Intellectual Property of Divine Discourse is ever guarded - impossible to alter-edit in space-time


The hostile attitude and deceitful tactics of the contemporary aristocracy had raised serious concerns and apprehensions for the elevated Messenger about the safety and protection of the Intellectual Property of the Book of Allah the Exalted during and after his life time. He was consoled and informed:

  • And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] trustingly rely [for its security and safety] upon the Living; the unique distinction of Him the Exalted is that He will never ever die.

  • And by repetitively mentioning His praises keep exerting to accomplish your assignment.

  • Take note; He the Exalted suffices to watch the slanders and sins of His subjects; He is eternally informed and aware of everything, absolutely. [25:58]

Qur’ān is unique in all respects in the family of books. It is described as: كَلَٟمُ ٱللَّهِ the Speech, the Parlanceverbal Message, the Discourse spoken by Allah the Exalted exclusively to His elevated universal Messenger Muhammad (Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam). It is then declared as: كِتَٟبُ ٱللَّهِ the Book of Allah the Exalted which is the verbatim transcription of: كَلَٟمُ ٱللَّهِ  in black and white on papers by the right hand of the elevated universal Messenger Muhammad (Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam) as its First Publisher, and given the title Qur’ān which means a composition covering space-time.

It is thus the Intellectual Property exclusively of Allah the Exalted. It is the reason it is alive in time-space and its persistence and safety is guaranteed not by the first Publisher but by its Author:

  • The most prominent fact is that Our Majesty have serially sent the Memoir-Reference Book (Qur’ān to Our Messenger-Spokesperson).

  • And most certainly Our Majesty are the protector and guard for it (text of Qur’ān). [15:09]

Grand Qur’ān is described by an epithet: مُبَارَكٚ: (Passive participle) which means such discourse that will exist perpetually as Manual for aright conduct in Earthly Life, and that it will become more and more prominent. Thereby, its protection for continued survival of Intellectual Property could only be undertaken by the Ever Living and Omnipresent. Thus, it is obvious the Intellectual Property is composed and arranged in such unique and intricate manner which is beyond human capacity to temper - alter - modify a single phoneme. The other unique feature is orthography of consonantal text which has layers of historical Arabic orthography.

The predicate of the emphatic sentence: لَحَـٟفِظُونَ, stems from Root "ح ف ظ" that leads to the perception of maintaining, caring for, preserving, protecting, and guarding an object. When used for a Discourse, the obvious meanings are guarding the Intellectual Property of the Author. Intellectual property is overall term defining creations of the mind, like a book. It is the form of expression of ideas, choice and arrangement of words.

The elevated Messenger was ensured four times that the text of the Book of Allah the Exalted cannot be tempered, during and after his corporeal life:

  • (You the Messenger remain assured) There is absolutely no possibility of an alteration in space-time that could manipulate the composition and arrangement of miscellany of words, phrases and sentences of Allah the Exalted or be its equivalent substitute. [Refer 10:64]


  • (You the Messenger remain assured) There is none at all an alterer in space-time who could manipulate alteration in the composition and arrangement of miscellany of words, phrases and sentences of Him the Exalted or produce equivalent substitute. [Refer 6:34]


  • And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] recite to them, word by word, relevant to the occasion out of the contents of the Book (Qur’ān) of your Sustainer Lord which have since been communicated to you.

  • (You the Messenger remain assured) There is none at all an alterer in space-time who could manipulate alteration in the composition and arrangement of miscellany of words, phrases and sentences of Him the Exalted or produce equivalent substitute. [this sentence is also in 6:115]

  • And you seek not finding a person who has become deviant towards some, substituting inclination from Him the Exalted . [18:27]


Since Qur’ān is the Final Word and Guidance of Allah the Exalted, its safety was assured four times. The structuring of the sentences by the genus negation particle "لَا" has added rhetoric force and emphasis in the veracity of given information; and use of a verbal noun and active participle has extended the negation to time and space. The verbal sentence: بَدِّلْهُ, أُبَدِّلَهُۥ, and active participle: مُبَدِّلَ, and verbal Noun: تَبْدِيلَ, are of Form-II. Their Root is: ب د ل . It signifies placing - stationing a thing at the location of the thing removed. This is replacement and changing of it. In other words, it is substitution: to put somebody or something in place of another, or take the place of another. Thereby, in relation to book it means to alter - edit the intellectual property of the author. This is explicit by the prepositional phrase coupled with possessive phrase "لِـكَلِمَٟتِ ٱللَّهِ" and "لِـكَلِمَٟتِهِۦ" related to elided predicate of  "لَا".

This four time emphatic statement has the value of a claim - to say, without proof or evidence since it is relevant as ever-present in space-time. Therefore, it is obvious the Intellectual Property has some unique features and built-in "protective guards" that will not let some manipulator and a man of tilted heart to alter it.

