Encyclopedia Britannica defines that the
primary purpose of a book is to announce, expound, preserve, and transmit
knowledge and information between people, depending on the twin faculties of
portability
and permanence.
We have read the claim about conveniently portable Grand Qur'aan that one of its characteristic
peculiarity is permanence
denoted by passive participle:

This claim might lead a conscious and critical reader to a complexity:

The above two sentences share
four same words. The striking difference is the ascending order of
characteristic features of:

The order is reverse in the second sentence. The same passive participle
signifies a different fact by its placement. In the first sentence, it denotes
that the Book after having been compactly sent is rendered and declared to
remain in force perpetually; thus it is the complete and final Book for entire
humanity. In the second sentence, it is the first specification of:
Memoir - reference source, before it was compactly sent-communicated.
It thus conspicuously reveals that this Memoir
narrates the events of all time.
Were we enjoying an excellent memory enabling us to retain the already read part, we might not have faced complexity on hearing this claim and declaration about permanence rendition of the Book. While listening an episode of the past we were told:
We are continuing narrating it: the episode of Easa [alai'his'slaam] to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] which is one of many unprecedented happening-unprecedented displays;
And We are narrating it out of the miscellany of Memoir/Referential/Reference Book: Grand Qur'aan; its peculiarity is that it persistently exposes the infolded realities. [3:58]

The basic perception infolded is to preserve something in
the memory; to retain ideas, perceptions
and events in memory. Information saved and recorded in memory
becomes memoir-history, a source of reference; a link that can

In this manner Our Majesty is narrating to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] some of the episodes, in event by event manner, out of the miscellany of news that have passed.
The fact remains that We have given to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] a Memoir's narrative: Grand Qur'aan; a Grace from Our Majesty. [20:99]

meaning. A verb signifies occurrence of an action within a
particular time-period, like the past, present or future.
The

signifies the occurrence of an action
or a state within the time-period in which
it finds mention. Thereby, it covers the
entire timeline when used as an epithet; a figure of
speech, which is best defined as a descriptive title that commonly involves a
word or a phrase that is used in lieu of the other noun:

The par excellence style of Grand Qur'aan is that
it leaves no complexity unresolved. An epithet is a descriptive title;
signifies the real nature and value of the contents,
discourse of the Grand Qur'aan. It is explicitly pointed out:
Sād: Fifteenth-middle letter of the 29 letter Arabic Alphabet, with ancillary glyph/prolongation sign/mark which extends/stretches the sound value of the letter to which it is added. As a numeral, it denotes 90-reflecting the entire range from 0 to 9. Interestingly, its head part is used in Grand Qur'aan as a sign to suggest linkage in recitation.
And swearing by the Qur'aan; its peculiar feature is that it is the holder of the Memoir. [38:01]

