الجيم والباء والراء أصلٌ واحد،
وهو جِنْسٌ من العظَمة والعُلوّ
والاستقامة.
That it relates to bone/skeleton,
grandeur, might, superiority and straightness.
In view of its
basic perception, it will denote in negative sense arrogance,
haughtiness; tyrant.

uncritically admired, adorned
and worshipped; none of them is alive; none of them organizes, administers or sustains others except He the
Alone Sustainer
Lord—

He is the Sovereign, the
Elevated, the Glorious, the Cherisher and maintainer of Tranquility and
Peace, the Guardian, the All-Pervasively Dominant, the Irresistible, the
intrinsically Supreme.

Allah
the Exalted is Infinitely Glorious and the focus of
all effort, Exalted above all what they conjecturally associate with
Him. [59:23]

Remember, this was the
civilization of Aad;

They knowingly and
deliberately rejected the Aa'ya'at: verbal passages and unprecedented
displays of their Sustainer Lord; and
rejected the word of His Messengers;

And purposely followed
the word and command of every tyrant/powerful obstinate.

Mūsā
[alai'his'slaam];
certainly a people of great strength and power are living therein.

And we might never enter in it until and unless they might depart
there from.

Thereby, should they depart from the city, thereat we will
certainly be the enterers."
