    Beginning is with Allah's personal name Ar'Reh'maan Who is The Fountain of Infinite Mercy.        [Note: It should be remembered that it is not the written text/part/Ayah of this  سُورة  [Chapter 13] and hence it is never numbered.  For convenience of those readers who are already believers, this is traditionally printed since it is commanded in the Qur'aan to read/recite with the Name of Sustainer Lord, The Creator.

These are the Aa'ya'at of the Book/Grand Qur'aan.

And the one/Grand Qur'aan that has since been communicated/sent to you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] from your Sustainer Lord is the Statement of Proven Fact.

 But the fact is that most of the people do not accept/believe in; [13:01]

Allah is the One Who raised the Skies without any such pillars which you people could see.

Thereafter He ascended to the Supreme Sovereign Seat/Throne [beyond Skies of universe]

And He has subjected [subjugated to a set discipline] the Sun and the Moon to submissiveness.

All keep flowing for a term/duration of appointed/named/fixed date and time.

He organizes/manages/commands all matters until their logical conclusion.

He makes the Aa'ya'at [verbal presentation of information, facts and knowledge about things/ concepts] vividly distinct/demarcated/isolated/alienated/crystal clear so that you people may get convinced/certain about your meeting with your Sustainer Lord. [13:02]

And He is the One Who spread/stretched the Earth.

And He placed in it/her anchoring/stabilizing mountains;

and water flows;

and in all fruits He made duality of pairing.

He wraps/covers/veils the Day with the Night.

Indeed in these are the visible/tangible signs/information for people to recognize/reflect/differentiate and analyze objectively to arrive at purpose of creation. [13:03]

And in the Earth are tracts neighboring each other, and gardens of vines and fields sown and ploughed grain crop and palm trees;

from seed/grain and other than seed/grain [suckers, off shoots, grafting]

which are watered with the same water,

yet We have made in eating/taste/affect in them an individuality/distinction from one another;

Indeed in these are the visible/tangible signs/information for people to recognize/reflect/differentiate and analyze. [13:04]

And if it appears to you astounding/unaccustomed then it is rightly so since their statement is astonishing/unaccustomed [to majority belief and conviction]

"Is it that when we would have become dust then will we certainly be in a new creation?"

They are the people who have refused to believe in their Sustainer Lord.

And they are the people in whose necks are shackles [of conjectural myths fabricated by them and their earlier people]

And they are the ones who will be the residents/companions of/in Hell and they shall abide therein permanently. [13:05]

And they seek you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam], for hastening the punishment before the good;

though indeed before them such eye opening precedents have occurred [when people demanded the Messengers to hasten the punishment]

But indeed your Sustainer Lord is for the people the oft forgiving One upon their evil conduct

and indeed your Sustainer Lord  is [equally] certainly severe in awarding punishment/takes the matter to its logical conclusion. [13:06] [Read in conjunction 41:43]

And those who have refused to accept say to people, "Why is it so that no unprecedented demonstrative sign has been sent to him from his Sustainer Lord".

Indeed you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] are but Admonisher/Awakener;

and for each and every nation is a guide. [13:07]

Allah knows what each and every female invisibly carries; and how much uteruses contract/get inside and how much they expand.

o

Take note that each and all tangible that exists is in measure/quantity from His Grace. [that makes everything subservient/under control and command]. [13:08]

He is the Knower of what is invisible/non perceivable and visible/perceivable for the creatures;

Indeed Allah is eternally The Greatest, The Exclusively most exalted Dominant. [13:09]

For Him One and the same is from amongst you who concealed/kept to himself the thought and the one who publicized it by tongue and lips;

and so are equal the one who hides in the night and the one who goes freely/openly during day. [13:10]

[Every person has a guard 6:61;82:10;86:04]

For him [each person] there are escorts [Angels-masculine-in large number], before and behind him, [those sent protectors-6:61] they guard him by the command of Allah.

Indeed Allah certainly never substitutes the grace and blessing He had bestowed upon a nation till such time they change/get absorbed in their own selves [negatively]

And when Allah has taken decision for a nation to punish/inflict then/for reason there is no turning away for it.

And for them is none from the protector other than Allah. [13:11]
