The predicate must include a pronoun which refers back to the Subject. This pronoun must agree in gender and number with the subject. One of the four exceptions to this rule is when the predicate contains the essence of the subject itself as is the case in the first Ayat. Subject is the pronoun of fact and its predicate is a nominal sentence wherein the word
When
(1) The meaning of imperfect verb are changed into a negative past tense with emphasis.
(2) The indicative mood of the imperfect verb
[مُضَارِع مَرْفُوعٌ] becomes jussive mood
[مُضَارِع مَجْزُومٌ] which means
replacement of vowel sign
(3) The consonant and vowel [نَ,نِ] termed as نُون إِعْرَابِي is dropped or elided from the imperfect verb; [these are seven; (1) third person masculine dual (2) third person masculine plural (3) third person feminine dual, (4) second person masculine dual, (5)second person masculine plural, (6) second person feminine singular, (7) second person feminine dual].

You, the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] tell the people
[about Whom you submit
exclusively with absolute sincerity]; He, in Person, never became the cause, and nor was He the effect. Moreover, remember it that for Him there is always none ever to compare/exemplify-He is Unique-The Absolute". [112:03-04] ....................
