And listen:
Provided you
are perturbed: cast in disconcerting duality of mind regarding
authoring- compilation
of that which Our Majesty have sent
piecemeal upon Our Sincere
Allegiant;
-
Thereby, the best course to get out of disconcerting
duality of mind
on this point
is that
you
bring
one Surat: Segment - chapter authored in semblance
of it.
-
For the needful, you invite-get help of all your
friends-helpers-lawyers available to you other than Allah the Exalted.
-
Try it, if you were truthful in
expressing
perplexity about
source of Qur'aan.
[2:23]
-
Sequel to this effort, if you people have not been able to do it
-
-- And let it be
mentioned that
certainly in future too never ever will you be able to do it

[since Qur'aan is neither authored-compiled by
the Messenger nor can be authored except by Allah the Exalted-10:37]

-
They ask you the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
regarding the recurring
Crescent Moons.
-
You tell them; "This phenomenon is for people to
reckon-determine timings; period/calendar and dates for Hajj".
-
And note that this conjectural hearsay
were never a
virtue-commendable act that you might enter the houses from their
backs.
-
On the contrary the
Virtue-commendable act is of he
who remained cautious, heedful and mindful and avoided unrestrained
conduct.
-
And you people are
directed to come to the homes
through their doors-front entrances.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
So that you
people may attain
perpetual success. [2:189]
-
A month of sanctity
can be honoured if its respect/dignity is also possessed by the
other party.
-
And all
sanctities-rights are to be followed to conclusion-adjudged in the
manner of exactly following footsteps.
-
Thereby, if someone
had done to you people an unrestrained act-harm, thereat
in keeping with the principle of
proportionality: "al-horo'maa'to
qisa'suen" you may
[if you can't pardon/ignore]
inflict upon him similar harm as he had inflicted upon you.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And remember that Allah
the Exalted are
with those who persistently remain mindful and cautiously avoid
unrestrained conduct. [2:194]
-
And you are directed to conclude the Hajj and
Uemraa:Sacred Visitation
for which ever you had come in reverence
for
Allah the Exalted.
-
Thereat, subject to you
having been
blockaded-denied permission to perform it you are only required to deliver
whatever
sacrifice is readily available as accompanying garlanded mammals
designated for slaughter.
-
And you people should not
remove hair-shave heads for such time that the sacrificial mammal might reach the destined point; consumed-distributed.
-
However, if
someone is sick, or with itching-irritation persisting in his head
he is faced with, necessitating removal of hair or avoidance of
shaving, thereby to avoid the
stated course an absolver is due upon him of choice; fasting, or to gift
something to needy, or do any good act.
-
Subject to you
are afforded security-permission
for entry, thereat, if some
one wished to avail the benefit of
Uem'raa
visit towards Hajj he shall sacrifice what is conveniently available to him.
-
However, he who does not find to
comply with this injunction he shall fast for three days during Hajj and for
seven days on return to native place.
-
This will make fast for ten
days completely. This injunction is for him who is non-resident of
Sacred Mosque.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And you people know-be
aware that Allah the Exalted is watchful/examines matters minutely till
its logical conclusion. [2:196]
And you people praise Allah the Exalted
during
the appointed days.
For reason that
someone hurried back in two days there is no wrong upon such person,
and he who postponed his departure there is no wrong upon him too.
This is for one who
did it consciously in the cause of Allah the Exalted [not personal considerations of commerce].
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
And remain mindful that you people will be gathered-resurrected to be held
accountable by Him the Exalted.
[2:203]
-
The wives of you Men
have the characteristic of that of action and state of
"cultivating a field" respectively for you Therefore, you
husbands come to your respective "cultivating activity in
cultivating field"
discretionally if, when
and how you felt convenient-desirable.
-
And you make
advances-secure-care-send for your future.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And remain aware that you
will be presented before Allah the Exalted for accountability.
-
And you the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
guarantee-ensure the
glad tidings to the heartily believing people. [2:223]
-
Take note of
the course of action in case you husbands have
publicly suspended the Marriage- Protocol with wives and thereafter the
alienated wives have elapsed-crossed over their respectively determined
mandatory restraint period
[resulting in untying-dissolution of Nikkah].
-
Thereat, you husbands are directed to exercise either of
the two options: you cause them withholding in your
wedlock
in accordance with the known norms of society
[fresh Nikah if reconciliation is struck 2:232]
-
Otherwise,
apart them from your house
in a respectable-decent manner
in
accordance with the known norms of society
[in the presence of two witnesses of just minded repute-Refer
65:02].
-
Be mindful, you husbands
should not cause their association in
wedlock with
mischievous intention so that you might purposely commit excesses.
-
Remember that should
