O you who declare to have accepted!
you people affectionately and wholeheartedly accept the Word of Allah and His Messenger, o and you people never turn away from him/the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] while you are listening him [narrating Aa'ya'at/Book of Allah, which will reflect your non acceptance]. [8:20]
And you people should never be like those who said "We have heard" but the fact is they do not listen.
Indeed, in the sight of Allah the worst/irksome of the animals are the deaf and the dumb, those who do not reflect/interpret/differentiate [captivate knowledge] [8:22]
And had Allah known presence of any good/rationality in them He would have certainly made them listen o [being irrational and captive of vested interest and emotionalism] and had He made them listen they certainly would have left away turning [reflecting their non acceptance] and they people refrain/avoid. [8:23]
O you who declare to have accepted!
You
people make yourselves consciously answer/respond to Allah and answer/respond
affirmatively to the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam,
by carefully and attentively listening]
when he calls you people towards that/Grand Qur'aan
which will give you people
life
[in the Hereafter eternally comfortable and
enjoyable-let us say responding
And you people may get informed/know/understand that Allah is the One who transmits/and (or) creates a barrier in between the brain and one's heart. [And now we know that the intellect/data is stored in the memory and for communicating/answering/responding it to someone else in his language, the data/thought/ perception is to be first brought to the chest; an air pressure will be created which will pass through the vocal cord converting that thought into a particular buzzy sound which will then be articulated with the help of tongue and lips to become recognizable speech. If the data is not transferred/transmitted by someone [say by cells/neurons] from its storage place to the chest could we say a word despite there being nothing wrong with the entire system of speech? In simple words we can say that someone [or something] has become a barrier between the brain and the chest resulting in hindrance to the flow of data] [Similar information in

And you people be mindful and fearful of liquefying trial since it will not involve exclusively those from amongst you who distorted/wronged. [Same information in same words in

And you people should know/be aware that Allah is extremely watchful/examines matters minutely till conclusion. [8:25]
And you people recall when you were in minority [time frame of reference: in Mecca] considered/deemed weak/oppressed in the City, in the state that you kept fearing that people might not crumble you.
Thereby/for reason [through migration] He gave you protected shelter and strengthened you people with His help. [Same pronouncement in same words in
16:72;40:64] And He provided you people worldly sustenance from pleasant nourishing things [Same expectation in same words

waw 2:185;16:14;28:73;30:46;35:12;45:12 ]o so that you might acknowledge and express praises/thanks. [8:26]
O you who declare to have accepted!
You people do not betray Allah and the Messenger [by deviating from your promise/covenant] and nor betray your trusts/undertakings/commitments, while/since you people know that. [8:27] [Same pronouncement in
64:15] And you people must know/understand that your worldly wealth/movable and immovable assets and your progeny is is like a source/object/crucible of check/test for purity/sincerity, [Same pronouncement in
9:22;
64:15]o and that [on qualifying the test and found sincere void of impurities] with Allah is the greatest reward. [8:28]
O you who declare to have accepted!
If you people remain heedful, cautious, fearful of Allah refraining unrestrained conduct, He will declare/assign for you people apparent distinction [Similar information in
2:271;39:35;48:05;64:09;65:05;66:08] and He will delete/remove/hide from you people your misdoings and He will forgive you people.
