• Henceforth, the Fools (Muna'afiqeen and those averted from Procedural Code of Community of Iebra'heim alai'his'slaam) amongst the People will keep enquiring-conversing amongst themselves —

عنقریب لوگوں (زمانہ نزول میں اہل یہود) میں سے جانے پہچانے بیوقوف (منافقین اپنی قوم کے ایمان لانے والوں کے بارے میں)آپس میں کہیں اور ایسے موقع پر کہتے رہا کریں گے:

• "What is that which has caused them turn away from their Qib'la'tae; Focal Point, the one [East or West] upon which they henceforth adhered?"

”کس بات نے اُن لوگوں کواپنے اُس ”قبلۃ“ سے پلٹا دیا ہے جس پرعرصہ دراز سے ماضی میں قائم رہے ہیں؟“

• You the Messenger Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce to new comers in Islam from the people of Book: "The East and the West are the domain exclusively for Allah the Exalted.

آپ(ﷺ)بتائیں’’ایک مخصوص مشرق اور مغرب کی سمت تمام سمتوں کی مانند اللہ تعالیٰ کے تسلط پر گواہ ہے۔

• He the Exalted keeps guiding him; about whom He the Exalted so decides, towards the High road: Course that keeps heading safely and stably to the destination of peace and tranquillity." [2:142]

وہ جناب اس شخص کو جس کے متعلق رضامند ہوتے ہیں کہ متمنی ہدایت ہے صراط مستقیم کی جانب گامزن فرما دیتے ہیں“۔

• Know it; By appointing Kaa'aba as Qib'la'tae: Focal Point for all, We have declared - rendered [taken out for humanity 3:110] you people a justly balanced, moderate, good and exalted community —

جان لو؛ مرکزی مقام کعبہ کو أَلْقِبْلَۃَ۔تمام کے لئے مرکز توجہ مقرر کرنے کی مانند ہم جناب نے تم لوگوں کو اقوام عالم میں میانہ رو مرکزی امت کی حیثیت دے دی ہے۔

(غور کریں مرکزی شہر مکہ،مرکز توجہ کعبہ، مرکزی امت اور یہ آیت سورۃ کی مرکزی آیت ہے)

• The purpose is that you attain the position of witnesses over the people of society; and the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam, embodiment of mercy] be the witness over you people.

اس کا مقصد تمہیں یہ فضیلت دینا ہے کہ تم دوسرے لوگوں پر گواہی دینے والے بن جاؤ اور تمہارے اوپر گواہی دینے والے صرف رسولِ کریم(ﷺ) ہوں۔

• Know it; Our Majesty have but declared - rendered that Qib'la'tae - Focal Point, which you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] ever adhered, for all —

 اور(اے رسول کریم ﷺ) ہم نے مقرر نہیں کیا اُس (کعبہ معظمہ)کو قبلہ عالم جس قبلہ/مرکزِ توجہ پر آپ(ﷺ بنی اسماعیل کی حیثیت میں بھی) ہمیشہ سے تھے۔

• Only to expose, differentiating he who heartily keeps following the Messenger against he who purposely turns away upon his heels - defies declaration of belief.

 سوائے اِس مقصد کے لئے کہ ہم یہ ظاہر کردیں کہ کون ا ِس کے بعد بھی رسول (کریم) کی دل کی شاد سے اتباع کرتے رہتا ہے اور کون اپنے آپ کوالٹے پاؤں پھیرلیتا ہے۔

• And know; declaration of her [Kaa'aba as Qib'la'tae: Focal Point for all] was indeed heavy - momentous except for those whom Allah the Exalted had guided.

اور یہ بات لوگوں پر جوعرصہ سے مشرق و مغرب کو قبلہ تسلیم کئے ہوئے تھے یقینا اہم/بھاری تھی سوائے اُن پر جنہیں اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہدایت دے دی۔ 

• Remain confident, Allah the Exalted has never intended making your belief as of no effect.

 مگر اطمینان رکھو اللہ تعالیٰ کبھی ایسے نہیں رہے کہ تم لوگوں کے ایمان کو اثر پذیری سے محروم کر دیں۔

• It is a fact that Allah the Exalted is to people most surely full of kindness - gentle, the Fountain of Mercy - mercy overarching all affairs. [2:143]

یقینا اللہ تعالیٰ توعوام الناس کے ساتھ بدرجہ اتم نرمی،لطافت،کرم کا برتاؤ کرتے ہیں؛وہ منبع رحمت ہیں۔