someone do that mischief, in fact he did that excess against his own self.
-
[Reverting from parenthetic]
Be mindful, that you people should not, deliberately and purposely,
hold-treat non-seriously and in jest the Verbal injunctions-Aay'aat of Allah
the Exalted.
-
And you recall and
celebrate "the Grace-obliging beneficence of Allah the Exalted" upon you people.
-
And remember and
orate that which He the Exalted has compositely sent to
you as part of the Book and the Wisdom.
-
He
the Exalted advises you people by it.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
Further, you people know
the fact that Allah
the Exalted is eternally the knower of absolute: visible and infolded knowledge of
physical realm: all that exists. [2:231]
-
Take note that the Mothers shall
breast-feed their off-springs for two years,
complete two years
[24
months].
-
This direction
is in favour of that husband who decided that he might complete the
breast-feed by his wife whom he had alienated from Matrimonial Bond
*.
-
Their sustenance,
feed and clothing in accordance with the known norms of society is
incumbent responsibility upon the respective Father.
-
A person-husband shall
however not be
burdened except that which he can afford.
-
A mother should not
be subjected to suffer for [love,
motherly affection] her born
progeny. Nor the one who has become father be pressed because of his
born progeny.
-
The like of the
Obligation imposed upon the respective husband in respect of his
alienated Wife on becoming mother is incumbent
upon the Heir in case of husband's
death before birth of progeny.
-
Sequel to mutual
understanding and consultation if they both decided to earlier stop the breast-feeding, thereby nothing objectionable lies against both of them.
-
Moreover, if you have
decided that you might self assign the breast-feeding of your
off-springs to foster-mother, thereat, there is no cause of
objection upon you therein when you willingly agreed for that which
you paid in accordance with accepted norms.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
Further, you people
know-remember the fact that Allah
the Exalted is ever watching
whatever you are doing. [2:233]
-
O those people/you, who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You
people
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And
you are hereby directed to leave-write-off that subset of the
cumulative interest which is remaining on lent money;
-
If you people were
true believers then you must forego the remaining interest on lent
money. [2:278]
-
O those people/you, who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
Whenever
you people have mutually decided a fiscal deal of promissory nature:
lending whose maturity
term is specified by deadline-specific date for payment,
thereat you are directed to
document it in writing.
-
A scribe should write down the agreement struck between
you people, impartially in just manner.
-
Take note, a scribe should not refuse documenting-writing
down since Allah the Exalted has imparted him the knowledge to
write.
-
Therefore, he should write down and the party under liability should
dictate, and should aspire
to attain the protection from Allah the
Exalted,
his Sustainer Lord. And he should not undervalue anything relating to
the
liability/obligation.
-
For reason of the indebted person being immature or weak, or
if he does
not consider himself capable to dictate it, thereby, the guardian of his interests should
dictate it; details of deal with equity.
-
Moreover, you must seek two men of good repute
amongst you as observers-non participating witness to the contract.
-
However, in case of non-availability of two men, the recourse is
to seek
one man and two women of vicinity selected by mutual consent
to observe the deal.
[two women; it is embarrassing for a woman to
join unknown 4 men in a commercial shop; she might remain absent
minded].
-
The cause of inviting two women to observe the transaction:
supposedly one of the two ladies might become lost-absorbed in
herself-unmindful
other woman might make her mindful.
-
And
the observers should not refuse to observe
the contract when they are called upon for it.
-
And you should
not neglect to reduce it: lending-loaning deal to writing-documenting;
notwithstanding whether it be small or big in worth, validating till its termination date.
-
Allah the Exalted considers it-documentation as an act more just for you
people and is primary evidence. And it reduces the chances that you
might suffer
confusion and double mindedness.
-
However,
if it were an on-spot transaction by hand-to-hand, a
routine daily business of rotation of things by selling and buying,
thereat, no blame is upon you
people in not reducing it to writing.
-
And you are directed to make it a witnessed
activity when you have mutually struck a promissory commercial
transaction: credit sale.
-
Take note that neither the scribe nor the witnesses
should be harassed.
-
In case
you do so, thereat you will indeed be guilty of excess.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And recognize the fact that Allah the Exalted is
teaching you [the right way to conduct business].
-
And Allah the Exalted has the absolute knowledge of each and
everything
[visible and infolded][2:282]
-
O, those people/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You
people sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
the intensity of endeavour must be absolute as is befitting for
attaining the salvation from Him the Exalted.
-
And you people should not
