When the Help of Allah has come and the Victory [of Mecca at that point in time] is achieved, [110:01]
and you saw and found the people entering into the Code and Conduct of Existence Prescribed by Allah [Islam] in multitudes, [110:02]
thereat [to show gratitude] repetitively narrate and keep struggling with praise of your Sustainer Lord
and keep yourself inclined to seek the Grace-protection and veiling of weaknesses from Him
since it is a fact that He has always been Oft-Returning. [110:03]
