• And people ask you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] regarding instructions about abstinence during the state and happening of Menstrual discharge of respective wives.

اور لوگ آپ(ﷺ)سے اپنی بیویوں سے دوران حیض تعلق کے متعلق سوال کرتے ہیں۔

• You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] tell them; "the menstrual discharge happening is a state of little vexation.

آپ(ﷺ)بتائیں’’وہ(دورانیہ حیض)ایک ناگوار،خفیف  سی تکلیف ہے۔

• Therefore, you (husbands) are directed to consciously abstain coitus with respective wives who are in the currency of Menstrual discharge.

اس لیے تم لوگ اپنی بیویوں کے حیض کے دورانیہ میں   انتہائی کوشش سے حقوق زوجیت سے اجتناب/بائیکاٹ ،انقطاع کرو۔

• And you should not approach them for matrimonial nearness as long as they might exhaust-drain out menstrual discharge.

اور تم لوگوں کو چاہئے کہ ان(حیض  کے دوران بیویاں)سے جنسی خواہش کے لئے قربت نہ کرو اس وقت تک جب وہ اپنے حیض کو مکمل طور پر الگ نہیں کر دیتیں۔

• Then when they would have exhausted - drained out making themselves cleansed —

پھرجب وہ اپنے آپ کوحیض سے فارغ کر چکی ہوں۔

• Thereat, you (husbands) associate-connect matrimonially with them at location [-Vagina] and points in time that Allah the Exalted has decreed-appointed for you people.

تو ان(بیویوں)سے زوجیت کا تعلق قائم کرو اس مقام سے اور اس وقت جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے تمہارے لئے مقرر فرمایا ہے۔

• Indeed Allah the Exalted appreciates and recognizes those who return-revert to proper conduct-point leading to right direction —

ذہن نشین رہے؛اللہ تعالیٰ یقینا ان لوگوں کے رویے کو پسند فرماتے ہیں جو صحیح طرز عمل کی جانب پلٹتے ہیں۔

• And He the Exalted appreciates and recognizes those who maintain cleanliness and purity." [2:222]

اور ایسے لوگوں کے رویئے کو قابل  قدر قرار دیتے ہیں جواپنے آپ کوازخود آلودگیوں سے دور رکھتے ہیں‘‘۔

• The wives of you Men have the characteristic of that of action and state of "cultivating a field" who have accomplished cleansing respectively for you.

اپنی بیویوں کے متعلق اس نکتے کو جان لو کہ ان کی حیثیت اور حالت تم لوگوں(خاوندوں)کے لئے کھیت میں کاشت  کرنے کے مترادف ہے۔

• Therefore, you husbands come to your respective "cultivating activity in agricultural field" discretionally, when (during prescribed timings 24:58) and how (posture) you felt convenient-desirable.

اس لئے تم لوگ(خاوند)اپنے اپنے’’کاشتکاری‘‘کے مقام پرحسب خواہش اور انداز جب چاہو(مقررہ اوقات:سورۃ النور:۵۸)آؤ۔

• And you people keep prioritizing good deeds for the benefit of your selves in future (life of the hereafter).

اور تم لوگ  مستقبل (اخروی حیات)میں اپنی ذات کے فائدے کے لئے   بھلائی کو مقدم رکھو/ترجیح دو ۔

• And sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted —

اورتم لوگ تندہی سے محتاط رہتے ہوئے اللہ تعالیٰ سے پناہ کے خواستگار رہو۔

• And remain aware that you will be presented before Him the Exalted for accountability.

اور مطللع رہو کہ تم لوگوں نے ان کے حضور جواب دہی کے لئے پیش ہونا ہے۔

• And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] guarantee-ensure the glad tidings to the heartily believing people. [2:223]

اورآپ(ﷺ)صدق قلب سےایمان لانے والوں کو کامیابی و کامرانی کی بشارت / ضمانت دیں۔
