العين والواو والدال أصلان صحيحان، يدلُّ أحدهما على تثنيةٍ في الأمر، والآخر جنسٌ من الخشب.فالأوَّل: العَوْد، قال الخليل: هو تثنية الأمر عوداً بعد بَدْء. تقول: بدأ ثُمَّ عاد

  • Know about those who devour compound interest/incremental gain  on lent money: they stand not except like the standing of that person whom Cobra transforms [خَابِطٌ] confounded-diplopic, caused by bite.

  • ان لوگوں کے متعلق جان لو جوضرورت مند کو دی گئی ادھار رقم پر قسط درقسط اضافے کو کھانے کا ذریعہ بناتے ہیں۔وہ اپنے نظرئیے پر ایسے بضد رہتے ہیں جیسے وہ شخص سمجھتا ہے جس کو کوبرا سانپ نے ڈس کر خابط/مخبوط الحواس بنا دیا ہے

  • This parable for their transformation is for the reason that they said to people; "The credit sale is just like the compound interest/incremental gain on lent money.

  • یہ مماثلت اس وجہ سے ہے کہ(اس ڈسےشخص  کی مانند جو ایک شئے کے دوامیج دیکھتا ہے)انہوں نے کہا’’ادھار پر مہنگے داموں کیا گیا سودا نقد رقم پر قسط در قسط اضافے کے مثل ہے۔‘‘

  • Realize the difference and distance between two; Allah the Exalted has declared the credit sale as permissible and has prohibited the compound interest/incremental gain on lent money, multiple surcharges/build-up of an ever increasing debt.

  • حالانکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے  ادھار پر حاضر قیمت کی نسبت مہنگے داموں  باہمی رضامندی سےتحریری  مشہود معاہدے کے تحت فروخت (البیع)کو حلال قرار دیا ہوا ہے اور ادھار دی گئی نقد رقم پر قسط در قسط اضافے کی وصولی کو حرام قرار دیا ہوا ہے۔

  • Therefore, he whom advice; information about the difference between credit sale of goods and compound interest/incremental gain on lent money, conveyed by his Sustainer Lord has reached and in compliance thereof he has diligently abstained indulging in it, thereat, the past finalized transactions are for him while his matter rests with Allah the Exalted.

  • اس لئے زمان و مکان   پر نافذ العمل  نصیحت  کی اطلاع جس کسی کو اس کے رب  کی جانب سےآسان فہم انداز میں موصول ہو گئی جس پر اس نے  اپنے آپ کو اس (حرام)سے   آئندہ   دلجمعی سے باز رکھا تو جو پہلے وہ حاصل کر چکا وہ اس کے لئے ملکیت ہے اور اس کا معاملہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی جانب زیر التوا ہے۔

  • And mind it; if someone reverted to it (compound interest/incremental gain) —

  • اور جو کوئی اس(حرام الربوٰا)کی جانب پلٹا۔

  • Thereby, such deviants will be the residents-inmates of the scorching Hell-Prison —

  • تو اِس کے سبب یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو جہنم میں رہنے والے ہوں گے۔

  • They will abide therein permanently. [2:275] 

  • (یہ لوگ اس(جہنم)میں ہمیشہ رہائش پذیررہیں گے۔ (البقرۃ۔۲۷۵


  • O those/you, who consciously proclaim to have accepted/become believers, listen!

  • [in view of prohibition imposed-5:01] You should not hunt-slaughter mammals when you are on pilgrimage journey.

  • Take note; if someone of you in such circumstance hunted and slaughtered by design:

  • Then the recompense upon him is sacrifice of domestic mammal of the like he hunted and killed:

  • Garlanded mammal arriving at Kae'bata; to be adjudged by two persons of justice minded repute amongst you —

  • And/Or the recompense upon him as expiation is feeding of the indigent; or the remission for this is fasting so that he might taste it as penalty and rectify-improve-settle his affair.

  • Allah the Exalted has ignored that what went before times. However, take note that henceforth if someone repeated violating the prohibition, thereby, Allah the Exalted will award him punishment/requite him.

  • Be aware, Allah the Exalted is the Sovereign, the Holder of Authority to award due punishment-requite to criminals. [5:95]

  • خبردار رہو،اللہ تعالیٰ مطلق العنان حکمران ہیں۔وہ جرم کی پاداش میں سزا دینے کا مطلق اختیار رکھتے ہیں۔


  • And note the contrast with regard to the Moon; Our Majesty have set it to proportioned measure, it has locations/phases in journeying until it returned to the position/space resembling in appearance like the old-curvy twisted dry palm branch. [36:39]


  • [Being satisfied of their intention] Easa [alai'his'slaam], the son of Maryam prayed:

  • "O Allah, You the Exalted Sustainer Lord of us; do visibly descend upon us from the Sky food set on dining tray.

  • It will characteristically be annual celebrating occasion for our first and our people in the future; and it will be an especial unprecedented display particularly for us by Your Grace.

