Ibn Faris [died-1005] stated:

الراء والفاء والثاء أصلٌ واحدٌ،
وهو كلُّ كلام يُستَحْيا من إظهاره
That it signifies all speech and expression one feels shy
and shame in expressing them.
Thus the perception of Root signifies obscenity and has
negative moral connotation; meanings of causing sexual harassment and is
not desirable in public.

one's wife in the sense of incitement related preliminaries which will
prepare the ground for her involvement and consent, and could lead to
both partners achieving "tranquility" when they indulge in intimate