die except being conscious followers of the Code-Islam: submission to the
discipline establishing state of peace, security, tranquility, harmony and
dynamic balance for all. [3:102]
-
O those people/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You should not devour usury: cumulative interest on lent money,
multiple surcharges/build-up of an ever
increasing debt.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
Adopt this attitude so that you
people may attain-reap the fruits of
perpetual success. [3:130]
-
O those people/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
Remain coolly
perseverant and steadfast; and remain mutually tolerant-patient and
forbearing; and maintain mutual connectivity retaining unity.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
Adopt this attitude so that you
people may attain-reap the fruits of
perpetual success. [3:200]
-
O you the
mankind! Listen carefully:
-
You people
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from
your Sustainer Lord. Your Sustainer
Lord is He the Exalted Who
created you people from an entity-person that acts as individual; retains
individuality.
-
And He created his spouse-wife from a
part of that person.
-
And He the
Exalted spread apart majority
of men and all women from that couple.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted, in Whose Name you ask-claim from one another; and be
reverently mindful for relationship of the Wombs by which you implore.
-
Take heed: Allah the Exalted is
certainly ever eternally watchful over you people. [4:01]
-
O those/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You should not liquefy-untie-disrespect
the symbolic emblems of Allah the Exalted;
-
Nor the sanctity of the sacred month;
-
Nor the offerings nor the garlanded sacrificial
animals;
-
Nor those who visit the House of Sanctity
seeking Grace and appreciation from their Sustainer Lord.
-
And when you are free from the pilgrimage
restraints-bindings then you hunt for game.
-
And nor let the ill feeling overpower you that you
people may over step against a people for the reason that they stopped
you to visit the Sacred Mosque.
-
And cooperate and facilitate in matters of
righteousness-commodiousness-helping and accommodating people and in
acts of enlightenment for becoming cautious, heedful and avoid
unrestrained conduct.
-
But you people should not participate-collaborate
in dilapidating acts-sinful activities and
digressions/ injustices/excesses.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
Indeed Allah the Exalted
is severe in awarding punishment/takes the matter to its logical
conclusion. [5:02]
-
They ask you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
about that which is permissible for them?
-
You tell them: "The "tayyi'baate": nutrient
and nourishing liquefiable produce are declared
permissible-lawful for you people;
-
And that hunt-catch
for which you have trained some of game carnivores, acting as
trainers by attraction, drawing, and engaging. You teach and train
those domesticated carnivores with the knowledge bestowed by Allah
the Exalted upon you.
-
Therefore, you eat
the catch they the trained carnivores have held for you
and pronounce the name of Allah the Exalted upon the hunted mammal for
slaughter.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
Be mindful; Allah the Exalted is
certainly swift in accounting-measuring-judging-evaluating-reckoning. [5:04]
-
And recall and celebrate "the Grace-obliging
beneficence of Allah the Exalted" upon you people.
-
And recall
His
Pledge-Covenant.
That Covenant He the Exalted has tied-bound you people when you people said: "We have
listened and we have consciously accepted it-Grand Qur'aan".
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
It
is a fact that Allah the Exalted is aware absolutely of that which the chests hold inside.. [5:07]
-
O, those/you who consciously
proclaim to have
accepted/become believers, listen:
-
You are hereby
directed to act as determined protectors who stand for dispensation
of justice on the principle of equity by becoming witness to record
testimony without favour and fear for seeking the approval of Allah
the Exalted.
-
And you should not let the ill feeling against a people
for reason of their any unjust act
overpower you that you people might not dispense justice.
-
You people dispense justice; that is more near
for being mindful and fearful of Allah with hopes.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
Indeed Allah
the Exalted is fully aware of all acts that you perform.
[5:08]
-
O those/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
Acknowledge the Grace of Allah
the Exalted bestowed upon you
people:
-
When a people
intended-decided to extend their hands against you, in order to attack
you, but He the Exalted restrained their hands protecting you from what
they intended to do to you.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
Take note; the
believers should keep their trust and hopeful reliance upon Allah the
Exalted. [5:11]
-
O those/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You
people sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
And you people most desirously
explore the source that causes nearness towards Him the Exalted:
[His Guidance: Qur'aan and strict adherence by remaining within
its framework].
-
And you people vigorously effort in His
Way with worldly resources and personal
selves.
-
This is
directed so that you people might attain and reap the fruit of
perpetual success. [5:35]
-
O those/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You should not