  • And feed us sustenance; the fact remains that You the Exalted are the best of the suppliers of feeding needs." [5:114]


  • No, this is just fake utterance; the fact is: that became manifestly exposed for them which they used to deliberately conceal in earlier timeline.

  • And supposedly if they were sent back, indeed they would certainly relapse to that which they were forbidden.

  • And the certain fact is that they are liars. [6:28]


  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce: "My Sustainer Lord has commanded the principle of Equity and Justice.

  • And you people are directed to set-up your faces (confronting Sacred mosque) at every mosque [place of congregational protocol of allegiance and servitude] —

  • And call upon Him the Exalted remaining sincere devotee for Him in the Constitution: Code and procedure of conducting life.

  • You people will return alive like your initial invigoration by Him the Exalted. [7:29]


  • The ruling elite-chieftains of his nation who showed arrogance obsessed with pride of superiority and grandeur said:

  • "Certainly we will drive you out from our city O Sho'aib [alai'his'slaam], and those who have believed with you. Or alternatively you people will have to denounce and revert to our community."

  • He said: "How is it possible since we are haters of that system/procedure/conduct. [7:88]

  • And the believers said; "Indeed we would have conjectured a lie attributing to Allah the Exalted if we had returned to your system after Allah the Exalted has manifestly driven us out of it.

  • And the proposition of our returning and joining that system is out of question; the exception was that Allah the Exalted, our Sustainer Lord, had so willed.

  • Knowledge of our Sustainer Lord over stretches every thing.

  • Upon Allah the Exalted we have put trust and dependence".

  • Our Sustainer Lord! we request You the Exalted to finalize/manifest the matter on merit between us and our nation.

  • The fact remains that You the Exalted are the best in judging and manifesting. [7:89]


  • Let it be made clear to them (non-believers); "Should you people aspire victory, then "the victory" has since come to you people.

  • And should you people desist in future, it will be a better option for you people —

  • However, should you people opt to turn to war, we would have to return.

  • Mind it, your army might not avail to avert anything away from you notwithstanding how large it became in numbers.

  • Be cautious, Allah the Exalted is indeed omnipresent with the believers." [8:19]


  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce for the information of those who have disavowed that if they desist from igniting war; it would be overlooked and forgiven for them what has gone before.

  • But should they opt to repeat, then they should know that episode, precedent of earlier people are record of history. [8:38]


  • The return of you people, all together on the Day of Requital, is destined towards Him the Exalted.

  • The promise of Allah the Exalted is always a proven and established truth.

  • Indeed He the Exalted initiates the creation and after pause of time will cause his relapse—reverted to original state:

  • So that He may reward equitably those who believed and performed moderate righteous deeds.

  • And as for those are concerned who disavowed:

  • Drinking water of heated reservoir and severe punishment is arranged and is in wait for them for the reason that they persistently kept refusing to accept the truth. [preferring worldly interests and fascination] [10:04]

  • You the Messenger confront them: "Who is there who originates the creation amongst the godheads you people declare as associates, and afterwards causes its iteration—after pause of time will cause his relapse—reverted to original state? [it is sensitive for them, will keep mum, therefore]

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce: "Allah the Exalted originates the creation and after pause of time will cause his relapse—reverted to original state —

  • Thereby, how come you people are deluded away from Him the Exalted?" [10:34]


  • And those who had refused to accept said for their Messengers: "Of course we will certainly drive you out of our city-country or alternatively you people must reconcile with our system of life."

  • Thereat, their Sustainer Lord communicated to them: "Our Majesty will certainly annihilate the distorters -wrong-doers-evil mongers. [14:13]


  • May be that your Sustainer Lord have mercy upon you people —

Root: ع س ى

  • But if you people will have done it again, We will have repeated it.

  • Beware, Our Majesty have rendered Hell as a Prison-Jail-Dungeon for those who disavowed. [17:08]


  • Or whatever creation of sort you consider adamantine: extremely hard or unyielding in your thoughts; you will certainly be revived."

  • In response to it they will say, "Who will revert us to original position?"

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, "He the Exalted Who brought you into being in the first place".

  • In response, they will shake their heads towards you and will say, "When will it accomplish?"

Root: ر ء س

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, "May be, it might have come nearer — [17:51]

  • Or have you people felt secured that He might occasion your going into the sea another time?

  • Thereat, He the Exalted might send upon you people a smasher cascading from the Wind. Thereby, He the Exalted might drown you people for reason of your ungrateful denials.

