• It is a fact that As-Safa and Al-Marwata are long regarded as amongst Allah's symbolic emblems —

یقینا اللہ تعالیٰ کی جانب سے کعبہ معظمہ کے قریب صفااور مروہ کو تقدس دیئے گئے شعائر (مقدس علامت)میں سمجھا جاتا ہے۔

• Therefore, whoever intended to visit the House (Ka'aba) for annual pilgrimage or affectionate reverent visit, thereby his self imposed affixing of walking around them is not al all blame worthy upon him.

اس لئے جو کوئی اللہ تعالیٰ کے گھرکے حج یا عمرہ کے لئے آیا ہوا ہے تو اس  پر قطعاً  کوئی قابل اعتراض بات  کی گرفت نہیں  کہ   اپنی خوشی اور عقیدت و احترام کے اظہار کے لئے ان  کے گرد طواف کومناسک میں شامل کر لے۔

• And should someone listen and willingly accept the urge for excelling in righteous conduct; it is good for him since Allah the Exalted is certainly the Recognizer-appreciatively acknowledger; eternally All-Knowing. [2:158]

مطلع رہو؛ اگر کوئی بھی شخص خود خوشی سے بھلا کام کرنے پر آمادہ ہے تو یہ قابل تحسین ہے۔کیونکہ یہ حقیقت ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ہر اچھے کام کے معترف ہیں،وہ ارادوں کو مکمل جاننے والے ہیں۔

• Know the upshot of those who conceal and withhold that which Our Majesty have since compositely sent out of the explicit verbal passages and the guidance despite after that which  Our Majesty have manifested for the people in the Book ((Qur’ān)) [as per Our promise to the Messenger] —

ان لوگوں کے انجام کے متعلق جان لو جو اس  کو چھپاتے رہتے ہیں جسے ہم جناب نے مجتمع انداز میں نازل فرمایا ہے،یہ متمیز کر دینے والی آیات میں ہے اور ہدایت نامہ کا جزو ہے،باوجود اس کے کہ ہم جناب نے لوگوں کے لئے اس کوہمارے کلام پر مشتمل کتاب(قرءان مجید)میں نکھار کر واضح کر دیا ہوا ہے۔

• They are the people whom Allah the Exalted condemns and discards; and condemn/discard them all those who discard the withholders of truth, liars, deceivers, vain talkers, conjecturers — [2:159]

یہ ہیں وہ لوگ  جن  کو اللہ تعالیٰ درخور اعتنا نہیں سمجھتے اور تمام  ملامت کرنے والے اظہارمذمت ونفرین کرتے ہیں ۔

• Exemption shall be for those who returned repenting and consciously corrected-mended the direction of conduct and they distinctly explained to people what they were concealing from the Book —

استثناء ان میں سے ان کے لئے ہے جنہوں نے   احساس ندامت سے پلٹنے کا ارادہ کر لیا،اپنی اصلاح کر لی اورحقیقت کو متمیز انداز میں لوگوں کے سامنے بیان کر دیا۔

• Thereby they are the people to whom I will grant impunity.

تو احساس ندامت سے اپنے قابل مذمت رویےپرتوبہ کر لینے والوں پر میں دوبارہ  توجہ مبذول کر دیتا ہوں ۔

• And be sure I am indeed the oft granter of impunity, the fountain of Mercy. [2:160]

اور میں اکثر و بیشتر توبہ کو قبول کرنے والا ہوں، میں منبع رحمت ہوں،میرا ہر فیصلہ رحمت کا مظہر ہے۔

• The certain fact about those who had deliberately denied to accept the belief; and they died while they were determined-staunch rejecters-Non Believers:

ان لوگوں کا انجام جان لو جنہوں نے انکار کیا(اللہ تعالیٰ ،رسول کریمﷺ،قرءان مجید کا/حقیقت کو مدفون کیا) اور اس حالت میں مر گئے کہ بدستور حالت کفر میں تھے۔

• The Condemnation-contemptuous discard by Allah the Exalted and the Angels and by men is collectively destined for such Non-Believers [on the Day of Judgment]. [2:161]

تو یہ ہیں وہ لوگ جو مسلسل اللہ تعالیٰ کی اعتنا کے قابل نہیں،اور ان پر تمام ملائکہ اورلوگوں کی اجتماعی طور پرمذمت و نفرین ہے۔

آخر میں ان کا مقام دوزخ ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے۔

• The awarded punishment shall not be lightened in severity away from them —
