(عَلَوَ) الْعَيْنُ وَاللَّامُ وَالْحَرْفُ الْمُعْتَلُّ يَاءً كَانَ أَوْ وَاوًا أَوْ أَلِفًا، أَصْلٌ وَاحِدٌ يَدُلُّ عَلَى السُّمُوِّ وَالِارْتِفَاعِ، لَا يَشِذُّ عَنْهُ شَيْءٌ

That it leads to the perception of eminence, loftiness, sublimity, elevation, exaltation, and uprise; such exaltation and grandeur that nothing can deviate from it.

Contra Root: س ف ل

The basic perception infolded in the Root is to rise, exaltation, loftiness, honour, elevation and grandeur. It refers to upper part or surface of a thing or place. The basic perception and meanings infolded in the Root have unambiguously been made evident in the Grand Qur’ān by contrast;

  • And He the Exalted rendered the word of non-believers meaninglessly base.

  • Know it, the word and promise of Allah the Exalted is the one on the Top-it prevails, gets executed.  [Refer 9:40]

[Root س ف ل] is the antonym of meaning the abased, the lowest layer, something at the bottom. The meanings of the words are further evident:

  • In keeping with the information given when Our command had reached We made the upper surface of her as her lower surface [by spreading on it layer of volcano mud].

  • We will crush them both under our feet so that they become the most abased".  [41:29]

Verb [Intransitive]: Perfect; Third person; Singular; masculine; [Form-VI]. The basic meanings of this Form of Verbs is "Reflexive Causative to be Active Participle"

This verb has occurred 14 times in the Grand Qur’ān, mostly interjectionally [something said loudly and abruptly, or something inserted in a text, especially something that interrupts what is being said or alleged]. The greatest lies which the ruling elite of human societies have conjectured in time and space attributing to Allah the Exalted, are two:

(a) they sculpted idols and assigned them hypothetical feminine names and declared those to people as various iela'aha associating them as partners with Allah, the Exalted;

(2) later on they concocted the conjectural concept that Allah the Exalted, has adopted son and daughters.

  • Despite all such prominent signs there are people who declare members of species Jinn ascribing them partners with Allah while the fact is that He the Exalted has created them.

  • And they have dug out sons and daughters for Him the Exalted with hypothesis void of authentic information.

  • He the Exalted is above such needs-support-weakness; Infinite Glory is for Him-His pleasure is the focus of all effort; and He is exalted above all what they conjecturally attribute. [6:100]


  • Acceding their request when He the Exalted gave the couple a perfectly proportioned son, they both ascribed for Him partners in what He had given to them.

  • Be mindful, Allah is Exalted above all what they conjecturally group-associate with Him. [7:190]


  • Know it, they the polytheists worship-exhibit allegiance and subservience besides Allah the Exalted those that can neither cause them any infliction nor cause them any benefit.

  • And they (clergy/elite) tell people referring to those idols: "These will be our Intercessors before Allah the Exalted."

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] question them, "Do you people give information to Allah the Exalted about that He does not know neither in the Skies and nor in the Earth?"

  • Glory is for Him the Exalted, His pleasure is the focus of all effort; and He is Exalted above those they conjecturally associate with Him the Exalted. [10:18]


  • The [أَمْرُ ] Command: Grand Qur'aan announcing sounding of true big bang any moment of Allah the Exalted has since come-reached. Therefore, you people should not seek hastening that Day of reckoning/account.

  • He the Exalted has created the Skies and the Earth; conditioning them scientifically: infallible governing rules for a determined purpose and time.

  • He is Exalted above all those they conjecturally group-associate with Him. [16:03]


  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce: "Had there been various iela'aha: godheads along with Him the Exalted, as they people conjecturally describe:

  • In that case those so called iela'aha: godheads would certainly have sought a passage towards the Holder of Supreme Sovereign Seat/Throne [beyond the Skies of universe]". [17:42]

  • He the Exalted is above such needs-support-weakness; Infinite Glory is for Him-His pleasure is the focus of all effort; and He is exalted above all what they conjecturally attribute.

  • He is the infinitely elevated and exalted. [17:43]


  • [they conjecture] Thus Allah is Exalted, truly and factually the Sublime Sovereign.

  • And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] should not hasten to assimilate the text of Qur’ān before its verbal - oral communication is concluded towards you.

  • And you pray; "My Sustainer Lord! Do improve me in the faculty of gaining and retrieving knowledge." [20:114]


  • He the is the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible domains, continuously and simultaneously —

  • Therefore,  He is Exalted above all what they conjecturally associate with Him. [23:92]


  • [Therefore, being Absolute and Alone, they conjecture] Since Allah is Exalted, truly and factually the Sublime Sovereign.

  • Realize it about miscellany of iela'aha: deities that are uncritically admired, adorned and worshipped; none of them is alive; none of them organizes, administers or sustains others except He the Alone Sustainer Lord.

  • He the Exalted is the Sustainer Lord of the Supreme Sovereign Seat/Throne. [23:116]

  • Or, who guides/rescues you people in the layers of darkness - clueless locations-unmarked spaces-bewilderment of the Desert/Land and the Ocean/Sea —

  • And Who is the One Who sends the particular winds, as advance glad news before His Mercy—

  • Note the difference,  the Sustainer Lord of you the Messenger creates whatever He desires/willed and whatever He purposely prefers—

  • Making the preferred choice for something over others has never occurred for them. [sculpted idols which they ascribe as partner Iela'aha; which is otherwise an essential characteristic of a sentient].

  • Allah the Exalted is Infinitely Glorious and the focus of all effort —

  • And He is Exalted above all what they conjecturally group-associate with Him.[28:68]

  • Allah the Exalted is Who created you people —

  • Afterwards He the Exalted provided you sustenance —

  • After lapse of a determined time-span He the Exalted will cause you people to die —

  • Afterwards, [lapse of time and second blow in the Trumpet] He the Exalted will revive you all to life.

  • Is there any one from your partners who innovatively does any one of these things?

  • Glory is for Him the Exalted, His pleasure is the focus of all effort; and He is Exalted above all what they conjecturally associate with Him. [30:40]


  • Know it; they (the Jews) have not esteemed Allah the Exalted as is appropriate for His Magnificence: And they have not regarded Allah as is His right to be regarded.

 

  • And the Earth will be in His Grip, wholly folded, on the Day of Rising —

  • And the Skies will be folded/pressed back by His Right Hand.
