But the fact of matter is that You gave them affluence and to their fathers until they forgot the Reminder/Admonition/Message/the Book

What is this! has the Reminder/Admonition [Qur'aan] sent to him from amongst us all?"  

Nay, in fact they are in doubt/skepticism about My Message/Admonition/Reminder-Qur'aan.

Nay, in fact they have not yet been made to taste My chastisement. [38:08]

What is this! has the Reminder sent to/placed before him from amongst us all?

Nay, actually he is a egotist/conceited liar" [54:25]

And indeed those who have persistently refused to accept/believe are almost bent upon, as if to remove you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] from the scene with the sharp focuses of their eyes, when they hear the Admonition/Grand Qur'aan,

and they say to their alike, "indeed he is certainly demented" [68:51]

And/while that Az-Zikar/Grand Qur'aan is but admonition/awakener for the peoples. [68:52] 

 

Grand Qur'aan is the possessor-holder of Record of facts: 38:01

Qur'aan: termed as 15:06,09;16:44;25:29;38:08; 41:41;43:05;54:25;68:51].

Or have you people felt it strange that the Book has come from your Sustainer Lord upon a man from amongst you so that he may awaken/admonish you people.

And you people recall that He/your Sustainer Lord appointed you people the rulers after the [fall/annihilation] of the nation of Noah [alai'his'slaam] and increased you people [from a small minority] in creation/population extensively.

Therefore you people remember/recall to your memory the blessings of Allah

so that you people attain/reap the fruit of perpetual success. [7:69]

And all that we narrate to you in exact sequence/occurrence are from the news of the Messengers with which We strengthen and tranquil your faculty of Processing-Integrating-producing Knowledge-[Brain/Mind].

And in these exact narrations of events has reached to you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] a proven and established fact;

and for true believers is a polite admonishment and a reminder/lesson/advice to remember. [11:120]

And you do not demand/ask them for any remuneration for that telling-conveying this guidance;

that indeed it [Grand Qur'aan] is but a Reminder/Admonition for the worlds/humanity. [12:104]

And that is the Day We presented Hell displaying for the persistent rejecters, [18:100]

those whose eyes were in veil from My Reminder/Book and also they did not acquire it by way of listening. [18:101]

We have not communicated/sent the Grand Qur'aan to you the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] that you might burden yourself with heaviness of mind and heart, the objective is but the narration, a reminder/frequented source for the one who is mindfully apprehensive of eventuality. [20:02-03]

The Qur'aan has been communicated gradually and successively by the One Who created the Earth and the upper/higher Skies [six above Sky of Earth] [20:04]

[thereafter] Ar'Reh'maan ascended/mounted the Seat/Throne. [20:05]

Or have they adopted apart from Him as various iela'aha.

You, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] ask, "You people produce your concrete evidence/substantive proof.

This is Reminder the One/Grand Qur'aan that is with me and is Reminder/Reiteration of that which was before me.

But the fact of the matter is that most of them do not know/intend to understand the Absolute Fact/Grand Qur'aan

with the result that even having seen/listened they aversively refrain. [21:24]

And when those [elite/chieftains of society] who have deliberately refused to accept see you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] they do not take you except non seriously mocking,

[saying to other people] "Is this the one who mentions about various iela'aha of you people"

And they themselves are the rejecters of the Reminder/Grand Qur'aan of  Ar'Reh'maan. [21:36]

You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] ask, "Who protects you during the night and the day from Ar'Reh'maan?" [None protects but Ar'Reh'maan]

None, the fact of the matter is that they having seen/listened aversively refrain/keep away from the Reminder/Grand Qur'aan/remembrance of their Sustainer Lord. [21:42]

And had the Fact molded itself/compromised with their conjectures and desires certainly the Skies and the Earth and whoever is therein would have suffered imbalances, distortions and alterations.

No [their whimsies are false], the fact of the matter is that We have brought them their Admonition whereupon/for reason they having seen/listened aversively refrain/keep away from their Reminder/ Admonition-Grand Qur'aan. [23:71]

And they/ruling elite said to people, "Why have not unprecedented demonstrative signs sent to him from his Sustainer Lord?"

You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce for public information, "the unprecedented demonstrative signs are only from Allah

and I am for you people only the Distinctly Manifest Warner/Revivalist/Admonisher" [29:50]

This/Qur'aan is the Admonishment/ Reminder/Reiteration [of all that was sent earlier-a linkage].

And certainly for those, who remain cautious, heedful and mindful avoiding unrestrained conduct in reverence and fear of Allah, is definitely the most appropriate place to return to; [38:49]

You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] tell them, "I do not demand-ask you any remuneration for telling you this guidance. and nor I make myself from amongst those who force things upon others against their will; [38:86]

 indeed it [Grand Qur'aan] is but a Reminder/Admonition for the worlds/humanity. [38:87]

and you people will conclusively know its news after a time" [38:88]

Is it then the one whose chest Allah has opened for Islam whereupon he is on Enlightenment-the Visible Light/Grand Qur'aan from his Sustainer Lord [like that who has opened his chest for disbelief-plunged it into darkness-16:106]

For reason/thereby woe/regret is for hardened/inflexible attitude of their hearts about the Reminder/Admonisher of Allah [Grand Qur'aan]

They are the people who are in manifest forgetfulness/heedlessness wandering. [39:22]