associate adopting them as patrons/fellows such people who have
deliberately undertaken jesting, mocking and playful exposition
about your Code of Conduct: Islam;
-
Be they belong
to those whom
Book was given earlier and be they the staunch non believers.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
Adopt this attitude
if you people are truly the believers.. [5:57]
-
And You people eat selectively from the
sustenance which Allah the Exalted has provided you; permissible
and characteristically beneficial and nutrient for you.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted; He the Exalted in Whom you are faithful believers.
[5:88]
-
The pursuit of water-game and its
consumption as meal is declared permissible for the benefit of you people and
the crew - passengers traveling in the water reservoir.
-
But the pursuit of land-game so long you are on pilgrimage
is forbidden upon you people.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted; He the Exalted towards Whom you will be presented
for accountability. [5:96]
-
This mode of verification is better suited
which will prompt the people to
give the testimony exactly on its face-as was bequeathed by the deceased
testator;
-
Or
else they might apprehend that it might be rejected by other oaths taken after
their attestation.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
Moreover, you are directed to attentively listen
[injunctions in the Qur'aan].
-
Mind it; Allah the Exalted does not guide
those people who are aberrant-the promise breakers and transgressors
of the prescribed bounds. [5:108]
-
Know the history; When Al-Hawariyun:
the group of
Bani Iesraa'eel who had believed said:
"O Easa, the son of Maryam!
-
Would your Sustainer Lord willingly
and affectionately consent that He the Exalted might visibly
descend upon us from the
Sky food set on dining tray?"
-
He replied, "Sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted if you people were truly the believers." [5:112]
-
Therefore, eat the permissible
and respectively pleasantly nutritious out of that which you people have
acquired from the prisoners.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
It
is a fact that
Allah the Exalted is repeatedly Forgiving-Overlooking-the fountain of Mercy. [8:69]
-
O those/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You
people
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And be along with those who
state nothing but truth and prove
themselves truthful by deeds.
[9:119]
-
He said to them, "Indeed these are my guests,
therefore, you people should not let down/embarrass me; [15:68]
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And you should not humiliate me." [15:69]
-
O those/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You
people And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And speak
in a straight forward manner with words of unambiguous import
stating distinctlylike a wall which segregates and makes distinct
two areas.
[33:70]
-
O those/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You people should never
indulge in overstepping the word of Allah the Exalted and His Messenger.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
It
is a fact that
Allah the Exalted is eternally the Listener, the All-Knowledgeable.
[49:01]
-
Indeed the believers are only brothers
therefore you strike equation and harmony amongst your brothers;
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted
-
So that you hopefully
become the people blessed with clemency. [49:10]
-
O those people/you, who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You people
are directed to consciously avoid most of the conjectures; conclusions based on
presumptions and assumptions. Remain mindful of the fact that some
conjectures; conclusions or understandings based on presumptions and
assumptions are certainly dilapidating
in effect.
-
And you should
not engage yourselves to be intensively inquisitive about some others
nor you should consciously and purposely ill-talk against some others
[believing brothers].
-
Would anyone of you
like to say that he might eat the flesh of his dead brother whereat you
people would have hated him?
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
-
It is a fact that Allah
the Exalted is sympathetically oft Relenting, the Merciful. [49:12]
-
O those/you who
proclaim to have
accepted-become believers, listen;
-
You
people sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted;
-
And accept/believe in His Messenger
[Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam],
-
He will give you people double share from His
Mercy and Grace;
-
And He will [in Hereafter] provide for you visible
light with which you shall walk and will protect and grant forgiveness
for you people.
-
Know it,
Allah the
Exalted is repeatedly the Forgiving-Overlooking, the fountain of
Mercy. [57:28]
-
O those/you, who
consciously proclaim to have accepted/become believers, listen!
-
When you people mutually meet in privacy for
consultations thereat you must not involve indulging in discourses:
-
For devising of dilapidating course, and the
methods of creating rifts and distancing and for the denial of the words of
the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam];
-
And you mutually discuss about righteousness
and about devotion to remain cautiously heedful avoiding unrestrained
conduct.
-
And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted; He the Exalted towards Whom you will be presented
for accountability. [58:09]

