The mother
-essence of the book
: The Mother/Principal Book -
Repository of Knowledge
:
(1)3:7(2)13:39=2
It is a possessive phrase; the
first noun is also definite by construct. It is firstly used in a
declarative sentence declaring the injunctive verbal passages of the
miscellany of the Book as the mother - essence of it referring to
Qur'aan. Later, this phrase is used to refer to the Mother -
Principal Book of which Grand Qur'aan is the most exalted segment.
We will study it in the later part of this paper.

-
He the Dominant-the Wise: Knower of hidden
realities is the One Who has since sent to you the
Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] the Book,
compositely.
-
Unitary Verbal Passages
having adjectival specification "permanently
established statute"
containing
inviolate, unassailable,
indissoluble and clenching
commands, directions,
injunctions, decisions, and writ are a subset of it—
-
These Unitary Verbal
Passages
are the Mother—Essence—Main Purpose of the Book.
-
In addition, the other subset
of Unitary Verbal
Passages constituting
Miscellany of the Book are that
which perform act of mirroring
invisible realities and facts through metaphorical presentation.
-
Thereby, as for that group of scholars is concerned—Atilt- deflection is dominant in their hearts—locus of passion and
intellect, their attitude is:
-
For reason of atilt, they purposely persuade whatever of it:
(Grand Qur'aan) baffled them.
-
Their objective is to endeavor to achieve the disharmony,
perplexity, perturbation in society; And to indulge in seeking self-deduced interpretations of
it (Qur'aan).
-
(They do so in circumstance when;)
except Allah the Exalted and the true believers who are the holders
of in-depth knowledge- authorities in respective scientific fields,
they do not know the physical elucidation, manifestation
about that verbal presentation.
-
They in this state of
knowledge tell
people, "We have
wholeheartedly believed in it (the Book). Each and all verbal passages
of it- (Qur'aan) are communicated by our Sustainer Lord."
-
And the
circumstantial fact is that—except the Men of Understanding; those
who
objectively reflect without overlapping
emotions, prejudices and biases—people do not self grasp and take
lesson. [3:07]
: The Mother/Principal Book -
Repository of Knowledge
In Arabic, the Possessive Phrase:
signifies the Mother/Principal book; the book that is the
repository of knowledge; script of all that exists and
phenomena/sciences of the physical realm.
Grand Qur'aan is declared as the most exalted segment of the Mother/Principal
Book.

-
These are the
Aa'ya'at:
symbols, signs,
unitary passages of the [Mother - Principal] Book which is characteristically
Explicit: conveyor of information in
succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized manner; [Refer 12:01]
It is a nominal sentence. It also finds mention in Ayah
26:02 and 28:02. The topic (مبتدأ) of sentence
is: تِلْكَ a
Demonstrative Pronoun: that refers and points towards an earlier
mentioned entity, its antecedent. Sentences beginning with demonstrative
pronouns are in fact subordinate clauses. We find in the text of Grand
Qur'aan that whenever an independent sentence begins with a demonstrative pronoun;
without there being antecedent independent clause, it is
preceded by three or more letters of alphabet, each of which is a
distinct symbol, sign; ayah in Arabic.
The following nominative plural feminine word:
;
meaning signs, symbols, and/or unitary passages of a book,
is the predicate of sentence. This is the first noun: مضاف
of possessive phrase coupled with adjectival phrase for which reason it
is also definite. Its possessive noun: مضاف
إليه is definite noun:
which
finds mention 176 times with all three inflections. It is the first time that it
appears in adjectival phrase with definite active participle:
.
Used as an adjective, the Active
Participle acts as descriptive term.

