  • He (Easa [alai'his'slaam]) acted as the Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier-Authenticator of prevalent information before him which was truly the content of Tor'aat.

  • وہ (عیسیٰ علیہ السلام)اس کی تصدیق و توثیق کرنے والے تھے جو ان سے قبل نازل کردہ تھا،تورات کے مندرجات میں سے۔

  • And Our Majesty had given him (Easa alai'his'slaam the book named) In'jeel.

  • اور ہم جناب نے انہیں اپنے کلام پر مشتمل کتاب بعنوان انجیل کو عنایت کیا تھا۔

  • Guidance: Regulation - information code for aright course of conduct was prescribed therein. And it had the illuminating light - insights in its contents showing the straight path to destination.

  • زندگی کو راست روی سے بسر کرنے کا ہدایت نامہ اورقلوب کو بینائی/حیات کو تسلسل دینے والا نور/سفید روشنی اس کے مندرجات میں موجود تھا۔

  • And it (Injeel) acted as affirmer and sanctifier of prevalent information before it which was truly the content of Tor'aat.

  • اور وہ(انجیل)وہ اس کی تصدیق و توثیق کرنے والا تھا جو اس سے قبل نازل کردہ تھا،تورات کے مندرجات میں سے۔

  • And it served as a Guide and cautioning advice for those who sincerely endeavour to attain salvation, [5:46]

  • اوریہ منزل کی جناب ہادی/رہنما اور ایک سبق آموز نصیحت کا کردار ادا کرتا تھا ان لوگوں کے لئے  جو تندہی سے محتاط اور غلط روش سے اپنے آپ کو محفوط رکھتے ہوئے اللہ تعالیٰ سے پناہ کے خواستگار رہے۔


  • They said, "We Swear by Allah; certainly Allah the Exalted has preferred you upon us —

  • انہوں نے کہا’’اللہ تعالیٰ کی قسم!اللہ تعالیٰ نے یقیناً آپ کوہم پر ترجیح اوربڑائی سے نوازا ہے۔

  • And that we were certainly the erring ones." [12:91]

  • اور یہ حقیقت ہے کہ ہم لوگ خطا کار/معینہ اصولوں کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والے رہے ہیں‘‘


  • Thereby, you the Messenger will perhaps be exerting too much of yourself; in pursuing them for positive result upon their visible poor response—

  • Should they not accept-believe in this Hadith: Informative Discourse (Qur’ān) for reason of feeling dismal grief. [18:06]


  • [ignoring his amazement] He (Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]) said, "That is the point which We were seeking to find".

  • Thereby they carefully returned upon the track. footprints of both to that point, in the manner of tracing step by step. [18:64]


  • They (the magicians) replied, "We will never care for you after what has come to us from the eternal absolute truths, we swear by Him the Exalted Who initially created us —

  • Therefore, [don't shout Fir'aoun] you conclude- decide for what ever you are capable to decide.

  • Indeed you can only decide in this life of lowly world. [20:72]


  • He replied, "They have become such people well established in exactly following my way —

  • And I hastened towards You the Exalted, my Sustainer Lord, to win appreciation, approval and pleasure of Your Majesty." [20:84]

  • He (Sa'mri) replied, "I observed; that [he is trying to refer to some thing masculine] which they had not observed that —

  • Therefore, I clutched---a holding in hand----from the trace of the Messenger. Thereby, I threw her away.

  • And it is like that what my mind allured for me." [20:96]

  • [these are demonstrative/cognizable/recognition signs] Therefore, you look upon the tangible effect of the Mercy of Allah that:

  • How He the Exalted rejuvenates/revives the Earth after her death.

  • It is certain that like this He the Exalted will undoubtedly revive life to the dead.

  • Remain cognizant, He the Exalted is eternally the Causality Determiner upon entire physical realm. And He has eternally the power over each and every thing to set them right/fix them in measure. [30:50]


  • It is certain that Our Majesty alone give and resurrect life to the dead —

  • And We keep writing what they have sent forward [during their life] and the effects/traces-legacy they have left behind —

  • And every thing. Our Majesty have enumerated it as record in a manuscript characteristically explicit [when it will be opened people will read and say nothing has been left out from recording-18:48]. [36:12]

  • Thereby, they are passionately moving upon their (forefathers) left over affects and legends. [37:70]

  • Whereby they may see the remains/archaeological evidences as to what was the end of those who flourished before them [and take heed/lesson] —

  • They were mightier than them with regard to strength —

  • And in the matter of leaving impressions/monuments in the Earth —

  • Thereat, Allah the Exalted seized them for reason of their persistent crimes.

  • And there was not a protector permitted by Allah the Exalted for them to save them. [40:21]


  • Is it for reason that they do not traverse in the world/land —

  • کیا ان انکار کرنے والوں نے دنیا کے مختلف علاقوں میں سیر نہیں کی۔

  • Whereby they may see the remains/archaeological evidences as to what was the end of those who were before them [and take heed/lesson].

  • جس سے وہ(کھنڈرات/آثار قدیمہ) دیکھ لیتے کہ ان سے قبل دنیا میں بسنے والوں کا انجام کیا تھا۔

  • They were more than them and they were mightier than them with regard to strength —

  • And in the matter of leaving impressions/monuments in the Earth.

