Is then the one, who intelligently knows/recognizes that what has since been sent/communicated  from your Sustainer Lord to you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] is the Fact, resembles like the one who is blind [by heart]?

 Indeed only those who look into matters objectively without overlapping it with emotions/prejudices/ biases/whims/caprices they make themselves remember/cautioned. [13:19]

 

[About Grand Qur'aan same pronouncement in same words 6:155; similar 21:50;38:29]

The Book, We have sent it to you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam], this has been given permanence and perpetuation/the striking peculiarity is that it is prescribed/made to stay for ever;

[Read with 4:82;47:24]

so that the people pursue/critically examine/link/study its Aa'ya'at [for comprehension and deep understanding from every angle/dimension. Root "د ب ر" the basic perception infolded is that of back, rear, posterior; following/pursuing after to the end; critically cross-examine the contents of the Qur'aan pursuing from initial ayah to last statement, ayah]

and so that those men of wisdom who look into matters and conduct objectively without overlapping it with emotions/prejudices/biases/whims/caprices may consult/remind themselves. [38:29]

[is the aforementioned person who is absorbed in worldly enjoyment and satisfied with it-also10:07] Is he like that one who devotes hours of the night for prostration and standing/remaining busy [in reading the Aay'aa't of Allah Grand Qur'aan-3:113] he being cautiously afraid of the Hereafter and seeking the Mercy of his Sustainer Lord;

You, the Messenger, [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] question the people, "Are those who have the information/knowledge and those who do not have the information/knowledge alike?"

Indeed only those who look into matters objectively without overlapping it with emotions/prejudices/ biases/whims/caprices they make themselves remember/cautioned. [39:09]

 

And those people who refrain/avoid that they be obedient/subservient to the defiant/refractory/ wanderer and they return towards [the Aa'ya'at/Book of] Allah, for them is the good news;

therefore you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] guarantee/give glad tidings to My Servants; [39:17]

those who make themselves having heard the Word/Grand Qur'aan [saved it in memory] thereby they incline themselves to physically follow in letter and spirit the best course described in it/Grand Qur'aan [restraining/avoiding that which is declared wrong course]  

They are the people whom Allah has guided

and they are the people, they are men of wisdom who look into matters objectively without overlapping it with emotions/prejudices/biases/whims/caprices/conjectural myths. [39:18]

Have you not visualized/understood [reflect/study/investigate] the apparent fact that Allah sent water from the sky

[Read with 23:18]

thereat He soaked and percolated it into underground reservoirs [Water in springs, seeps, and wells].

Afterwards/lapse of time He sprouted with it cultivated grain crops [monocotyledon-family grass-48:29], their colours are varying.

[Same pronouncement in 57:20]

Afterwards/lapse of time it withers whereupon you see it yellowish, afterwards He made it crushed.

Indeed in it is certainly cause of remembrance for men of wisdom who look into matters objectively without overlapping it with emotions/prejudices/biases/whims/caprices/conjectural myths. [39:21]

And it is certain that in the past We had given to Musa [alai'his'slaam] "The Guidance/Guide"

and We had made Bani Iesraa'eel the inheritors of the Book. [40:53]

A Guide/guidance and a source to frequent/recall/narrate for the men of wisdom who look into matters objectively without overlapping it with emotions/prejudices/biases/whims/caprices and make themselves remember/cautioned. [40:54]