-
Indeed, Our Majesty has compositely sent the
afore-mentioned Book in the form
of a compilation; titled Qur'aan,
having characteristic
of text transcription in Arabic: a
perspicuous, eloquent, distinctive
and precisely expressive language;
the language of the sons of soil of Arabian Peninsula.
The first sentence of Ayah
12:2, which is structurally simple and semantically declarative, is the dependant clause since it has a pronoun that is referent to the Book
mentioned in the preceding sentence.
Verb-Like Particle
+
نَآ Suffixed
Subject Pronoun:
First Person; Plural/Sovereign singular with prolongation sign.
This
verbal sentence is the Predicate of Verb-Like Particle comprising of Verb: Perfect;
First Person; Plural/Sovereign Singular;
Masculine; [Form IV]; نَا
Subject pronoun, in nominative state +
هُ suffixed Object pronoun; third person;
singular; masculine; مصدر-اِنْزَالٌ
Verbal noun.
:
It is indefinite verbal noun; accusative; meaning A compilation; and is also
Proper Noun as title of the Book. Syntactically, it is Circumstantial Accusative
for the masculine pronoun referent to the Book mentioned earlier. A circumstantial clause describes the manner, circumstances, or
conditions under which the main clause occurs. Circumstantial expression often express nuances of purpose or
finality.
Relative Noun/Adjective: indefinite; Masculine; singular;
accusative; it is the adjectival description of the first noun of phrase.

-
The consideration for its
compilation in Arabic language is that you people might conveniently save it in
memory, thoughtfully analyze the information differentiating fact
from conjecture, and reflect.
This sentence is also subordinate clause since it elaborates the
objective, consideration, intent of accomplished action.
Verb-like particle + Attached subject pronoun:
second person; masculine; plural; accusative state.
:
This verbal sentence is the Predicate of Verb-Like Particle
comprising of Verb:
Imperfect; second person; plural; masculine; Mood: Indicative evident by " نَ";
and [و] Subject pronoun, in nominative
state; مصدر-عَقْلٌ Verbal noun.
It is thus evident that:

is a reference for a unique explicitly explicative book which was sent for the
people in the form of a compilation in Arabic language. Thereby, it is quite
conspicuous that the language of both are different from each other. The Grand
Qur'aan is the rendition in Arabic language of the referred Unique Book . The
objective of rendition of the Unique Book in Arabic further supports this
proposition. It further reveals that convenient understanding and reflecting
upon the contents would not have been possible if the contents of the Unique
Book were not converted - displayed in Arabic. Today, in the era of
computerization, it is not difficult for us to perceive the difference since we
know that the code-language of computer is not understandable for the majority
of people unless it is displayed, termed "Design", on screen in the spoken language of the reader.
A unique literary device is used in
the Grand Qur'aan, called: تَصْرِيفٌ made
from Root: "ص
ر ف":
it leads to
the perception: Perspectives; turning - alternating
the direction; shifting one state/condition to another;
diametrically different in character, tendency, belief,
etc. opposite views;
The varieties, or
vicissitudes, of affairs or
events; scope,
possibilities,
This device
facilitates the reader to conclusively comprehend a subject, topic and
concept by describing it with the help of dichotomous relations; by
showing it from different angles, dimensions, and aspects. By
this device the subjects are explained exhaustively. The most peculiar
element of this device is repetition of most of the words mentioned
earlier about a subject and substituting some words or grammatical
structuring to render that subject exhaustively perceptible.
The information given in Ayahs 12:1-2 about:
is
again given in Ayahs 1-3 of Chapter 43 by substituting just one word and then
adding more information about the Unique Book and its relationship with Qur'aan:
-
And
swearing by the Book which is characteristically explicit: conveyor of information in
succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized manner;
[43:02]
-
It is a fact that Our Majesty has rendered that Book as a
compilation, titled
Qur'aan,
which has characteristic of text
transcription in Arabic: a
perspicuous, eloquent, distinctive, unequivocal and precisely expressive
language;
the language of the sons of soil of Arabian peninsula.
-
The consideration
for its compilation in Arabic is that you people might conveniently save it
in memory, thoughtfully analyze the information differentiating fact from
conjecture and reflect.
[43:03]
All the words are same except the verb:
in place of:
used
earlier. The second difference is the structure. Here the nominal
sentence is the apodosis clause [جواب القسم]
for oath. And:
is the second object of doubly transitive verb. The verb signifies
rendering - converting something as something. It is thus explicit that
"the Book" has been rendered - converted and displayed in Arabic
language. In the next sentence in Ayah-4, it is conversely stated that Qur'aan is
the exalted part of "the Mother/Principal Book":