So that the wealth may not

And you adopt-acquire that which the Messenger had
granted you people from the evacuee

And in compliance you must
consciously incline to desist from that which he has forbidden to

And
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.

Indeed Allah the Exalted
is severe in awarding punishment/taking the matter to its logical
conclusion. [59:07]

O those/you who
proclaim to have

Inform about the procedural
code of Divorce: "When you people,
the respective husbands pronounce the determined decision of suspension
of matrimonial relation to break marriage-tierevoking Nikah
with your such wives with whom you had maintained intimate
matrimonial relations
-
Thereat, disassociate your wives for their respective intervening
time-interval [which is known to the
respective husband; and this pronouncement will publicly suspend the
peculiar right/permission granted by Nikah]
-
And you the husbands count down,
at your own, the intervening
time period. [there is no intervening period which husbands need to
count for such wives whom divorce is given without having intimate
association-sexual intercourse and she can honourably be seen off
instantly to her parent's house or to the one/place where she was before
marriage a
maid-servant-33:49]
-
[divorce and counting
intervening period is a serious matter]
And
you people, the divorcing husbands,
sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted, the Sustainer Lord of you people.
-
You must not expel/apart the
divorcee wives [during the intervening
time-period] from THEIR homes, and nor they should depart;
-
Except that they indulge in
manifest immoderate behaviour.
-
These are the
limits-restraints-demarcations prescribed by Allah the Exalted.
-
And whoever consciously and purposely transgresses
the limits set by Allah, thereat/for reason he has indeed done evil to
his own self".
-
You the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
have no idea that perhaps Allah causes to emerge some new affair/matter,
after this divorce for appointed term.
