Allah, Ar'Reh'maan the Exalted is to be recognized as:

The first recognition of Allah, Ar'Reh'maan the Exalted is:  the Sustainer Lord of the universes - all that exists. And the corollary recognition is that He the Exalted is: such Lord who maintains Aloneness. It is interesting that this recognition is firstly mentioned in accompaniment to the Personal Name: Ar'Reh'maan:

The first sentence of Ayah: also finds mention in another five Ayahs, reproduced below:

The predicate of sentence: is an Adjectival Phrase: .

The word: is a common noun, indefinite, singular, masculine stemming from Root: ء ل ه Ibn Faris [died 1005] stated that it signifies an icon: somebody or something widely and uncritically admired, adored and worshipped. The irreducible feature of this root indicate it a two-way relational domain. For its actual realization, the other verbal Root is: ع ب د: subjects ruled by a ruler, sovereign; allegiants. Therefore, its semantic field can be captioned: Interpersonal relationship of the Supreme Sovereign and Subjects. This domain will include all self-imposed responsibilities, obligations and promises of the Supreme Sovereign and the obligations, responsibilities, duties, conduct, reward and punishment of the subjects.

This noun is adjectively portrayed as: . It is an active participle. Used as an adjective, the Active Participle acts as descriptive term. It stems from Root: و ح د which is distinct from Root: ء ح د that is a sub-category of Semantic Domain: Root: ع د د : Counting-Enumerating and signifies numeral, number: One - a single subset-unit of a setparallels. For transcribing it in English, I have selected the word "aloneness" which is semantically very close to it since it means: without company; without help or support from anybody or anything else; unique in some respects.

Thereby, the phrase: signifies such icon/somebody widely and uncritically admired and adored who maintains aloneness, absolute feature.

This phrase is used second time in the Divine Discourse to describe the recognition element of Allah the Exalted as is used earlier for Ar'Reh'maan the Exalted:

The last sentence again finds mention twice with third person pronoun referent to Allah the Exalted:

And it again finds mention with change of verb-like particle:

The phrase: finds mention in Ayahs (1)2:163(2)4:171(3)5:73(4)6:19(5)14:52(6)16:22(7)16:51(8)18:110(9)21:108(10)22:34(11)41:06=11, which are reproduced below:

The phrase: also finds mention in accusative case:

The recognition of Allah the Exalted in time-line has always been:  . And this has been the main theme of the Message conveyed by all the Messengers sent towards different nations ever since the Elite-Dominant segment of the Nation of Noah alai'his'slaam did the first greatest deception to their subjects-weaker segments and to posterior humanity when they sculpted statues; and by assigning them various hypothetically coined names declared these as various: "miscellaneous gods". It is how they innovatively introduced the hypothetical concept of various gods. This reflects craftiness and cunningness of the pseudo-intellectuals, the coteries of ruling elite, who derived a word from: in such manner that it may look different to avoid mutiny and straightaway rejection by ordinary majority of people. After they had done this deception; the message conveyed to the people in time and space is to get out of this deception and know that: is  . We MUST always call by Proper Name: to maintain and reflect our distinction that we recognize Him and believe that He the Exalted is: .

How the elevated Messengers of Allah sent towards different nations propounded this reality is mentioned in the following Ayahs:

What is most conspicuous by absence in the recorded history of earlier nations is the sentences: and another sentence with third person masculine singular pronoun which is referent to Allah the Exalted: .  This sentence is one element of the theme of Grand Qur'aan. It is for the author of a book to prove his theme by tangible evidence and undeniable arguments. We should, therefore, study it as a separate concept.