It is a definite noun by construct and refers to owning,
possessing, holding, and containing with reference to a book or container. Grand
Qur'aan is the Book that contains in its contents the Memoir - history.
It is thus evident that the first
complexity which might be faced by a critical reader on listening the claim of
having rendered the Qur'aan as perpetuated and permanent Book of guidance is
vividly resolved by the epithet:
The Memoir's narrative. But it is clarified that it is not
an ordinary memoir in the meanings of an account of historical events written
from personal observation/knowledge. It is Grand Memoir for
the reader since it covers for him the past, the present, and the future of his
Universe; and beyond it to a new threshold: the transition to a new Universe where he will continue
his life on resurrection. And all this timeline is the Memoir: Knowledge and
Observation of the author of
the Grand Qur'aan, Allah the Exalted, the creator of all realms.
Let us travel beyond our timeline into the new world and listen a man in extreme distress biting on his hands is regretfully exclaiming:,
"Of course he: my friend strayed me away the Memoir's narrative: Grand Qur'aan in times after it had reached me;
And Shai'taan [Satan] has always been a certain deserter for man." [25:29]
Allah the Exalted has observed and listened this man; hence it is part of the Grand Memoir's narrative. He the Exalted has not kept it secret from us. We are shown the disturbed body language of this man and we have heard him. We should reflect if this man is me. If we find that today we are strayed away from Grand Qur'aan, this man could be anyone of us. But we have still time, we can get out of this state by reverting and adhering to Qur'aan lest it is too late. Let us develop a habit of reading and comprehending the Qur'aan with maximum concentration of mind and all the sensory faculties endowed and find how are we mentioned and adjudged therein:
Know the certain fact that We have sent towards you people a written discourse: Grand Qur'aan. The peculiar feature of this Book is that the Narrative-Story of you is detailed therein.
Would you still, after finding yourself mentioned therein, not reflect rationally? [21:10]
This Grand Qur'aan is the narrative of him who is my contemporary, and is the narrative- memoir of him who existed in time and space before me. [Ref 21:25]
: This Possessive Phrase is the Subject
of inverted nominal sentence which portrays the characteristic feature
of the Book. It is Verbal Noun: Definite;
nominative + Suffixed Possessive Pronoun: Second person; masculine;
plural, in genitive state.
The pronoun refers to every individual reader of living humanity.
The book mentions and explicitly
elaborates in its contents the narrative-story—history—biography of each one of us. It
mentions us by belief, psyche, temperament, behaviour, actions, conduct
and our resultant placement in the "New world order" after the threshold
when the actual big bang will be heard by us and we will instantly be
watching on resurrection the New and Real World.
Realize it, had the Nature—permanent science, wisdom, justice and rightness molded itself -compromised to follow their conjectures and desires, the Skies and the Earth and whoever exists therein would have certainly suffered imbalances, distortions and alterations.
No, their whimsies are false; the fact is that We have given them the book mentioning their account—history—biography. Thereby, they having seen-listened, purposely avoid and move away from relay of their biography: Grand Qur'aan. [23:71]
The other complexity about the finality of Grand Qur'aan can be curiosity about its safety in timeline. This is also resolved and satisfied:
Indeed We have successively communicated Memoir/Reference Book: Grand Qur'aan.
And know it; Our Majesty is certainly the protector and guard for it in timeline. [15:09]
This information reveals that this is the claim by the Living Who is Living in absolute sense; living beyond time frames. The infallibility of this information is confirmed:
And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] trustingly rely [for its security and safety] upon the Living; the unique distinction of Him the Exalted is that He will never ever die. [Refer 25:58]
Another perplexity and curiosity about the perpetual feature of Grand Qur'aan might be about its transmission in time and space in pure form without adulteration and substitution of its verbal passages, sentences, and words. This aspect was answered and ensured:
And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] recite to them, word by word, relevant to the occasion out of the contents of the Book: Grand Qur'aan of your Sustainer Lord which have since been communicated to you.
There is none at all a Substituter, a Replacer never ever in timeline who could alter the miscellany of words, phrases and sentences of Him the Exalted. [Refer 18:27]
The attentive listening and critical reading; of a book that answers all the complexities and curiosities about any proposition, information and claim therein, grants strengthened motivation to sincerely believe it; and imposes an obligation to ponder over it and act accordingly. Unlike the following people We still have the time to listen and apply intellect lest we join their company:
Listen it; They further said: "Had we adopted the habit of listening or applying intellect-differentiating faculty we would not have been in the company of residents of scorching temperature of Hell-Prison" [67:10]
Thus they consciously confessed the guilt of their sin; resultantly condemnation is for the residents of the scorching Hell-Prison. [67:11]
After having seen and listened what has happened on the Day of Judgment, let us become good listeners and apply intellect to differentiate between the words and facts narrated by the Qur'aan and conjectural stories and myths which are the talk of the town. This is utmost necessity because the criterion for evaluation, judgment and success in the examination/trial is solely the Aa'ya'at: Verbal Passages of Allah the Exalted, Grand Memoir's narrative: Grand Qur'aan.
