• Indeed Our Majesty has compositely sent to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] the Book (Grand Qur’ān); to meet the exigency incorporating Infallible Doctrine-Discourse-Constitution:

• Its objective is that you the Messenger adjudge the distinction-classification between peoples in accordance with that which Allah the Exalted has shown you: made evidently manifest for you.

اس کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ آپ(ﷺ)لوگوں کے درمیان تمیز کا فیصلہ کریں اس مشاہدہ کر بروئے کار لاتے ہیں جو اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کو دکھا چکے ہیں۔

• And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] should not engage arguing to convince those who have betrayed- broke the promises-covenant. (You should not argue on the Day of Requital in favour of guilty of breach of covenant). [4:105]

اور آپ(ﷺ)ان لوگوں سے مباحث میں پڑنے والے نہ بنیں جنہوں نے عہد اور امانت کی پاسداری کرنے میں خیانت کا مظاہرہ کیا ہے(اور یوم قیامت میثاق اور امانت کی پاسداری نہ کرنے والوں کے حق میں آپ کووکالت نہیں کرنا چاہئے)۔

• However, you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] seek forgiveness of Allah the Exalted for those who come to you repenting and believers in general. [see 3:159;4:64;47:19;60:12;63:05] —

تاہم اللہ تعالیٰ سے آپ(ﷺ) درگزر اور معافی کے لئے ان لوگوں کے لئے خواہش مند ہوں جو آپ کے پاس ندامت اور پلٹنے کے شوق میں آتے ہیں اور عمومی طور پر ایمان لے آنے والوں کے لئے۔

• It is a fact that Allah the Exalted is repeatedly Overlooking/Forgiving, the Merciful. [4:106]

یقینا اللہ تعالیٰ  درگزر اور پردہ پوشی کرنے اور اکثر و بیشترمعاف فرمانے والے ہیں، منبع رحمت ہیں۔

• But you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] should not contend with Allah the Exalted for those who betray their own selves —

لیکن ہم جناب سے ان لوگوں کی جانب سے(اپنے جد امجد ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی مانند۔سورۃ ھود۔74)آپ(ﷺ)کودلیل کے انداز میں عذر پیش نہیں کرنا چاہئے جو خود اپنے آپ سے خیانت کے مرتکب ہو رہے ہیں(منافقین)۔

• You know indeed Allah the Exalted does not appreciate and approve him who is a perfidious sinner. [4:107]

اس حقیقت کو مد نظر رکھیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس شخص کو درخور اعتنا نہیں گردانتے جو انتہائی  انداز میں عہد،میثاق اور امانت میں خیانت کرنے والا ہے،راست کی جانب آنے میں ہمیشہ اضمحلال کا مظاہرہ کرنے والاہے۔

Root: خ و ن

• They; for whom you are advised not to contend, hide-secrete from people. But they can not secrete from Allah the Exalted:

یہ لوگ اپنے ما فی الضمیر کو لوگوں کے ادراک میں آنے سے چھپانے کے لئے کوشاں رہتے ہیں مگر وہ اسے اللہ تعالیٰ سے چھپانے کی خواہش میں کامیاب نہیں ہو سکتے۔

• Since He the Exalted is with them when they structure-fabricate-whisper such statement contrary to what they heard from you the Messenger [4:81]; an activity which He the Exalted does not like and approve.

اور انہیں اس کا ادراک و احساس نہیں وہ جناب ان کے ساتھ ہوتے ہیں جب اس بیان کے متعلق راتوں کو خفیہ  گفتگو کرتے ہیں جو اس نے بیان  حقیقت(قرءان مجید)میں سے  سنا تھا جس  سے بخوشی متفق نہیں ہوا تھا۔

• Know it; Allah the Exalted always encompasses all acts that they do. [4:108]

متنبہ رہو؛اللہ تعالیٰ ہر لمحہ ہر اس عمل کا مکمل احاطہ کرتے ہیں جو وہ کرتے رہتے ہیں۔

Root: ح و ط

• Take note of Allah's advice to the Messenger; Ah! There you are that you contended-contested on their behalf in this worldly life.

سنو تم لوگ! تم لوگ ہو کہ حیات دنیا میں تم ان(منافقین)کے دفاع میں دوسروں سے مباحث میں الجھتے ہو۔

• Thereby, the Messenger having been advised not to do so; Who will contest and advocate for them on the Day of Rising; or who will act for them as lawyer-disposer of affair?  [4:109]

دنیا میں تو کر لو گے مگر اللہ تعالیٰ سے ان کے دفاع میں کون روز قیامت عذر پیش کرے گا یا کون ہے جو ان پر وکالت کرے گا۔(کوئی نہیں)۔

• Know it; Whoever commits a sinful act; or wrongs his self:  Where after should he diligently seek forgiveness of Allah the Exalted:

یاد رکھو؛ جو کوئی برائی کر بیٹھے یا اپنے پر ظلم کر لے اور بعد ازاں ندامت محسوس کرتے ہوئے اللہ تعالیٰ سے درگزر اور معافی کا خواستگار ہو:۔

• Surely he would find Allah the Exalted as oft overlooking-ignoring, forgiving mercifully. [4:110]

تو اللہ تعالیٰ کو اکثر و بیشتر درگزر فرمانے اور معاف کرنے والا پائے گا، وہ منبع رحمت ہیں۔

• Note this fact; whoever earns sinfully: thereby indeed he earns its consequence upon his own self.

اور جو کوئی قابل تعزیر برائی کا ارتکاب کرے گا تو وہ صرف اس (تعزیر)کو اپنے آپ پر مستوجب بناتا ہے۔

• The fact remains, Allah the Exalted is absolutely Knowledgeable, the knower of invisible-hidden realities-considerations and the Infinitely Just Supreme Administrator of the created realms. [4:111]

اللہ تعالیٰ کے متعلق یہ حقیقت ہے کہ منبع علم ہیں،تمام نظام کے   بدرجہ اتم انصاف کے تقاضوں  کو پورا کرنے والےفرمانروا ہیں۔

• And if someone earns by way of an omission or sinfully —

اور جو کوئی قابل مؤاخذہ غلطی کا ارتکاب کرتا ہے یاقابل تعزیر برائی کا مرتکب ہوتا ہے:۔

• Afterwards he casts its burden upon an innocent absolving himself:

بعد ازاں اس ارتکاب کا الزام کسی اور پر دھر دیتا ہے اپنے آپ کو بری الذمہ کرتے ہوئے:۔

• Thereby; he has indeed burdened himself with false accusation and a manifest devastating sin. [4:112]