The explicitly explicative book:
;
a part of which is rendered - converted - displayed as a compiled book in Arabic
language titled Qur'aan that holds most exalted position within it, is then
declared as "the Mother/Principal Book". Earlier it is mentioned that
Mother/Pricipal Book is in
the custody of Allah the Exalted:

-
And We had certainly
sent Messengers before you
Muhammad
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam].
-
And We had declared for them wives and
progeny.
-
Know it; That showing to
people an unprecedented display was not at the discretion of a
Messenger, except with the prior explicit sanction of Allah the
Exalted.
-
A book was there for
guidance: knowledge: Life Manual for each period of time.
[13:38]
-
Allah
the Exalted obscures that about which He
so decides. And perpetuates that which He wills.
-
Take note; the Mother/Principal Book
is in safe custody with Him the Exalted. [13:39]
The fact that both the Mother/Principal
Book and Grand Qur'aan are distinct books is rendered explicit by
mentioning them in two Ayahs by changing the sequencing of their
mention:
-
Aleph [letter], Laam [Consonant] with prolongation sign/glyph, Ra
[Consonant] conjoined with preceding letter.
-
These are the Aa'ya'at: unitary passages of the
Mother/Principal Book; And these are unitary passages of Qur'aan [sent in Arabic];
its characteristic is that it is explicitly
explicative—conveyor
of information in succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized
manner;
[15:01]
-
Two
conjoined/sewn consonants of Arabic alphabet
( أبجدية
عربية);
-
These are the Aa'ya'at:
Unitary Passages of the
Qur'aan; and these are passages of a book, its characteristic is that it is
explicitly explicative—conveyor
of information in succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized
manner. [27:01]
Both the books share the qualitative attribute of
explicitly explicative—conveyor
of information in succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized
manner.
Further information about characteristic of the Mother/Principal book in relation
to Grand Qur'aan is disclosed:

-
Indeed, this is certainly
Qur'aan which is characteristically exalted - guarantor/sustainer of
life—[56:77]
-
Its second
characteristic is that it is scripted within a book whose prominent
feature is that it is
concealed and well protected. [56:78]

-
Nay, the fact
is that it is Qur'aan which has the characteristic of glory and exaltation—[85:21]
-
Its second
characteristic is that it is scripted within a tablet which is
concealed and well protected. [85:22]
The Mother/Principal book is the repository of knowledge; script
of all that exists and phenomena/sciences of the physical realm. It
is disclosed that everything is scripted in the Mother/Principal Book:

-
And all the keys of the invisible treasures
and realities are exclusively by His Grace. Except Him the Exalted no one
can know and manifest them.
-
And He the Exalted fully knows that which
exists in the Dry Land-Earth and
within the Water Reservoirs.
-
And not a single leaf falls except that He
knows it.
-
And there is neither a grain lying in
the layers of darkness beneath the Earth;
-
Nnor anything that remains wet and
fresh; and nor anything that withers and dries;
-
But that it finds mention
in a book, its characteristic is that it is explicitly explicative—conveyor
of information in succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized
manner;
[6:59]

-
Know it; there is no engagement of you the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
paying attention to an important
matter,
nor about that which you relate to people syllable by syllable from the miscellany of Qur'aan;
-
And
nor you people perform
an act except that We are constantly observing you when you are engaged in it.
-
Likewise, none at all weight-mass of sprinkled dot-speck present in the Earth nor
that present in the Sky conceals and will conceal itself to distant
away from your
Sustainer Lord.
-
Know it that neither genus of particles
relatively diminutive in mass than the speck; nor genus of particles that
are relatively greater
than that, are but inventoried in a book,
its characteristic is that it is
explicitly explicative—conveyor
of information in succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized
manner; [10:61]

-
Take note; there is
not a single moving
creature in the Earth but provision of their life maintaining sustenance is
dependent upon Allah the Exalted;
-
And He the Exalted knows the staying
place and departing place of all of them.
-
Everyone of
them is recorded
in a book, its characteristic is that it is explicitly explicative—conveyor
of information in succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized
manner;
[11:06]

-
Do you know not
[the
interrogative here is meant as an affirmative, you know it]
-
That indeed Allah the Exalted knows whatever
exists is in
the Skies and the Earth.
-
Indeed all that is recorded in
a book (Mother/principal book).
-
Indeed this has
always been an easy matter for Allah the Exalted. [22:70]

