• Know it that when Allah the Exalted had obtained the Pledge-Covenant-Oath of the Chosen, Dignified and elevated Sincere Allegiants, to the effect:

• "That whatever I would have given to you by that time for communication to people partly from a book and wisdom-knowledge of invisible-infolded facts.

• Afterwards the passage of time and having given to you all, a Messenger would have come to you people.

• This messenger is a Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier-Authenticator of that which was with you all.

• It will be binding for you people to affectionately believe in him and must help him".

• Allah the Exalted asked them: "Have you willingly consented-pledged to stay by it and that you have self undertaken this Assignment-Covenant of Mine?"

• They responded: "We have solemnly undertaken."

• Allah the Exalted said: "Thereby, you people record-testify your oath.

• And I also testify along with you as being amongst witnesses [having administered the oath]." [3:81]

Therefore, after having known this obligation with which the entire humanity is bound by the aforesaid oath, whosoever turns away,

 then for that reason, they are the people who are transgressors/who go out of the prescribed bounds. [3:82]

[They turn away from this obligation] Are they searching for a system other than the Deen/Way/Code of Conduct Prescribed by Allah [aL-Islam 3:19;85- also occurs in 24:02;110:02],

[despite the known/visible fact] and that whoever/whatever is in the Skies and the Earth has surrendered for Him willingly and perforce/consciously or unconsciously;

  and they all are subjected to account before Him. [3:83]

You people say: "We believe in Allah, and what has since sent for us,

and what was sent to Iebra'heim, and Iesma'eile, and Ies'hauq; and Ya'qoob and upon his progeny; and what was given to Musa and Easa, and what was given to chosen people [Nabis علیہم السلام]  from their Sustainer Lord.

   and to the Elevated and Chosen Persons [Nabi علیہم السلام]  from their Sustainer Lord.

We make no difference/distinction [as to their elevated/chosen unique position and assignment] between one and another of them.

  And, for Allah, we are the Muslims, those who follow the Path/Way of life prescribed by Him-Islam" [3:84]

And whoever seeks other than Islaa'm as a system/path/conduct of life, that for reason [of being conjectural/wishful/whimsical/self designed] will never be accepted from him [approved]

 and that person shall be amongst the losers in the hereafter. [3:85]

Why and how Allah may guide that group of people who after having declared their acceptance/believing denied

and they had ratified the truthfulness/sanctity of the Messenger [refer 3:52-53] and he brought to them the distinct unprecedented demonstrations [never before heard/perceived/seen];

  And Allah does not guide [against their own will/considered decision] those who are mischievous/distorters/substitute facts with conjectures/myths/concocted stories;  [3:86]

They are the people for whom the punishment/recompense is the condemnation/contempt/discard of Allah, the Angels and all men collectively. [3:87]

They shall live in perpetual condemnation.

 

 The severity of punishment shall not be lightened for them nor shall they have a moment of relief/reprieve. [3:88-Mirror 2:162] [People keep talking conjectural myths of getting out of hell while news given by Allah is that  punishment will even not be lightened and there shall not be a moment of reprieve-Read in conjunction-2:86,162;16:85;35:36;40:49 to get cautious] [The query in 39:19 leaves no room for anyone getting out of Hell once put in there]

Exception shall be for those who returned repenting after having done that, and they corrected/ mended the direction of conduct, then/since Allah is indeed repeatedly Overlooking/Forgiving, Merciful. [3:89]

Indeed those people who deliberately denied after having declared to have accepted/believed and afterwards persistently kept advancing in their denial,

their repentance/returning [while dying] shall not be accepted;

and they are the people who are persistently wandering/strolling in neglectfulness/heedlessness. [3:90]

Those who deliberately and persistently denied and they died in the state of they being the rejecters,

 for this reason if any one of them could offer, gold equal to the weight of the Earth as compensation/fine/recompense, it shall never be accepted.
