تقدير الشيء، والآخر مَلاسَة الشيء
That it signifies the act of determining
the measures and proportionality of a thing to other things, and then
smoothness of the object.
Semantic Domain: Creation—Matter
and Life
The basic perception
is that of the idea and intention of giving existence to the
intended object. Thus the thing is created and exists firstly in
Abstract Realm before it takes existence in the Physical Realm.
This is one of just
33 out of 1646 Roots used in the Divine Discourse that has more than 260 occurrences.
Its general perception and meanings as creation are well known to
everyone who knows Arabic.
Words emanating from this Root are cognates
in Arabic and Urdu. "Cognate"
means the words that are the same or very similar in both languages.
The words that stem from this Root are
result oriented. The irreducible semantic features of this Root are:
(1) A living Who is the creator of the
object;
(2) The will - decision taken by the
living to create;
(3) The purpose the Creator has in
mind to create the object;
(4) For what or for whom it is meant;
(5) Idea - blue print - determination
of measures and proportionality of the thing to other things that
creates interrelationships before the object takes existence;
(6) The span of time it will continue
to exist or live.
(7) Assigning a name to the object for
its cognition.
The audience of Divine Discourse is
humanity. This Root is firstly used about their creation:

O you the Mankind, listen
attentively;
-
You
demonstrate subservience and allegiance to
your Sustainer Lord. He the Exalted has
created you people
and those who existed in times before you.
-
This demonstrative allegiance
acknowledging your selves as subjects might
let you adopt rational conduct
avoiding unrestrained moves
in reverence and fear of your Creator and Sustainer Lord. [2:21]
-
Your Sustainer
Lord is He Who had
rendered the Earth
for you people
as a
floor/flat open space—
-
And the Sky as an overarching
canopy.
-
Moreover, He
the Exalted descended water from the Sky.
[refer 2:22]
In previous clause the linkage verb
is:
"He created" and here the linkage clause is:
a doubly transitive verb, "He rendered". Thus the first Root which has
relationship with creation is: ج ع ل. It denotes
rendering an already created thing to assign it a different
characteristic or state or inserting something into an object.

He the Exalted is the One Who
has created for you people; all together- entirely, whatever is present
on-in the Earth.
-
After a lapse of time, He turned to the one Sky,
thereby, applying
of stretching proportioned them into seven skies [layer upon layer].
-
Realize it;
He the
Exalted is
intrinsically and eternally the Knower of
all the physical realm. [2:29]
-
He the Exalted is the Primal
Originator and Accomplisher of the Skies and the Earth.
-
How could a son
take existence for Him the Exalted while no consort has yet been alleged associated for Him
the Exalted? [The propagators of such
myths seem void of even commonsense about their generally held
perception of a son]
-
Moreover, He the Exalted has created
all the physical realm;
-
Realize it;
He the
Exalted is
intrinsically and eternally the Knower of
all the physical realm. [6:101]
-
He the Exalted is Who created you the
living people
from an
entity-person that acts as individual; retains individuality.
-
And He
rendered from a part of that person his spouse-wife.
-
So that he
might have the ultimate placidity, tranquility, serenity
with her.
-
Thereby, for seeking "tranquility" when he, certain
Husband, had copulated with her, respective Wife; she invisibly
carried-uplifted a light burden and she moved along with it.
-
Subsequently,
[because of developing/expanding measures of fetus]
when she became heavy; both called upon Allah the
Exalted, their Sustainer Lord: "If You the Exalted gave us
unblemished son, we will thenceforth be extremely obliged and grateful." [7:189]
-
The return of you people,
all together on the Day of Judgment, is
destined towards Him the Exalted.
-
The promise of Allah
the Exalted is always a
proven and established truth.
-
Indeed He the
Exalted initiates the
creation and after
pause of time will cause his relapse—reverted
to original state:
-
So that He may reward equitably those who
believed and performed moderate righteous deeds.
-
And as for those are
concerned who deliberately
and persistently refused to accept:
-
Drinking water of
heated reservoir and severe punishment is arranged and is in wait
for them for the reason that they persistently
kept refusing to accept the truth.
[preferring worldly interests and fascination]