-
Moreover, there is nothing that
exists in the Sky and the Earth in otherwise non apparent-deeply hidden
state but is catalogued
in a book,
its characteristic is that it is
explicitly explicative—conveyor
of information in succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized
manner. [27:75]

-
And those: ruling elite who
refused to accept said to people: "The
Terminating Moment will not come to us"
-
You the Messenger
[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce:
"No, that thought is false, I swear by my Sustainer Lord, it is
certain that it will definitely come to you. My Sustainer Lord is the
Knower of the secreted-enfolded in future which is invisible to others.
-
Neither weight-mass of a sprinkled dot-speck present in the Earth nor
that present in the Sky conceals and will conceal itself to distant
away from Him-the Knowledgeable of all that exists in non apparent
state.
-
Know it that neither a particle
relatively diminutive than the speck nor that relatively greater
than that are but inventoried in a book,
its characteristic is that it is
explicitly explicative—conveyor
of information in succinct, individuated, distinct and crystallized
manner. [34:03]

-
Certainly We know that which
the Earth diminishes partly from them/the dead bodies,
-
And a well guarded book is held in protection with Our Majesty.
[50:04]
Further details of the information written in the
Mother/Principal Book and the manner how is it written is given in the following
Ayahs:

-
Know it, there is no city
but
that Our Majesty will annihilate before the blowing of second trumpet on
the Day of
Resurrection;
-
Or it will be punished with
severe infliction, earlier.
-
This is what has been written, on lines, within the Mother/Principal Book. [17:58]

-
The
Elevated, Distinct and Chosen Allegiant [Muhammad
Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
is
more
dear and revered with the true believers than their Selves;
-
And his wives are their mothers.
-
Take note,
the holders of
womb's relationship some are in worldly matters nearer-preferable [like
parents] than others as laid down in the Book of Allah the Exalted;
-
From amongst the believers and emigrants
except
that you conduct to your kin in a decent recognized manner.
-
This is what has been written, on lines, within the Mother/Principal Book.
[33:06]

-
None of adversity
descended causing affliction, neither within the Earth nor within
your selves except that which was already recorded in a book. It is
already recorded before Our Majesty might set it free to
take execution.
-
Indeed
this has always been an easy matter for Allah the Exalted. [57:22]
-
This information
regards adversities are already recorded in book is
disclosed for the purpose that
you people might not anguish - deplore for what has left
you. And that you people should not boisterously rejoice about that
which is given to you people.
-
Take note,
Allah the Exalted does not at all appreciate-approve such person who is
conceited, self deluded arrogant boastful. [57:23]

-
Have you not marked the
attitude of those who were given an earmarked share of the
Mother/Principal Book?
-
They are invited
towards the Book of Allah the Exalted: Grand Qur'aan so that it may
resolve and decide issues between them.
-
Afterwards, having
referred to it, a group: elite and intelligentsia of them consciously and
purposely evade.
And knowing the contents of the Book they consciously elude it.
[3:23]

-
Have you not marked the
attitude of those who were given an earmarked share of the
Mother/Principal Book?
-
They indulge
in commerce of the engrossing deviations. And they desire that you may also
stray neglectful
of the path of truth
[and be like them] [4:44]

-
Have you not marked the
attitude of those who were given an earmarked share of the
Mother/Principal Book?
-
They believe in all void-of-substance conjectural myths and in the
Defiant refractory;
-
And they say about those who
have refused to accept and believe that they are better guided on the path
as compared to those who have accepted-believed. [4:51]

-
Therefore,
reflect who could
be a greater evil monger-a distorter-creator of imbalances,
disorder-over stepping than him who artfully conjectured a falsehood
attributing to Allah the Exalted; or publicly contradicted the
Aa'ya'at: Verbal Passages of the Book of Him the Exalted?
-
They are the people whom their share
written in the Mother/Principal book will keep accruing to them:
-
Till such time on
resurrection the Messengers of Our Majesty would have reached them and
will be busy alienating and segregating them.
-
They asked them:
"Where are those whom you used to call upon apart from Allah the
Exalted?"
-
They replied:
"They have gone lost away from us."
-
And they witnessed against their selves that
they were indeed the rejecters-deniers of
Aa'ya'at of Allah told to them by His Messengers. [7:37]

