That it leads to the perception of strength, force, prevail upon and appearance, rise, saliency, rise, noticeable, apparent. It refers a state when something is exposed, emerged, disclosed, revealed, eventuated; and thereby the point in time of Noon when the Sun curves downwards/backwards.
