44:03] It is a fact that We had descended this Book/Grand Qur'aan in the Night of the Apportionment [during the month of Ramazan-2:185, as composite whole unit along with corporeal appearance of Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam-7:157]
And what is that which could give you the perception as to which/what is the Settling/Decisive-Night of the Apportionment?
[it is enough to know that] The Settling/Decisive Night of the Apportionment is better than nights in a thousand months, [97:03]

44:04] during that night, by the Will/permission of Allah, Angels and Gib'raa'eil cause themselves to come down intermittently [to the Sky of Earth for disclosure for implementation/execution], with command/ decision/decree on each and every matter/affair; [97:04]
secure and safe in it till the break of morning/surfacing of the Sun on horizon. [97:05]
