الباء والتاء واللام أصلٌ واحد، يدلُّ على إبانةِ الشيء من غيره..
That it leads to the perception of
detachment, separation, cutting off the thing from its opponents,
opposites.
Detaching from others, particularly the opponents leads
to devoting energies exclusively on the object, irrevocable
determination and resolution to focus upon some object.

of Your Sustainer Lord [to people];

And devote your energies for Him to convey/spread His Message,
in the manner of irrevocable determination and
resolution [focusing
and targeting on people who have fear of Allah]. [73:08]
