Woe and regret is for those who are dishonest in the exchange of measures; [83:01]
they are those who when they decided to take by measure, it is mandatory upon other people that they consciously and cautiously deliver in full; and as against that when they have measured or they have weighted they cause giving less. [83:02-03]
Do they not expect that they are the people who will indeed be revived to life/resurrected [83:04]
for the Great Day [for accountability]. [83:05]
The Day the people will rise for the Sustainer Lord of the Worlds/all that exists. [83:06]
Nay, indeed the Book/written record of prominently wicked ones is certainly in Sijjeen; [83:07]
And what is that which could give you the perception as to what is Sijjeen [Encapsulation]. [83:08] [Replica/Mirror 83:20] that is a book dotted [written in dots]. 68:15] When Our Aa'yaat [verbal presentation of information, facts and knowledge in the Book] were recited to him, he said, "Tales of the ancients" [83:13]
Nay, [their hearts have not a wrapping], but the fact of the matter is that what they earn has rusted/coated their hearts [resulting in as if sealed]. [83:14]
Nay, indeed that Day they people will certainly be alienated from their Sustainer Lord [as condemned and cursed people];[83:15]
Afterwards indeed they will certainly be the entrants of the scorching Hell-Prison. [83:16] [Same pronouncement in
32:20;37:21] Afterwards it will be pronounced, "This is the One that which you people kept contradicting publicly" [83:17]
Nay, indeed the Book/written record of the pious is certainly in Illiyin; [83:18]
And what is that which could give you the perception as to what is Illiyun; [83:19] [Replica/Mirror 83:09] that is a book dotted [written in dots], [83:20]
those who have been appreciated and approved for nearness study/see it. [83:21] [Replica/Mirror
82:13] Indeed the righteous are certainly in the Delight; [83:22]

You will recognize on their faces the radiance of the delight/success/Bliss. [83:24]
Indeed those who committed crimes used to ridiculously laugh on those from amongst those who had believed; [83:29]
and when they passed by them they consciously and purposely winked to each other. [83:30]
And when they made themselves turn back towards their household, they turned jesting. [83:31]
And when they saw them/the Believers they said to others, "indeed these people are certainly the ones who have gone astray". [83:32]
And we had not sent them as guards over them. [83:33]
In consequence Today, those who had believed will laugh over from amongst the Non Believers. [83:34]

Has it not caused to bounce back upon the Non-Believers that which they used to innovatively do? [83:36]