Man's initial
invigoration and last invigoration are similar phenomenon:
-
Have you not yet observed the apparent
fact that Allah the Exalted has created the Skies and the Earth
conditioning them scientifically:
infallible governing rules for a determined purpose and time.
-
Should He the
Exalted so desires and decides: He would extinguish you people and
would bring on anew
creation. [14:19]
At any given point in time man does not know the entire
created realm.
-
O you the humanity!
Listen;
If you people are in irritating confusion about the
resurrection—revival of life:
-
Then why don't you reflect on origin of life;
Our Majesty indeed created you people initially from clay;
-
Afterwards, We created you
from a segment of single sperm;
-
Afterwards from the
joined, implanted/clung clot [zygote-Greek "zogotus" meaning "joined"];
-
Afterwards from chewed like
morsel of flesh; which is of two types, one made to be created
[the zygote joined with womb's wall]
and the other opposite of that which is created
[the zygote joined with
fallopian tube wall-ectopic pregnancy, not to be created but to scatter]; so that We might make manifest for you
[that only that gets created whom We wish to
create].
-
And We implant-make those reside in the wombs whom We so will, towards a determined
length of time with appointed termination moment.
-
Afterwards the lapse of appointed duration
We discharge you as an infant.
-
Afterwards, so that you people
might cross over to your strengthen maturity.
-
Thereat, there is someone
of strengthen maturity
existing amongst you
who is alienated
[because of natural death, murder or alive who is
killed in Allah's cause].
-
However, there is someone
existing
amongst you who is made to progressively return backwards to
the most dependent-feeble of the period of
life-nethermost-non verbal infancy;
-
so that henceforth he might not trace/separate/locate/acknowledge
something after having attained knowledge.
-
Realize it that you see
certain Soil giving
look of sterile-cracked-compacted and still;
-
Thereat,
when We sent upon her water, she
became thrilled
and she swelled; [These are not literary expressions but
narration of physical facts-Grand Qur'aan is a statement of absolute
fact.]
-
And thereby she produced- sprouted
every kind of beautiful species of plants. [22:05]
-
The Omnipresent, Perpetual is
the One for Whom is the Dominion and Sovereignty of the Skies and
the Earth;
-
Be cognizant of the
fact,
He the Exalted never adopted anyone as son;
-
And never ever there
was a partner - associate for Him the Exalted to share the dominion
and sovereign power.
-
Be aware, He the Exalted has created each and all
matter that exists. Thereby, He the Exalted did subject each thing to a measure in a manner
of relatively quantifying and
equating everything proportionately. [25:02]
-
Therefore, you the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
keep maintaining the focus of your attention
for the Prescribed System/Code perpetually—
-
The Original
Pattern-purpose of Allah the Exalted for the initiation upon/for which He originally created
the Man;
-
There is not at all a change in the
Prescribed Code and Procedure [Islam]
for the Creation of Allah;
-
This is the
primordial straightly
settled, permanent discipline, rule—operative system.
-
[Despite your unambiguous pronouncements]
But the fact remains that most of the people do not know/intend to
understand. [30:30]
-
Therefore, you the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
keep maintaining the focus of your attention
for the Prescribed System/Code perpetually—
-
The Original

the Man;

There is not at all a change in the

But the fact remains that most of the people do not know/intend to
understand. [30:30]

Allah the Exalted is the One Who created
you people in initial state being of feebleness/lacking mental and
physical strength,
[physically as well as metaphorically because of
"you
did not know about anything"].
-
Thereafter, with the passage
of time He the Exalted gave you strength [physically as
well as metaphorically for having given faculty of gaining knowledge
about things] after the state of
feebleness.
-
Afterwards/lapse of time He
the Exalted rendered you weak after strength, and reflecting stage of life
agedly.
-
He the Exalted creates from nothingness whatever He
desires/wills;
-
Know it that He
the Exalted
is
eternally the all-Knowing,
eternally the Dominant.
[30:54]
-
The Infinite Glory and Praise stands specified
eternally and exclusively for Allah the Exalted.
-
He is the Primal
Originator-Creator of the Skies and the Earth.
-
He appoints the Angels as messengers,
the possessors of wings, twos, and threes, and fours.
-
He/Allah increases/adds in the
creation [in whatever manner]
He wills
-
Certainly
Allah the Exalted
has eternally the command and control over each and all things,
individually and collectively, to set them right-fix them in measure.
[35:01]
-
O
you the living Mankind!
-
You recall the
Grace of Allah upon you people.
-
Is there a creator other than Allah?
-
He/Allah provides you people the feed
for continuity of life from the Sky and the Earth;
-
There is no such reality
as lord/deity/iela'aha
except He alone
-
Then how you people are
deluded away from Him?. [35:03]
-
Infinitely Glorious Whose approval is the focus of
all effort is the One Who created the
pairs, all of them with no exception in whatever the Earth
sprouts-germinates [Plant Kingdom],
-
And likewise pair in that
which germinates from
their selves.
-
Moreover, He the Exalted
created pairs in those things about which they have no knowledge.
[36:36]
-
He created you the living people from one
singular person;
-
Afterwards from that person
He developed/made the person's partner
[wife-first relationship].
- And
He the Exalted has descended
for you people
eight families amongst the herbivore
mammals.
- He keeps creating you the
living human beings. This creation proceeds in a place within the bellies of your respective mothers. The
manner of creation
is successive, creation after a stage of creation. This multiple
creative process happens inside the three layered darkness.
- He is your Allah; Your
Sustainer Lord. For Him is the dominion/Sovereignty.He is your Allah; Your
Sustainer Lord. For Him is the dominion/Sovereignty.
- There is no such reality as lord/deity/iela'aha
except Him alone.
-
Therefore how/for what reason you people turn
away [from Allah]. [39:06]
-
What is for you people that you
do not make yourselves graceful by putting firm hopes for Allah;
[71:13]
-
While the fact is that indeed He created you
people in state of diverse stages - in changing measures and lengths.
[71:14]
-
O you the Man, listen
-
"what has deceived and
deluded you about the Exalted Sustainer Lord of you; [82:06]
-
The one Who created you, then
He stretched/equated/made you even, and then He proportioned you on
exacting balance [82:07]
-
Compositing you in whatever
dimensions/form/shape/appearance He willed/liked". [82:08]
-
You
the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam],
repetitively
praising the Name of your Sustainer Lord the
Exalted, keep struggling
for the assigned job. [87:01]
-
He is the One Who created all that exists.
Thereat,
He
stretched-fashioned-equated-made it even. [87:02]
-
Moreover, He the Exalted is the One
Who destined things in measure-limit-scale-proportional relativity.
-
Thereby,
He the Exalted prescribed regulation - information code for its course of conduct,
proceedings and management. [87:03]
-
And the One Who discharged
[from within the Earth for Mamals]
the
grass/leaves; [87:04]
-
Then/for reason He made that
[grass/leaf] greenish black thick/solid elements containing fluid [Crude Oil].
