Ibn Faris [died 1005] stated:

السين والواو والقاف أصل واحد، وهو حَدْوُ الشَّيء.

  • Whereat Our Majesty bring out with it (water) crops; their herbivore mammals and they themselves eat out of that yield.

  • Know it that Allah the Exalted is the One Who caused the sending of Winds [in state of uplifting aerosols-condensation nuclei resembling semen of stallion]. Thereby, having reached the destination, she (Winds) causing erethism, excitement charging the atmosphere raise-originate a cloud.

  • Thereby, for reasons of other processes completed Our Majesty drove it (middle cloud) heading it towards a land which was characteristically dead. Thereat, Our Majesty rejuvenated-brought to life with it the Earth after her "death".

  • They replied, "No, the fact is that they did come to us and did both the things."

  • [of no benefit is the admission] Since the Word of Punishment had already been established against the Unbelievers. [39:71]

  • And those who endeavoured to attain salvation—they were escorted [on their turn] in groups towards the Paradise;

  • Till when they arrived to her, its doors were already open—

  • And its Guards said to them [in the reception Hall], "Welcome Peace and tranquillity is upon you people; you have done well; therefore you people enter into the Paradise for ever". [39:73]

  • And came each and every person along with a Dragging Escort and a Witness. [50:21]

  • When the Day of Resurrection reaches, dragging of criminals will be towards the Sustainer Lord of you the Messenger [ Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] [75:30]


Noun in the meaning of Market

  • And they further said to people, "What sort of is this Messenger? He eats the meals and he walks around in the markets —

  • Why an Angel has not been sent to him —

  • Whereupon along with him he would have been the admonisher — [25:07]

  • People may know the history; Our Majesty did not send before you the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] in the chain of appointed Messengers —

  •  But that they all were certainly eating meals and were visiting the markets.

  • Realize it, Our Majesty have declared some of you for some others as liquefying trial. Would you people remain patiently determined?

  • Be mindful, your Sustainer Lord is eternally watchful, everything is under His focus. [25:20]

  • She was requested, "Please enter the Courtyard."

  • Thereat, when she saw that-courtyard she misjudged it as if it were a swell of water above surface and she raised her trousers exposing her both legs from ankle to knee.

  • Seeing her confusion and embarrassment by leg exposure he explained; "Actually this courtyard has been made smooth surfaced with glassing".

  • She confessed saying; "O my Sustainer Lord, certainly I had done wrong to myself —

  • Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] is the Messenger-Spokesperson of Allah the Exalted —

  • And those who are with him (Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]) are strongly determined versus the non-believers and amongst themselves are kind hearted —

  • You see them in state of kneeling and prostrating seeking the bounty, appreciation and approval of Allah the Exalted.

  • Thereat, it the seed strengthened that blade whereupon it made itself thick-solidified-stout. Thereat, it made itself rise upon its stalks.

  • It causes delight for the Sowers-Farmers. The striking of the simile of the believers is that it might cause irritating disquiet for those who are the non-believers.
