Ibn Faris [died 1005] stated:

الصاد والفاء والحرف المعتلّ أصلٌ واحدٌ يدلُّ على خلوصٍ من كل شَوب. من ذلك الصَّفاءُ، وهو ضدُّ الكَدَرِ؛ يقال صفا يصفو، إذا خَلص

That it leads to the perception of clarity, purity and sincerity void of all sorts of mixtures, combinations, commingling. And from it is what is contra. of turbid, disturbed, distressed.

  • "O my sons! Allah the Exalted has graciously chosen the Constitution-Code of Conduct for you people.

  • Therefore, you should not die except being conscious followers of Code-Islam: submission to the discipline establishing state of peace, security, tranquillity, harmony and dynamic balance for all." [2:132]


  • And the Elevated-Chosen Subject of Allah the Exalted deputed upon them said —

  • "Know it that Allah the Exalted has since appointed Taloot for you people to act as commander".

  • They (Chieftains) replied; "How can authority be vested in him to exercise command over us?

  • We have rather greater right than him to govern and command the community particularly because he is not yet bestowed with magnificent stature by wealth."

  • He (Elevated-Chosen Subject of Allah the Exalted) told them; "The fact is that Allah the Exalted has preferred-chosen-elevated him upon you people and has enhanced him magnificently with regard to level of knowledge-power of mind and physique.

  • Be mindful, Allah the Exalted grants the domain of His kingdom to whomever He wills.

  • Moreover remember, Allah the Exalted has domain beyond bounds-limits; fountain of knowledge - setter of sciences - all-Knowing." [2:247]


  • Indeed, Allah the Exalted had granted distinction and elevated stature to Adam [alai'his'slaam], and to Noah [alai'his'slaam] —

  • And to the clan of Iebra'heim [alai'his'slaam] and the clan of Imr'aan; [Allah is pleased with him] —

  • Upon contemporaries of the worlds. [3:33]


  • And know fact of the same period when the Angels said: "O Maryam —

  • Be informed, Allah the Exalted has specially selected you for a distinct recognition; and has caused you to remain in state of "purity" —

  • And He the Exalted has specially selected you over the women of the worlds-human race. [3:42]


  •  He the Exalted said: "O Mūsā [alai'his'slaam]; I have chosen and given you distinction upon the people, with assignment of conveying and delivering My messages, and with My compilation of Words [engraved on the tablets];

  • Therefore, hold that which I have given you and be of those who express thanks and reveal." [7:144]


  • Allah the Exalted selects and dignifies many of the Angels and Human beings as messengers.

  • Be mindful of the fact that Allah the Exalted is eternally the Listener and Observer [of everything/act is in His focus]. [22:75]


  • And Our Majesty had deputed Luet [alai'his'slaam] as the Messenger when he said to his nation:

  • "Do you people come to illicit sexual activity and you people openly watch doing it in group." [27:54]


  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce declaratively, "The Infinite Glory and Praise eternally is entirely and exclusively for Allah the Exalted; and respects-salutations-tranquility and peace is upon His sincere allegiants whom He has chosen."

  • Do they realize not, Allah is the Superb and Exalted than what they associate with Him? [27:59]


  • Afterwards Our Majesty have made the inheritors of the Book/Grand Qur’ān those from Our allegiant subjects whom Our Majesty have chosen.

  • Thereat, amongst them is one who is unjustly evil for his person and amongst them is one who is moderate in conduct —

  • And amongst them is one who takes foremost lead in good deeds with the permission of Allah the Exalted

  • This is that which is the greatest Bounty, [35:32]


  • "Has He the Exalted preferred the daughters over the sons? [37:153]


  • And this is a fact that they are, in the judgment of Our Majesty, certainly the members of the galaxy of best choice, elite above others, perpetually the Best Persons. [38:47]

 


  • [who argues in support of his act of adopting others] "If Allah the Exalted had decided that He may adopt for Himself a son certainly He would also have at His own chosen from amongst that He creates whatever/whomever He wills".

  • Infinite Glory is for Him/His pleasure is the focus of all effort; He is above such needs/support/ weakness.

  • He is Allah, The Only One Who is The Irresistible. [39:04]


 

 

Verbs Form-IV

  • Is it what you suggest that your Sustainer Lord has chosen you people to have sons, and He the exalted has adopted females from amongst the Angels?

  • Indeed you people say a statement of grave implications. [17:40]


  • Or has He the Exalted adopted as daughters out of what that He has created, and has chosen for you people to have sons? [which you aspire to have] [43:16]



 

 

  • It is a fact that As-Safa and Al-Marwata are long regarded as amongst Allah's symbolic emblems —

  • Therefore, whoever intended to visit the House (Ka'aba) for annual pilgrimage or affectionate reverent visit, thereby his self imposed walking around them is not al all blame worthy upon him.

  • And should someone listen and willingly accept the urge for excelling in righteous conduct; it is good for him since Allah the Exalted is certainly the Recognizer-appreciatively acknowledger; eternally All-Knowing. [2:158]



  • O those/you, who consciously proclaim to have accepted/become believers, listen!

  • !اے وہ لوگوں جنہوں نے ایمان لانے کا اقرارو اعلان کیا ہے توجہ سے سنو

  • You should not render your gifts of generosity as worthless scum by reproach/pronouncing account of it and by causing embarrassment to the recipient:

  • Like he who spends his wealth for worldly pomp and show, pleasure of ostentatious display and he in fact believes not in Allah the Exalted nor the Last Day.

  • Thereby, his similarity is with such rock that a layer of soil is layered upon it. Thereat, a heavy rainfall fell upon it and washed away the layer of soil whereby the rainfall left it as a naked rock.

  • Such people have no power to retain permanently that which they have earned.

  • Be aware, Allah the Exalted does not guide, against their will, the people who persistently and deliberately refuse to accept. [2:264]


  • The similarity - portrayal of the Paradise, which is promised to those who sincerely endeavour to attain salvation—

  • Streams—continuous flow-supply of water void of contamination, stagnation and stinking is ensured therein —

  • And streams—continuous flow-supply of milk the taste, quality, nutritional value of which will never deteriorate are available therein —

  • And streams—continuous flow-supply of wine/hard drinks which will be delighting for drinkers are available therein —