-
Tell them: "Nothing
adverse will
happen to us; only that might happen to us which Allah the Exalted has
written for us; He is our Protector and Helping
Lord.
-
Always remember that the
believers should keep their trust and hopeful reliance upon Allah the
Exalted." [9:51

-
Know it that when Allah the Exalted had obtained
the Pledge-Covenant-Oath of the
Chosen, Dignified and elevated Sincere Allegiants, to the effect:
-
"That whatever I
would have given to you by that time for communication to people
a part of a book (Mother/Principal); and wisdom- knowledge of
invisible- infolded facts;
-
Afterwards the passage of time and having given to you all, a Messenger would have come to
you people. This messenger is a
Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier-Authenticator of that which was
with you all;
-
It will be binding for you people to
affectionately believe in him and must help him".
-
Allah the Exalted asked them: "Have
you willingly consented-pledged to stay by it and that you have self undertaken this Assignment-Covenant of Mine?"
-
They
responded: "We
have heartily and sincerely consented."
-
Allah
the Exalted said:
"Thereby, you people
record-testify your oath. And I also testify along with you as
being amongst witnesses [having
administered the oath]." [3:81]

-
And remember that one
might die is not at will for a person. He will die
only after the explicit permission of Allah the Exalted. His point in time
of death is decreed and recorded in writing.
-
And should someone
determinately aspire for reward of his efforts in this worldly life: We
would give him out of its beneficences.
-
And should someone
desire reward of his efforts in the Hereafter: We
would give him out of its beneficences.
-
And We keep rewarding incessantly those who openly
acknowledge with thanks and gratitude.
[3:145]

-
Know the fact; the number of
months determined by and recorded in the Mother/Principal Book in safe
custody of Allah the Exalted ever since the Day He
created the Skies and the Earth is twelve, each as distinct month;
-
Four sacred months
are so declared amongst these twelve Lunar
months.
-
This is the
primordial straightly
settled, permanent discipline, rule—operative system.
-
Therefore, you people
should not in sacred
months do harmful injustice falling to yourselves.
-
Take note, Confront the
Statue Worshippers: Polytheists, you all collectively, in the manner they wage war on you
collectively;
-
And remember that Allah
the Exalted are
with those who persistently remain mindful and cautiously avoid
unrestrained conduct. [9:36]

-
And those who were given the knowledge and the
belief said, "It is certain that you had remained in that state
for a period; written in the Mother/Principal Book in safe custody of
Allah the Exalted, up to the Day of Resurrection,
-
Whereby this is the Day of Resurrection, but
you people remained persistent in not recognizing it" [30:56]

-
Fir'aoun/Pharaoh said,
[Referring to
statement that infliction is upon the one who contradicted and turned
away from the Guidance-20:48]
"Then what is
the fate of generations that have passed?"
[20:51]
-
Mūsā
[alai'his'slaam]
said, "Its knowledge is recorded and saved in a book that is with
my Sustainer Lord;
-
My Sustainer Lord is neither
ever unmindful - neglectful, nor ever forgets about anything." [20:52]

-
Realize it, Our Majesty does not
burden - impose responsibility/demand/duty upon a person except according to her
capacity - scope- capability - strength - practicability - access - approach - tolerance.
-
And a book - written
record is in safe custody of Our Majesty, it relates only the infallibly established fact.
-
Know it, they will not be subjected to any
injustice [not even iota of it]. [23:62]

-
He who had acquired knowledge by studying
certain book said,
"I will bring it to you before your
glance returns to
you."
-
Thereby—having bees asked to go ahead, when he
saw that throne placed by his side he said, "This is
manifestation of the blessing
of my Sustainer Lord so that He may expose me whether I am grateful or I
am ungrateful;
-
And know it—whoever expressed gratitude, indeed he
expresses gratitude only for his own self—benefit;
-
And whoever concealed ungratefully then
[he
harms his own self] it makes no difference since my Sustainer Lord is
the Absolute Independent, the Exalted". [27:40]

It is a prepositional phrase
coupled with possessive phrase: (1)43:4=1