  • Then, that which they had attained could not avail to avert anything from them. [40:82]


  • No, they have not bound themselves with the revealed Book, in fact they said —

  • "We had certainly found our fathers on a pattern and system —

  • And certainly we are consciously determined to guide ourselves on the legacy and symbols/traditions of them." [43:22]


  • And in the same manner We did not send an Admonisher/Awakener before you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] in a community/city except whom the ruling elite of her said/responded —

  • "We have certainly found our forefathers on a pattern and system —

  • And certainly we are patterning our lives upon their legacy and symbols/traditions." [43:23]

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] ask them, "Have you given a thought about those whom you people call besides Allah the Exalted? You people show-point out to me what they have created in the Earth?

  • Or some share-partnership-association is earmarked for them in the Skies? [No, read with 34:22]

  • You people come to me with the book sent before this (Qur’ān)—

  • آپ لوگ میرے پاس اُس کتاب کو لے کر آئیں جو اس قرء ان مجید سے قبل نازل کردہ ہے

  • Or you people bring to me tangible evidences-traces of knowledge—

  • یا ایسی ٹھوس شہادت،کندہ نشان پیش کریں جو علم کا معیارہے،

  • Do it, if you were truthful in what you said-keep saying". [46:04]

  •  اگر آپ سچ بیان کرنے والے ہیں“ ( الاحقاف۔۴)


  • Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] is the Messenger-Spokesperson of Allah the Exalted —

  • And those who are with him (Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]) are strongly determined versus the non-believers and amongst themselves are kind hearted —

  • You see them in state of kneeling and prostrating seeking the bounty, appreciation and approval of Allah the Exalted.

  • The identification mark of them is apparent within their faces [not forelock; for Angels who identify by marks] as the traces of  prostrations.

  • This is the precedent of them mentioned in the Tor'aat —

  • And their precedence is mentioned in the Injeel —

  • Like a monocotyledon grain-crop seed; it caused to get out its singular blade-shoot-sprout —

  • Thereat, it the seed strengthened that blade whereupon it made itself thick-solidified-stout. Thereat, it made itself rise upon its stalks.

  • It causes delight for the Sowers-Farmers. The striking of the simile of the believers is that it might cause irritating disquiet for those who are the non-believers.

  • The promise of Allah the Exalted as self imposed obligation for those amongst them who accepted-believed and performed deeds righteously and moderately [as directed in the Book]: forgiveness and splendid reward. [48:29]


  • Afterwards, Our Majesty, upon influence and affect left by them (earlier Messengers), continued the mission on the same pattern by Our Messengers  —

  • اوربعد ازاں زمان میں ہم جناب نے ان(قبل ازیں بھیجے گئے رسولوں)کے چھوڑے نقوش و اثرات پرمشن کے تسلسل کو بذریعہ  اپنے رسولوں  کےجاری رکھا۔

  • And Our Majesty succeeded them with Easa [alai'his'slaam], son of Maryam —

  • اور ہم جناب نے ان(رسولوں)کے چھوڑے نقوش و اثرات پرمشن کے تسلسل کو بذریعہ عیسیٰ(علیہ السلام)،ابن مریم(صدیقہ)،جاری رکھا۔

  • And Our Majesty had given him (Easa alai'his'slaam the book named) In'jeel.

  • اور ہم جناب نے انہیں اپنے کلام پر مشتمل کتاب بعنوان انجیل کو عنایت کیا تھا۔

  • And Our Majesty placed compassion and mercy in the hearts of those who diligently followed him.

  • Know it, as far as monasticism is concerned, they had innovated this novelty by their own inclination. Our Majesty had not prescribed it for them; their purpose was but to seek and pursue for the appreciation and approval of Allah the Exalted —

  • Thereat they could not observe it as was the due right of its observance.

  • Resultantly Our Majesty gave to those of them their reward who have accepted and believed —

  • And most of them are "fasiqoona"/the promise breakers and transgressors/who go out of the prescribed bounds". [57:27]

  • And those who settled in the locality/city [the Locals of Madina] and in the Belief before arrival of them/Emigrants they love those who migrated to them —

  • And they do not find in their hearts any want and desire for that which they were given [by the Messenger Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] —

  • And they prefer to be on their own selves even if they were in a state of poverty. [Our salutation and respects to such great local residents of Madina of that time]

  • And he who remained safe of covetousness-selfishness of his inner self:

  • Such people are truly the endeavour for perpetual success/fruitfulness. [59:09]


  • Whereby, he replied, saying, "This-foretasted threat you have talked about is definitely an old illusory gossip that is kept repeating in time and space. [74:24]

  • اس لئے(اِس جلدی میں رسولِ کریم ﷺ سے) اُس (امیرشخص)نے کہا’’ یہ تو ایک پرانا جھوٹ ہے جو بیان ہوتا چلا آ رہا ہے ۔

  • And had preferred the worldly life [over the life in the Hereafter] — [79:38]


  • Nay, [running away/avoiding the Book is for reason] the fact is you people prefer the worldly life — [87:16]
