O you who declare to have accepted!

o

 you people remember Allah, recalling and mentioning quite often; [33:41]

and you describe repetitively the Praises of Allah at morning and evening. [33:42]

 He is the One Who sends upon you people blessings and His Angels [since they come along with Gibra'eel for communicating/delivery of Grand Qur'aan]

so that He may [through the Messenger with the Grand Qur'aan] move you people out of the depths of darkness into the visible light.  [Read with 2:257;5:16;14:01;65:11]

And He has been Merciful for the Believers. [33:43]

Their/Angel's greetings, the Day they confront it, will be "peace and tranquility".

o

And He has prepared/kept ready for them a reward par excellence. [33:44]

O you the Elevated and Chosen One [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam],

it is a certain fact that We have sent you as Messenger to act as a Witness and Guarantor/Giver of glad tidings and Warner/Revivalist/Admonisher [for all times to come]; [33:45]

[Read with 46:31]

and as One who invites people towards Allah, the Exalted with His prior permission;

o

and We have sent you [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] as a Figure of Unique Prominence reflecting entirely the Noor/Visible Light illuminating the whole Universe. [33:46] [Any Figure that totally reflects the Noor/Visible Light, scientifically speaking, cannot have its shadow]

And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] give glad tidings/guarantee to the persistently believing ones.

with the news that for them is a great bounty from Allah. [33:47]

and you do not hearken to the Non believers and Muna'fi'qeen.

and remain composed and calm on their irritations;

and you continue having trust in Allah.

And Allah suffices as the Guardian/Protector/Disposer of Affairs. [33:48]

O you who declare to have accepted!

When you people have taken the believing women into the fold of Nikha/wedding, thereafter [some time lapsed, for compelling reasons] you divorced them before that while you had not yet established intimate matrimonial association with them [you entered with them 4:23, in such case her daughter from earlier husband remains permissible for Nikah; this reiterates and confirms that here women include the already divorcee women]

thereby in such case there is no obligation about them for waiting period which you respective husbands need to count [just one proclamation of husband's firm decision of divorce ends the tie of Nikah in this case].

o

therefore you people give them the gifts from the worldly sustenance [in accordance with injunction mentioned in 2:236-237] and in par excellence respectful manner see them off [instantly to their parent's house or to the one/place where she was a maid-servant]. [33:49]

• O you the Elevated and Chosen One [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam],

• It is a fact that We have affirmed it lawful for you, all your wives whom you have already paid their wedding gifts-determined and settled obligations.

• They include the one who came under your protection and responsibility-believing married woman in the fold of non-believer who migrated to believing society whom Allah the Exalted turned her upon you.

• And daughters of your paternal uncle, and the daughters of your paternal aunts;

• and daughters of your maternal uncle and daughters of your maternal aunts; who migrated with you.

• Moreover, it is affirmed lawful that Believing Woman who proposed herself for the Elevated and Chosen One [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] when the Elevated and Chosen One had decided that he should affectionately take her in the fold of Nikah/wedding.

• This sanctification notification is exclusively and solely for you, the Elevated and Chosen One [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] exclusive of the permission for other believers.

• We certainly know what We have prescribed for them-ordinary believers the time/occasion bound in the matter of mates from protected families and the right possessed by them upon house-maid-male servants with permission of their family/believing married woman in the fold of non-believer who has migrated to believing society.

• This pronouncement of sanctification of your marriages executed in the past is for the purpose that any objection causing disconcert-contraction might not lie against you.

• And Allah the Exalted is repeatedly Overlooking/Forgiving, the Merciful. [33:50]

You may defer any one from them/your wives whom you wished and you may make stay with anyone of them whom you wished

and whom you liked from the one whom you had kept away [for obvious reason-2:222] then there is no cause of objection upon you [by the wives].

This arrangement is better suited that their eyes may be comfortably cooled, and they do not feel grieved, and they are appreciatively happy with that which you have given to all of them.

And Allah fully knows that which is in your hearts.

And Allah is the Eternally All-Knowing, eternally imperturbably Forbearing. [33:51]

 

After this [proclamation of sanctification of your earlier wedded wives] women are not permissible for you, the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]; and nor that you exchange with them with other wives [which is done by an act of divorce] no matter if their beauty might have surprised you;

women are not permissible to you henceforth except those upon which you possess the right [believing married woman in the fold of non-believer who may migrate to believing society since they cannot be turned back in accordance with Allah's injunction in this matter]
