• You the Messenger mention the event of assigning them the responsibility they discharged; When Allah the Exalted had obtained the Pledge-Covenant-Oath of the Chosen, Dignified and elevated Sincere Allegiants, to the effect:

• "That which I would have given to you individually for communication to people a segment of a book (Mother/ Principal) and wisdom- knowledge of invisible- infolded facts, judging rightly in matters relating to life and conduct —

•  ”میں جب تم لوگوں کوانفرادی طور پر  عنایت فرما چکا ہوں گا،وہ عنایت   کتاب (ام الکتاب)میں سے کچھ حصہ اورحکمت کے بعض نکات  لوگوں کو پہنچانے کے لئے ہیں ۔

• Afterwards the passage of time having delivered to people, a Messenger would have come to you people, whose distinct trait would be of a Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier-Authenticator of that which was with you all —

 بعد ازاں  انہیں لوگوں تک پہنچا دینے  پرجب  آپ کے پاس رسول آجائے گا جن کی خصوصیت اور پہچان یہ ہوگی کہ  جو  کتاب و حکمت میں سے عنایت کیا گیا آپ  کے پاس موجود ہو گا وہ  اس موقعہ پر اس کے تصدیق کنندہ ہوں گے۔

• It will be thenceforth binding for you people to affectionately believe in him and must help him".

تو آپ لوگ  ان(رسول) پر ضرور  اُس وقت ایمان  لایا کریں گے اور  اس موقع محل میں ضرور ان کی مدد  کیا کریں  گے"۔

• He the Exalted asked them: "Have you willingly consented-pledged to perform the assignment proposed by Me; and have you understood and undertaken it upon your selves?"

انہوں (اللہ تعالیٰ)نے پوچھا"کیا آپ لوگوں نے   اس میثاق  کابخوشی اقرار کر لیا ہے۔اورمیرے اس تفویض  کردہ ذمہ داری کے بوجھ  کو اٹھانے اور  نباہنے کے لئے سمجھ کر  اپنا لیا ہے؟"۔

• They responded: "We have heartily and sincerely consented. (Thereby we will certainly discharge it)."

• Thereby, after having known this obligation with which the entire humanity is bound by the aforesaid oath, if someone deliberately turned away —

اس میثاق کے پیش نظر زمان و مکان میں  جو کوئی ازخوداس سے پلٹ گیا۔

• Thereat, they are the people who truly are "al-fasiqoona": aberrant: dissolutely move out of the bounds and restraints. [3:82]

تو ان کے متعلق جان لو؛ایسے لوگ درحقیقت  عہد/آئین شکن اور حدودوقیود کو پامال کرنے والے ہیں۔

• [Why they turned away?] Are they searching for a system which is other than (Allah's Deen) the Code of Conduct-Universal Constitution Prescribed by Allah the Exalted? —

مگر کیا وہ لوگ ا للہ تعالیٰ کے وضع کردہ نظام کے علاوہ کسی دوسرے طریقہ کار کے متلاشی رہتے ہیں؟

• Despite the fact that whoever exists in the Skies and the Earth reverently acknowledged and submitted humbly in surrender, and did so for Allah the Exalted coerced by life threatening circumstances.

باوجود اِس روشن حقیقت کی موجودگی/حال میں کہ جو کوئی ذی حیات آسمانوں اور زمین میں موجود ہے درحقیقت اُس نے اپنے آپ کواُن /اللہ تعالیٰ کیلئے پابند و مکلف/ فرمانبردار/خود سپردگی میں دیا ہے،چاہے چاہت و رغبت و کشش کے زیر اثر اورچاہے نظام کی مجبوری اور ناگواری جبر کے زیر اثر۔
