• Period of self-restraint (de facto separation) is restricted to four months for conclusive decision for those husbands who undertake an oath ceasing performing intimate matrimonial relation with their wives.

خودپرلگائی انتظار کی پابندی کی مدت چار مہینے تک محدود رکھنے کاحکم دیا جاتاہے ایسے خاوندوں کے لئے  جو اپنی بیویوں سے حقوق زوجیت کی ادائیگی سے احتراز کی قسم اٹھا لیتے ہیں۔

• Thereby, if they (husbands) compromised and re-established matrimonial relation:

اس حکم کی روشنی میں اگر وہ(اجتناب برتنے والے خاوند)اپنی قسم سے پلٹ کررجوع کر لیں۔

• In that case Allah the Exalted is indeed Oft-forgiving-overlooking faults, the Merciful. [2:226]

• However, in case they have firmly decided to publicly announce the termination of matrimonial protocol and bondage with their wives —

مگر اگر انہوں نے  برملا طلاق(حقوق زوجیت کے انقطاع کا باضابطہ اعلان)کا مصمم ارادہ کر لیا ہے۔

• Then, it be known that Allah the Exalted is the Listener and the Knowledgeable. [2:227]

تو اس صورت میں یہ حقیقت ذہن نشین رہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ہر لمحہ ہر آواز کو سننے والے ہیں، منبع علم ہیں،ہر بات کی مکمل معلومات رکھتے ہیں۔

• Take note; in case of proclamation of husband's firm decision of suspending the Matrimonial Bond in times after menstruation for its eventual revoking: the isolated Wives should honestly and sincerely exercise self restraint from deciding their future course for a time period of multiple menstrual discharges at three successive menstruation periods.

اور ایسی بیویاں جنہیں ان کے خاوندوں نے اعلانیہ  طلاق(بندھن نکاح کو معطل کرنا)دے دی ہے وہ اپنے آپ  کو اپنے متعلق فیصلے کرنے  کے لئے تین مرتبہ حیض کے مکمل خروج تک پابند رکھیں ۔

• Moreover, it is is not permissible for them (the alienated Wives) to withhold disclosing that which Allah the Exalted has since created in their Wombs. They will not withhold this information if they have truly been believing in Allah the Exalted and the Last Day [since this has social-moral as well legal implications, as mentioned elsewhere in the Qur’ān].

اور اس کو چھپانا جواللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے ارحام میں(اس دوران)پیدا فرما دیا ہے اِن طلاق یافتہ بیویوں کے لئے حلال نہیں؛انہیں چاہئے کہ ایسا نہ کریں اگر وہ  اللہ تعالیٰ اور یوم آخر پر ایمان رکھنے والی ہیں۔

• And take note; their respective husbands have greater right in reverting them (alienated/divorced wives) back to wedlock (original position) during this case. This right is subject to the condition if those husbands have decided to straighten/reconcile matters.

ایسی مطلقہ بیویاں  مطلع ہوں؛ ان کے خاوندوں کا  اس  ایک پہلی مرتبہ  طلاق(فِـى ذَٟلِكَ)کے دوران حق مقدم ہے ان کواپنی مصاحبت کی اصل حالت میں واپس لینے کا اگر انہوں (خاوندوں)نے  معاملات کی اصلاح کرنے کاارادہ ظاہر کر دیا ہے۔

• Take note; a similar right like the one which husbands have upon them [right of reversion after pronouncement and revocation of matrimonial bond] is also the prerogative for such wives [next time, since divorce can happen only twice in the married life] in accordance with the known norms of the society.

اس ایک حق کی مانند جو ان پر ان کے طلاق دینے والوں  خاوندوںکا معاشرے کا معروف  اندازہے  ویسے ہی فیصلے کا ایک مقدم حق ان (مطلقہ بیویوں)کے لئے بھی ہے ۔

• However, a priority-precedence in exercise of same right for each of two is to men over them.

مگرایک جیسے حق میں برتری/پہل ایسے متذکرہ خاوندوں کے لئے ان متذکردہ بیویوں پر ہے۔
