Ibn Faris [died-1005] stated:

 أحدهما البُروز والظُّهور،والآخر الوَزَرُ والملجأ. فمن الأوّل البَرَج وهو سَعَة العين في شدّةِ سوادِ سَوادِها وشدّة [بياض] بياضها، ومنه التّبرُّج، وهو إظهار المرأةِ

That it signifies spaciousness of eyes with glistening black and white part - beauty of the eyes; and it denotes self projection, display.

Lane's Lexicon: It (anything) was, or became, apparent, manifest, or conspicuous, and high, or elevated: whence بُرْجٌ, applied to a certain kind of structure.

• Wherever should you people be: The death would chase and catch you people even if you were stationed in lofty and secure towers. [Refer 4:78]

• And We have indeed rendered in the Sky towers-structures-Asteroids. [Refer 15:16]

• By the Sky, it is the possessor of the Towers/Structures - Asteroids; [85:01]

• Take note, the aged single in the women folk who have no desire and intention for Nikah/marriage:

• Remain cautious; Allah the Exalted is eternally the Listener; the Absolute Knowledgeable. [24:60]

• And remain content within your homes; and you should avoid rendering your appearances prominent - glamorous, like the tradition of self-projection - prominence in the old days of emotionalism. [Refer 33:33]