  • Afterwards, you might not find a claimant and affectionate follower to plead for you before Our Majesty. [17:69]


  • Indeed they, if they come to know about you they will stone you or they may take you back in their system —

Root: ر ج م;  م ل ل

  • And in that case you will never ever attain perpetual success." [18:20]


  • [He became afraid and ran away without looking behind, he was asked to turn back-28:31] He the Exalted said, "Hold her and you should not be afraid —

  • Our Majesty will just revert her to its original condition/shape. [20:21]

  • Our Majesty have created you people from some elements of her (Earth); and Our Majesty shall return you people in her —

  • And Our Majesty will bring you out of her (Earth), last - final-outflow - life. [20:55]


  • That Day Our Majesty will fold back the Sky layered into seven like the folding of scrolls of parchments/papyrus meant for writing the books —

  • Like that Our Majesty had initiated - originated creation in the first instance, will cause his relapse—reverted to original state —

  • This is a promise - obligation upon Our Majesty. Indeed Our Majesty would certainly be executing it (at the designated moment). [21:104]


  • Every time they wanted to be taken out from her to have relief from pain and anguish they will be denounced therein —

  • [Saying] "And you people taste the scorching of heat - high temperature". [22:22]

  • O Our Sustainer Lord! You do move us out from her (Hell-Prison) whereupon if we returned to past conduct then indeed we are wrongdoers". [23:107]


  • Allah the Exalted politely warns you people lest you ever repeat like such thing—spread slanders on hearsay —

  • You must not do it if you were the true believers. [24:17]


  • Or who initiates the creation, afterwards He causes its iteration—after pause of time will cause his relapse—reverted to original state —

  • And who is He Who provides you sustenance from the Sky and the Earth?

  • Is there any iela'aha: godhead along with Allah the Exalted?

  • You ask them; "Produce your evidence-primary source to substantiate your verbal assertion —

  • Do produce it if you people were truthful." [27:64]


  • It is a fact that the He the Exalted Who had earmarked-assigned-allocated the responsibility of delivery of Qur’ān upon you —

  • He the Exalted will surely return/revive you the Messenger Mohammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] honourably to the Original Abode [مَقَاماً مَّحْمُوداً  17:79]

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, "My Sustainer Lord best knows the one who has come along with Al-Huda-the Guide (Grand Qur’ān) —

  • And knows fully the one who is wanderer in manifest forgetfulness". [28:85]


  • Have they not seen - given it a thought how Allah the Exalted initiates the creation; afterwards  He causes its iteration—after pause of time will cause his relapse—reverted to original state —

  • Indeed this has always been an easy matter for Allah. [29:19]

  • Indeed Allah the Exalted initiates the creation; and after pause of time will cause his relapse—reverted to original state.

  • Afterwards, you will be presented before Him the Exalted for accountability (on your turn to tell you what you did in worldly life).[30:11]


  • And He the Exalted is the Only Who initiates the creation, afterwards He causes its iteration —after pause of time will cause his relapse—reverted to original state —

  • And that is quiet easy for Him the Exalted.

  • And the superb quotation in the Skies and the Earth is appropriate for Him the Exalted —

 

  • And be aware, He the Exalted is Pervasively dominant and the Infinitely Just Supreme Administrator of the created realm, visible and invisible. [30:27]


  • And as for those are concerned who transgressed/distanced away from restraints, thereby, their place of return/abode is the heated Hell-Prison —

  • Every time they wanted to be taken out from her they will be denounced therein —

  • And it is said to them, "you people taste the torment of heat the one which you people used to contradict." [32:20]

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce: "the Infallible Doctrine-Discourse of Reality-Profitability and substance of permanence (Qur’ān) has since arrived —

  • And the: بَاطِل falsehood; scum, filmy layer of extraneous matter or impurities rising on surface of a liquid, dross or refuse from molten metal,  neither initiates a new process nor causes its iteration. [34:49]


  • Indeed Our Majesty are the remover of the infliction for a little while —

  • Indeed you people are the reversers. [44:15]


  • Take note, those who alienate avoiding matrimonial relation with their wives having orally declared and sanctified them as mothers; thereafter, they retract from that which they had said:

  • Thereat, it is hereby prescribed that a slave house-servant has to be freed before they (husband and wife) mutually associate.

  • This prohibition and resultant fine is the admonition for you people.

  • And Allah the Exalted is aware of all what acts you are doing. [58:03]

  • متنبہ رہو؛ اللہ تعالیٰ ہر لمحہ ان اعمال سے بخوبی باخبر ہیں جو تم کرتے ہو۔


  • Have you not seen/given a thought about the psyche of those who were prohibited from holding secret discourses for deceptive tactics, afterwards they indulge in what they were forbidden —

  • And they consciously and purposely involve in holding secret consultations:

  • For/with devising of dilapidating course, and the methods of creating rifts and distancing and for the denial of the words of the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] —

  • And when they had come to you the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] they "greeted" and addressed you with that with which Allah the Exalted has never greeted/addressed you —

  • And they say in their hearts, "Why is it that Allah does not punish us for that what we say?"

  • Sufficient and appropriate for them is the Hell-Prison, they will "scorch" [serve as fuel of] it —

  • Resultantly what an evil abode/destination is it to land in. [58:08]

  • Afterwards He the Exalted will return you people in her (Earth); and He the Exalted will bring you out, in the manner of exiting. [71:18]

  • بعد ازاں (تمہاری موت)وہ جناب تمہیں لوٹادیں گے اس (زمین)کے اندر،اور بعد ازاں (دوسرا صور پھونکے جانے پر)وہ جناب تمہیں خارج کر دیں گے،یکایک /یکبارگی اخراج کے انداز میں۔(۱۸)۔
