And seek help with patience and performing Ass-sa'laat for uplift and becoming stable personality;

though Sa'laat is certainly burdensome upon people except the humble-minded  [2:45]

who understand that they have to appear before their Sustainer Lord

   and that He has to hold them accountable. [2:46]
