• Know their conduct in Hejaz: As soon the book came to them (Posterity of Iesraa'eel alai'his'slaam) characterized by transcription in Arabic (Qur’ān) from Allah the Exalted; —

حجاز میں ان  کی روش  جان لو؛ جوں ہی   کتاب (قرء ان)ان تک پہنچ  گیا جو  اللہ تعالیٰ کی جانب سے انہیں پہلے سے حاصل معلومات کے مطابق عربی زبان میں مرتب فرمایا گیاہے —

• Another characteristic of this Book is: it is Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier of that they  read in the book with them [they indirectly declined to accept it-elided response clause of لَمَّا-saying we believe in what was revealed upon us-2:91]—

اس کی  دوسری خصوصیت یہ ہے کہ یہ اُس کی تصدیق و توثیق کرتا ہے جواُن کے پاس موجود رہا ہے۔[تو انہوں نے اسے قبول کرنے سے انکار کر دیا۔محذوف  جواب۔لَمَّا]

• They did so despite their state in earlier time line they were desperately praying-aspiring for comprehensive victory over those who had refused to believe in Tora'at and adopting Judaism.

انہوں نے  ایساباوجود اس کے کیا کہ  اس سے قبل کے زمان میں ان لوگوں پر فیصلہ کن برتری اورغلبہ  پانے کی  خواہش  کے دعاؤں میں طلبگار رہتے تھے  جنہوں نے تورات کو  ماننے اور یہودیت اختیار کرنے سے انکار کر دیا تھا۔ (جس کیلئے آخری نبی امی اور کتاب کے منتظر تھے)۔

• Thereby, as soon that came to them they did recognize it. But they refused to accept it.

مگر جوں ہی وہ ان کے پاس پہنچ گیا جس کو انہوں نے شناخت کر لیا مگرپھر بھی اُس (قرء ان)کو ماننے سے انکار کر دیا۔

• Consequently, the Condemnation and discard of Allah the Exalted is hovering upon those who have refused to accept Qur’ān. [2:89]

 اِس دانستہ ہٹ دھرمی کے سبب اللہ تعالیٰ کی جانب سے ایسے لوگوں کومسترد اور پھٹکار زدہ قرار دیا جاتا ہے جو قرء ان کا انکار کرنے والے ہیں۔

• What a wretched deal they have struck to barter their selves for declining that which Allah the Exalted has compositely sent —

— کتنی بری/ہلکی ہے وہ بات جس کے عوض انہوں نے دانستہ اپنا سودا کیا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے جو مجتمع انداز میں نازل کیا/ان تک پہنچایا ہے اُس کا انکار کر دیں

• Merely to appease heartburning (rankling disconcert, resentment; grudge) caused by serial sending as manifestation of His grace by Allah the Exalted upon the one declared exalted in His allegiants whom He desires to communicate. [this clause is Causative adverb]

انہوں نے ایسامحض اِس جذباتی جلن اور غبار خاطر سے کیا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اپنا فضل (آخری کتاب قرآنِ عظیم)اپنے بندوں میں سے اس  اشرف قرار پائےپربتدریج نازل کریں جنہیں وہ خود پسند فرماتے ہیں۔

• Since denial is merely a matter of personal resentment and is also disregard of their Covenant,  thereby, they have compounded upon themselves the liability to criminal cognizance-arrest by Allah the Exalted.

چونکہ انکار محض ذاتیات  کی  رنجش  کے سبب ہے اور اپنے میثاق سے روگردانی بھی  ہے  اس لئے انہوں نے اپنے آپ کومجرمانہ جانکاری کے مستحق در مستحق بنا لیا ہے ا للہ تعالیٰ کی جانب سے گرفت میں لئے جانے کے۔

• Be aware; humiliating punishment is in wait-prepared for the non-believers of Qur'aan. [2:90]

متنبہ رہو؛ ایک ذلت آمیز عذاب قرء ان(مجید)کا انکار کرنے والوں کے لئے تیار اور منتظر ہے۔

• Moreover, when it was said for them, "You people heartily believe in that which Allah the Exalted has since compositely sent" —

اور جب اُن سے کہا گیاتھا ”تم لوگ اِس پر ایمان لاؤ جو ا للہ تعالیٰ نے مجتمع انداز میں نازل فرما دیاہے“۔

• They (the Jew elite) replied, "We believe and will keep believing in that which was compositely sent upon us".

تو انہوں نے جواب میں کہا ”ہم اُس پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں جو مجتمع انداز میں ہم پرنازل کیا گیا تھا“ ۔

• The fact is that they reject that which is besides it (revelation to them) —

یعنی وہ (بن کہے) انکار کرتے ہیں اُس کا جو اُس کے علاوہ بعدازاں نازل کیا گیا(قرآنِ مجید)۔

اور وہ (قرآنِ مجید)بیانِ حقیقت ہے۔

• It is Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier for that which is found written in the Book which is with them.

وہ اُس کی تصدیق و توثیق کرتا ہے جو اُن کے پاس موجود رہا ہے۔

• You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] confront them: "then why you kept indulging foretimes in character assassination of few of the Chosen and exalted Allegiants of Allah the Exalted by slanderous and libelous statements to distance-ill-repute them from people's reverence?—

اُن کے قول کے جواب میں اُن سے پوچھو”پھر تم کیوں بیتے دور کے ا للہ تعالیٰ کے  چندانبیاء کی تذلیل و اہانت کرتے ہو؟

• Answer it if you were truly the believers in that sent to you earlier". [2:91]

”وضاحت دواگر تم اُس پر ایمان رکھنے والے ہوجو تم پرپہلے نازل کیا گیا تھا؟

• Moreover, it is fact of the past that Mūsā [alai'his'slaam] had come to you people with visual signs - unprecedented displays (miracles), which were beyond your experience and understanding, explicitly indicative of evidence originating from Allah the Exalted—

اور(اپنے ایمان کے متعلق کچھ اور سننا چاہتے ہو تو سنو) موسیٰ (علیہ السلام) یقیناتمہارے پاس  عینی مشاہدہ  کے لئے ایسی شہادتیں(آیات ) لے کر آئے تھے   جوتمہارے تصور،تجربہ،سائنسی توجیح سے ماورائے اِدراک  ہوتے ہوئے اس حقیقت کی جانب  واضح رہنمائی کرنے والی تھیں کہ من جانب اللہ  سند اور برھان ہیں۔

• Thereafter, you had deliberately adopted the sculpted golden Calf as an iela'aha/godhead  after some time of his departure —

بعد ازاں اُن (موسیٰ علیہ السلام)کے جانے کے تم لوگوں نے اس مخصوص بچھڑے نماڈھانچے کو(ھارون علیہ السلام کے سمجھانے اور منع کرنے کے باوجود) دانستہ بطوراِلہٰ اختیار کر لیا تھا۔
