A small, mean,
paltry, contemptible, thing. So the former signifies
in the Kur, xxxv. 14. One says also
مَا
أَصَبْتُ
مِنْهُ
قِطْمِيرًا, meaning, (assumed tropical:)
I
obtained not of him, or
