاں ان سالوں کے گزر جانے پر وہ ان کو پہنچ گیا جس کے متعلق ان سے وعدہ کیا جاتا رہا ہے

• That which they had attained and were enjoying could not avail to avert anything from them. [26:207]

تومہلت کا وقت ختم ہو جانے پر ان سے سزا کی گرفت کو دور کرنے میں   وہ کچھ کام نہ آیا جو اسباب دنیا ان کو دیا جا رہا تھا۔

• Beware, Our Majesty did not annihilate any habitat unless for that were sent Warner/ Awakeners — [26:208]

یہ حقیقت مدنظر رہے کہ ہم جناب نے کسی بھی بستی/قوم۔تہذیب کو نیست و نابود نہیں کیا سوائے ان حالات میں کہ  نتائج و عواقب سے پیشگی خبردار اور متنبہ کرنے والے بھیجے گئے تھے۔

• For reminding - awakening before convicting them guilty; and Our Majesty have never been unjust. [26:209]

تنبیہ کی غایت یہ تھی کہ یاد رکھیں اور نصیحت لے لیں قبل اس کے کہ مجرم قرار پا کر سزا کے مستوجب ہو جائیں۔اور ہم جناب کبھی بھی زیادتی اور بے جا سزا دینے والے نہیں ہیں۔

• Realize it, the Devils did not self descend with it (Qur’ān)  [but other Angels accompanied and flanked Gib'raa'eil alai'his'slaam when it was brought] [26:210]

یاد رہے، شیاطین اپنے آپ اس(قرءان)کے ساتھ اوپر سے نیچے نہیں اترے تھے(جبرائیل علیہ السلام کے ساتھ ملائکہ اترے تھے)۔

• And neither is it possible/permitted for them; and nor can they self acquire the capability to author - rehearse it. [26:211]

اور نہ ایسا کرنا ان کے لئے  جائز قرار دیا گیا تھا اورنہ ان کے لئے یہ استطاعت حاصل کرنا ممکن تھا۔

• The fact is that they the Devils have certainly been banished from even listening it. [26:212]

حقیقت تو یہ ہے کہ وہ(شیاطین)اس کو سننے کی صلاحیت سے بھی محروم کر دئیے گئے ہیں۔

• Therefore warn everyone that—neither should you ever call/assign along with Allah the Exalted any other as iela'aha: godhead—

چونکہ وہ سن نہیں سکتے اس لئے آپ ہر سننے والے کو متنبہ کر دیں"تجھے چاہئیے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے ساتھ ساتھ کسی اور کو بھی معبود سمجھ کر نہ پکارے۔

• Whereupon/in consequence you may become one of the punished ones — [26:213]

اگر ایسا کیا تو انجام کار تیراشمار بھی ان میں ہو گا جو مستوجب عذاب قرار پا چکے ہیں"۔

• And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] admonish/awake your near kinsmen — [26:214]

اور آپ(ﷺ) اپنے قبیلہ ،جوآپ کے زیادہ قریبی حقدار ہیں،کو متنبہ فرمائیں۔

• And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] stretch your hand of compassion especially for him who physically followed you in letter and spirit from amongst the claimants of belief. [26:215]

اور آپ(ﷺ)اپنا دست شفقت خصوصی طور پر اس کے لئے دراز کریں جس نے ایمان لانے والوں میں شامل ہو کر آپ کی خلوس سے پیروی کی ہے۔

• Thereupon, in response to admonition if they refused to accept your word then you pronounce, "I am absolved from that which you people are doing". [26:216]

آپ کے متنبہ کر دینے کے باجود اگر انہوں(قبیلے والے)نے آپ کے بیان کو ماننے سے انکار کر دیا ہے تو پھر آپ یہ اعلان کر دیں"حقیقت یہ ہے کہ میں اس سے بری الذمہ ہوں جو عمل تم لوگ کرتے ہو:۔

• And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] keep placing your reliance and dependence upon the All Pervasive/Dominant and the Fountain of Mercy — [26:217]

اور آپ اپنی ذمہ داری انجام دے لینے پر اچھے نتائج کے لئے ان پر بھروسہ کریں جو دائمی،ہر لمحہ،ہر مقام پر مطلق غالب ہیں،اور منبع رحمت ہیں۔

• The One Who keeps watching you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] when you stand up— [26:218]

وہ جناب جو مسلسل آپ کو دیکھتے رہتے ہیں جب آپ مصروف ہوتے ہیں۔

• And your movements/activities amongst those who prostrate. [26:219]

اور جب   جب آپ ازخود سجدہ گزاروں کی جانپ پلٹتے ہیں۔

• The fact remains that He the Exalted is eternally the All-Listening, the All-Knowing. [26:220]

ان جناب کےمتعلق یہ حقیقت ہے، ہر لمحہ ہر آواز کو سننے والے ہیں، منبع علم ہیں۔