And whoever lets himself turn away from the Reminder/Admonishment-Grand Qur'aan of Ar'Reh'maan

We let for him a Shai'taan acting like veiling hard cover of egg controlling his mind and heart [alluring with conjectural fascinating assertions of past and present generations] for which reason/thereat he is for him a close comrade/associate. [43:36]

 

How for them be of benefit the Admonishment-Awakening Reminder [Grand Qur'aan]

while indeed  manifestly recognized Messenger has come to them [44:13]

thereafter [having known the Messenger and the Grand Qur'aan] they turned away from him and they said, "a taught one made obsessed with delusions" [44:14]

Indeed in it is the cause for getting alarmed for the one who has a heart or who lets the faculty of listening confront it [save in memory],

and thus he becomes as if he is a witness [to the happened incidents]. [50:37]

and you remind [with Qur'aan] since it is a fact that the Qur'aan/Admonition causes benefit to the Believers.[51:55]

Therefore you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] refrain from the one who has turned away from Our Admonition/Grand Qur'aan

and he seeks nothing except the Worldly Life. [53:29]

Has the time not yet come for those who have proclaimed to have believed

that their hearts may become soft and humble for the "Reminder of Allah" and which He has since communicated from the Statement of Fact [Grand Qur'aan]

and they may not become like those whom the Book was given earlier in time before them,

for reason/whereby their hearts became hardened/dense/stuck to one place/immovable [from the  conjectural myths/stories/notions/hopes made popular]

and indeed most from them are "fasiqoona"/the promise breakers and transgressors/who go out of the prescribed bounds. [57:16]

 The Shai'tann has made himself successfully overpower and bridle them whereupon he has caused them forget the Reminder/Admonition [Grand Qur'aan] of Allah, the Exalted.

They are the Party of Shai'taan.

Undoubtedly, it is a certain fact that the Party of Shai'taan are the people who cause/earn loss to themselves in time-line. [58:19]

Allah has prepared for them a severe torment.

For this reason/therefore you people consciously make yourselves mindful, heedful and cautious of Allah avoiding unrestrained conduct O you the men of wisdom

who have since believed/accepted.

Allah has indeed since sent to you people Admonition/Grand Qur'aan,  [65:10]

 And indeed that/Grand Qur'aan is certainly a reminder/admonition/frequented source for those who who consciously endeavor  to remain cautious, heedful, and mindful avoiding unrestrained conduct. [69:48]

 

[and that it has been communicated to me that] "And if they had consciously maintained themselves steadfast upon the Path/System [prescribed for them by Iebra'heim and Iesma'eile السلام علیہم] indeed We would have given them to drink the drinkable water in abundance, [72:16]

so that We may subject them to a test by that abundance of drinkable water.

And whoever abstains from the Admonition/Book of his Sustainer Lord, he will make him enter into severely felt infliction. [72:17]

Then what causes them to become the avoider/turning away from the Admonition after having seen/read/heard [74:49]

No, [they can't get papers] this Grand Qur'aan is certainly a reminder/admonition/the Word which has reached people, [74:54]

therefore whosoever so willed he remembered/secured in memory/memorized/read/conveyed it [Grand Qur'aan] to others.  [74:55]

And people can neither save it in memory nor can retrieve it for remembrance/narration except that Allah so desires/wills. [A simple fact is mentioned, Allah saves the data and retrieves the data to/from its storage place-memory]

He who remembered/acted on Qur'aan is the member of family of heedful and pardoned/saved ones. [74:56]

And that/Grand Qur'aan can not be uttered by the condemned and cursed Shai'taan [since he and his likes cannot even listen it; therefore cannot narrate]. [81:25]

Therefore where you people are going away [avoiding Grand Qur'aan], [81:26]

since it is but universal Admonition/Revivalist for the Worlds, [81:27]

so that anyone from amongst you who desired he may consciously and rationally incline himself to take the path leading to destination. [81:28]

And you people can not desire [to adopt the Path mentioned in Qur'aan] except that Allah so desires/wills, [A simple fact is mentioned, Allah saves the data and retrieves the data to/from its storage place-memory]

the Sustainer Lord of the Worlds/all that exists and is known. [81:29]

 

This is the Predicate. It is a Verbal Noun [مصدر in Arabic]; Indefinite; nominative.  The Masdar is a noun that signifies the occurrence of an action or a state without association with a  tense of time. The Infinitive Noun [مصدر] alone can only signify the occurrence of an action within the time-period in which it finds mention. Other words are required to signify the action of the [مصدر] Verbal Noun within the context of past, present and/or future. : this qualifying Passive Participle for determines the period of Verbal Noun as entire time-line. Its Root is "ذ ك ر". The basic perception infolded in it is to save and preserve something in the memory, i.e. to retain an idea and perception about a thing in the memory. Things are stored in memory only by comparison. Anything which is retrieved or recalled from the safe storage/memory is for reviewing/visualizing and for narration to others. Thereat, it becomes an admonition for taking lesson for watchful and guarded conduct. Anything which is saved and stored/recorded/written in the memory, or in the Book attains a state as reference source, an operative Manual.

By the addition of the Person who is the recipient of the Book--Reference Book-Operative Manual-Procedural Code of Conduct, its universality has also been emphasized since Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam is declared and pronounced as the Last and the Unique Universal Messenger of Allah the Exalte
