And from amongst the Foreign Settlers in Arabia came those who make excuses so that permission may be granted for them and tarried behind those who lied to Allah and His Messenger. o A severe punishment will strike those from such people who persisted in disbelief [till death] [9:90]
Neither upon the aged and weak and nor upon the ailing ones
and nor upon those who do not possess something to spend there is any blame and cause of feeling embarrassment/contraction when they are sincere to Allah and His Messenger.
There is no blame upon the virtuous ones. [same info in
2:218;3:31,129;4:25;5:74;8:70;9:27,91;24:22;49:05;57:28;60:07;66:01]o And Allah is The Forgiving/Overlooking, The Merciful. [9:91]
And neither there is any blame against those who when came to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] so that you may provide them with mounts, you said, "I do not find on which I could mount you people for journey". They turned away with their eyes overflowing with tears in grief and sorrow that they could not find a thing to spend. [9:92]
The blame and condemnation is for those people who seek your permission for exemption while they are self sufficient in wherewithal. [Same pronouncement in same words in
9:87] They were pleased in preferring to be in the company of those who tarry behind. o And Allah has let their hearts remain wrapped for which reason they do not understand. [9:93]
They will render apologetic explanations to you people when you would have returned to them;
you reply to them, "don't give explanations, never will we believe you, Allah has indeed since informed us the news about you people.
And Allah will see your deeds and His Messenger. [Same pronouncement in same words in
62:08] Afterwards you will be taken towards the Knower of what is invisible/non perceivable and visible/perceivable for the creatures; o Then He will tell you what deliberate and willful acts you perform". [9:94]
They will swear by Allah for convincing you people when you people return to them so that you overlook them.
You people in turn avoid them. Indeed they are filthy people. [Same information in 3:197;4:97,121;9:73,95;13:18;17:97;66:09] And [afterwards] their abode is in the Hell-Prison,

They swear for you people so that you are satisfied and pleased with them. o Then in response if you people are satisfied with them then remember that indeed Allah does not approve and appreciate such people who are averse/transgressors/liars and promise breakers. [9:96]
The Foreign Settlers in Arabia are more hardened in the matter of disbelief and deceptive duplicity of false claim of belief and are more walled-in for reason that they might not know/be disposed about the circumference/volume of that which Allah, the Exalted has since communicated to His Messenger. And from amongst the Foreign Settlers in Arabia there is one who considers it an illegitimate fine what he spends and awaits for you people the turn of bad times. [Same pronouncement in same words in

And from amongst the Foreign Settlers in Arabia there is one who believes in Allah and the Last Day
and he considers it a source of attaining nearness to Allah and the approval and appreciation of the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam].
Yes indeed it is a source of attaining nearness for such people.
Soon Allah will enter them in His Umbrella of Mercy. [Same information in same words in

And the first ones/forerunners who took the lead/precedence from the immigrants and the local accommodators/Helpers and those who followed their footsteps appropriately and in decent manner [Same pronouncement in same words

58:22] Allah is pleased/has approved/appreciated them and they are admiringly happy with Allah.

gardens with canals of water flowing side by wherein they shall reside perpetually.
