[release of atmospheric nitrogen brought down by rain-sustenance 45:05]
How often does lightning occur on our planet in a year?

Lightening is a ray of hope of profitability.
Allah, the Exalted, informed the humanity, in Grand Qur'aan: He is the One Who frequently keeps visually showing to you people the lightening, which causes a ray of fear as well hope of profitability. [Refer 13:12] In addition, the fact that He keeps visually showing to you people the lightening is one of His evident demonstratively indicative signs, creating a state of fear and a ray of hope of profitability. [Refer 30:24] Grand Qur’aan is to stay permanently, a guide in time and space, and a statement of fact. It is necessary that whatever is therein, it should be easily perceivable by every reader in time and space notwithstanding the level of information and knowledge available to him. Moreover, it must remain a fact according to the enhanced knowledge of each individual in time and space.
The Grand Qur'aan is composed of
The information is that the effect of

and that from sustenance/food which Allah has descended from the Sky, thereby He rejuvenated the Earth, after its "demise", with this sustenance/food ; [45:05] Lightening is a ray of hope of profitability.
"Lightning is not all bad, however. The soil is
enriched with nitrogen that is released from the atmosphere by lightning
and carried to the ground by raindrops." Nitrogen composes
about four-fifths (78.03 percent) by volume of the atmosphere. Nitrogen
is inert and serves as a diluents for oxygen in burning and respiration
processes. It is an important element in plant nutrition; certain
bacteria in the soil convert atmospheric nitrogen into a form, such as
nitrate, that can be absorbed by plants, a process called nitrogen
fixation. {biological or industrial process by which molecular
atmospheric nitrogen is converted into a chemical compound that is
essential for plant growth}
