The basic perception infolded in the Root is that of indulging in excessive, immoderate or beyond measure with reference to generally or universally accepted norms, limits and measures of behaviour. The perception and meanings of the Root have built in subjective and relational element. And since the excessive, immoderate and extremist tendencies are universally looked upon with dislike, abomination, and unacceptability, therefore, it has inherent negative element. For reason of built in subjective and relational element, it is the context and related field which will determine and expose its meanings with reference to that context, and in definite state generally about the irrational, unnatural, obscene, pervert and excessively emotional sexual conduct.
O you the Mankind!
You are directed to eat selectively from the produce of the Earth that which is permissible and characteristically beneficial and nutrient
Take note that you people should not at all follow the footsteps of Shai'taan.
It is a fact that he is self manifesting enemy for you people. [2:168]
He-Shai'taan certainly inspires-allures you people only to indulge in imbalanced-improper-irrational conduct and sexual perversion [alfaa'sha'ai includes all illicit sexual activity done individually or with others that might lead to intercourse of genitalia [furr'ej] of opposite sexes with mutual consent, called uz'zina];
And that you might tell others something attributing to Allah the Exalted about which you do not personally have the authentic knowledge-verified whether it is written in Qur'aan or is established by tangible evidence. [2:169]
Shai'taan: the Satan mumbles to you the likelihood of poverty by spending in Allah's cause and he prompts you people to indulge in shameless sexual obsessive attitude.
And Allah the Exalted holds out for you the promise of pardon and bounty of His grace.
Moreover remember that Allah the Exalted has domain beyond bounds-limits. He is eternally the all-Knowing. [2:268]
And they are such people that in case they committed for the first time an illicit sexual act,
or had wronged their selves:
They instantly recalled [injunctions of] Allah the Exalted and feeling ashamed they sincerely sought pardon for their respective sins.
[they did the right thing] And who is there who oft forgives sins except Allah the Exalted?
And they did not tie themselves: made it their habit: repetitively acting upon that solitary illicit sexual act they happened to have committed:
Because they are fully aware of it: the implication that its repetition will be a cognizable deed. [3:135]

Verbal noun: a virgin
act: happening and act carried out for the first time. Its
repetition will not be termed as فِعْلٌ
but will be a cognizable/deliberate deed:
عَمَلٌ
Take note; Those of your women who allegedly gather for immoderate sexuality; lesbianism:
Thereat. you are directed to produce four witnesses of good repute amongst you people to testify the allegation against them;
Thereby, if those witnesses testified establishing their guilt: then for reason of conviction you people: their family restrict-restrain them in their respective houses.
This restriction be kept till the death might cause their segregation-alienation;
Or Allah the Exalted makes some other course for them [refraining their meeting with other lesbians may help them get rid of this lustful disease]. [4:15]
[lesbianism; al fahisata is illicit sex not involving intercourse with mutual consent of a man and a woman not being married to each other]
O those people/you, who proclaim to have accepted-become believers;
Listen the prohibition; that you might treat women like property as of inheritance is not permissible in timeline for you people; if done it will result in an abhorrent state.
Take notice: you the husbands should not restrain-deprive them of liberty with motive that you might secure some of the wealth you had earlier given them.
The exception whereat women should be restrained in homes is when they might indulge explicitly in lewdness [refer instruction in 4:15].
And you people are hereby directed to socialize with them-wives in accordance with the accepted norms of society.
For some reason [marriage is on apparent considerations, many thing emerge only after intimacy] should you husbands develop disliking for them, thereat just think that it is possible that something you might disdainfully dislike while Allah the Exalted might have kept abundant good therein. [4:19]
And those people are those who consciously avoid committing major and grave sins [that cause serious and deep rooted disturbance and dilapidation in society] and illicit sexual activities except the minor occasional lapses.
Indeed the Sustainer Lord of you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] is vastly generous in overlooking and forgiving.
He the Exalted absolutely knows you people ever since He produced you people from the Earth, and while you people were fetuses in the bellies of your mothers. [53:32]
Therefore you people should not boast of your selves of elevation/sanctification
He fully knows the one who has made himself mindful, cautious, heedful and avoiding unrestrained conduct in reverence and fear of Allah the Exalted. [53:32]
