• The confronting-reactance to waged war is made incumbent upon you people at a time and in  circumstances when it (war) will become unpleasantly hard and burdensome for you people.

مسلط اور ناگزیرکر دی  گئی جنگ کو لڑنا تم لوگوں پر بطور حکم نافذ کر دیا گیا ہےایسے وقت اور حالات میں جب  وہ(جنگ)تم لوگوں کے لئے  باعث ناگوار مشقت بن سکتا ہے۔

• But consider; it is possible that what you people dislike at a given point in time while it turns into - better upshot for you.

لیکن یاد رکھو کہ ممکن ہے کہ جس شئے کو  کسی لمحےتم ناپسندیدہ مشقت اور قابل اجتناب سمجھتے ہو وہ درحقیقت تم لوگوں کے لئے انجام کار بہتری کا باعث ہو۔

• Realize that it is also possible that what you people like-feel pleasant at a given point in time while it might turn into damaging-harmful for you.

اور یہ بھی قرین قیاس ہے کہ جس شئے   کے لئےکو کسی لمحے تم پسندیدگی اور چاہت کے جذبات رکھتے ہو وہ درحقیقت تمہارے لئے  انجام کارباعث پریشانی اور انتشار ہو۔

• And be mindful that Allah the Exalted completely knows everything while you people do not know about everything. [2:216]

اس لئے (احکامات کی علت کے متعلق)جان لو کہ اللہ تعالیٰ مکمل طور پر ہر بات کو بخوبی جانتے ہیں جبکہ تم لوگ ہر بات کے متعلق معلومات نہیں رکھتے۔(البقرۃ۔۲۱۶)

• They (people) ask you (the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]) about instructions regarding engaging in war during the sacred month.

آپ(ﷺ)سے لوگ  حرمت کے حامل قرار دئیے گئے قمری مہینے کے دوران جنگ کے متعلق   پوچھتے ہیں۔

• You tell them; "The waging of war during the sacred month is of course something serious and a big decision.

آپ(ﷺ)ارشاد فرمائیں’’اس(مہینے)کے دوران جنگ ایک  نسبتاً زیادہ ناپسند فیصلہ ہے۔

• But take note that the act of hindering people from the Path of Allah the Exalted - and persistent denial of it (the Path) - and restraining people from the sacred Mosque, and causing expulsion of its residents from it (Mosque) is a far greater matter in the sight of Allah the Exalted".

مگردھیان رہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے مقرر کردہ راستے سے روکنا اور پلٹانا اور اس کا انکار کرنا اور مسجد الحرام جانے میں رکاوٹ ڈالنا اور اور اس میں موجود لوگوں کو اس میں سے باہر نکالنا زیادہ ناپسندیدہ اور جرم  قرار دیا گیاہے اللہ تعالیٰ کی جانب سے‘‘۔

• And be conscious that spreading disturbance-anarchy-liquefying-disintegration in the society is far more a serious-greater a crime than the individual murder of a person.

متنبہ رہو؛معاشرے میں ہیجان،انتشار،لاقانونیت پھیلانا انفرادی قتل کی نسبت زیادہ گھناؤنا جرم ہے۔

• And be mindful that they (disavowers) will not cease-hesitate in waging war upon you in order that they might make you renegades away from your System of Belief and Conduct: Islam, provided they have amassed for themselves the capability for it.

اور خبردار رہو؛وہ لوگ(کفار اور مشرکین)تم لوگوں پر جنگ مسلط کرنے سے باز نہیں  آئیں گے اس مقصد سے کہ اگر ان کے بس میں ہواتو تم لوگوں کو تمہارے ضابطہ حیات سے  پلٹا کر پرانے باطل طریقہ کار پر کر دیں۔

• And he amongst you who at his own accord reneged-renounced the System of Belief and Conduct: Islam and then died while he was still a disavower —

متنبہ رہو؛تم لوگوں  میں جو کوئی مدعی ایمان دانستہ اپنے ضابطہ سے پلٹ کر پرانے طریقہ کار پر کاربند ہو گیا جس کے بعد وہ اس حالت میں مر گیا کہ بدستور کافر تھا۔

• Resultantly, they are the people whose acts have become voided, weightless froth, destructive in the worldly life and the Hereafter —

متنبہ رہو؛یہ متذکرہ لوگ  درحقیقت وہ ہیں جن کے  اچھے اعمال   دنیا اور آخرت میں نتیجہ خیزی کے حوالے  سے بیکار ہو گئے۔

• And they are the people who will be the resident inmates of the scorching Hell-Prison —

اور یہی ہیں وہ لوگ جو زندان جہنم میں رہنے والے ہوں گے۔

• [in contrast] Know the upshot about the people: those who have heartily believed in the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] and Qur’ān, and those who migrated - left their homes and strived in the cause of Allah the Exalted —

اُن لوگوں کے متعلق حقیقت جان لو جو رسول کریم اور قرءان پر ایمان لائے ہیں،اور وہ جنہوں نے ہجرت کی اور اللہ تعالیٰ  کی راہ میں اپنے جان و مال سے جدوجہد کی۔

• They are truly the people who look forward-wish for the Mercy of Allah the Exalted.