The safety of intellectual property of Divine Discourse, apart from other reasons like hitherto discontinuation of communication of any further guidance, is necessitated as permanent evidence of second part of its Thesis Statement "مُحَمَّدٚ رَّسُولُ ٱللَّهِ" "Muhammad (Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam) is the Messenger of Allah the Exalted" in every-present.

  • [They ask you for unprecedented display - miracle 3:183;4:153 as proof] But Allah the Exalted is testifying in time and space you being the Messenger by that which He the Exalted has compositely sent to you (Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]). He the Exalted has sent it (Qur’ān) as exhibit of His knowledge

  • And the Angels stand as witnesses to testify this fact

  • Although Allah the Exalted suffices to testify. [4:166]


The Binary composition and segmenting technique of Divine Discourse, the in-built guard. 

The composition and mathematical structure of:  كَلَٟمُ ٱللَّهِ in which it was revealed and spoken to the Messenger is described as Binary:

  • And indeed Our Majesty have given to you the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] Seven explicit Aa'ya'at: Verbal Passages selected-excerpted from the Binary-Symmetrical-analogous Miscellany

  • And Our Majesty have given the Grand Qur’ān to you the Messenger [ Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam].  [15:87]

The choice of words and their arrangement in Qur’ān is such that in time-line all its listeners-readers will perceive the statement in the same manner as an established and proven fact. The Past Imperfect [الماضِيُّ النَّقْلِيُّ] indicates that an action occurred in the past in such manner that its affect remains until the present time. The Past Imperfect is formed by combining the Past Perfect with the particle: . It should be remembered that the Grand Qur’ān was communicated-revealed to people in piecemeal and intermittently. They were first informed and conveyed some Unitary Verbal Passages called: (2:151).

Thus: كَلَٟمُ ٱللَّهِ is primarily divided into two distinct parts:سَبْعٙا مِّنَ ٱلْمَثَانِـى; and ٱلْقُرْءَانَ ٱلْعَظِيـمَ the Grand Qur’ān; Grand Discourse.

The most conspicuous and striking difference between the word choice in the opening Chapter and other 113 Chapters is that in the first Chapter the sentences of declarative and prayer structures do not begin with command verb: قُلْ "you say, pronounce", while it is inevitably included whenever a declarative statement is made in the later chapters by anyone. Whenever a person makes a statement, it is referred as his expression (قَوْلٚ) but when it is preceded by command verb: قُلْ this clarifies that the content-حَدِيثُ in the statement is not of his origin but he is quoting-saying-writing the words in compliance to the command of Allah the Exalted.  All the five sentences of First chapter are our utterances. It is understood that: حَدِيثُ  a unique statement, proposition, emergence of an affair-matter-incident-information for the first time always precedes: قَوْلٚ a relay for the auditory and visual faculty of a recipient. Praise is for Allah the Exalted Who compiled those words for our narration in the language of our guide lord Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam, the great among all that is created, and is communicated also through him.

The principle Orator of Qur’ān is Allah the Exalted Who while addressing suddenly diverts towards the Messenger and asks him that now he should address and say such and such thing to the audience. This helps us visualize as if there are two orators/speakers on the stage before which we the humanity are sitting in assembly as listeners.

A Living is behind the words. Written Words develop a relationship between the Living behind the words and the recipient of the words. The best written words are those which enable the recipient reader not only to listen the sounds inherent in individual words and in their peculiar arrangement and assembly; but he may also feel a strong sense of interaction with the author and senses the presence of the Living behind the words.

Honesty is important to create voice in the writing. The writing must say the infallible truth not that someone might want to hear. Voice is heard when the Writer speaks directly to the reader, as if he or she were standing there talking to him, in a way that is individualistic, expressive, and engaging. Feel of presence and Voice of the Living behind words is the ultimate purpose of the Book.

The First Chapter is the protocol of addressing the Supreme Sovereign by those subjects who are the believers and the first thing they should pray for. Allah the Exalted had earlier also taught us the words and the manner for seeking forgiveness for our first omission:

  • Thereby [realizing the wrong/regretful-ness caused] Aa'dam self observed and slowly and carefully internalized the words that were displayed by his Sustainer Lord, for expressing regrets

  • Thereupon, on expressing words of regret seeking overlooking it, He (his Sustainer Lord) granted impunity to him.

  • It is a fact that He the Exalted is truly the oft granter of impunity, the fountain of Mercy. [2:37]

The Grand Qur’ān; Grand Discourse: ٱلْقُرْءَانَ ٱلْعَظِيـمَ is sub-divided into 113 (prime number) Chapters. Each sub-division is called: سُورَةٌ: a segment denoting: an Enclave of superiority and elevation-Ascending Leap. It is like a spiral having 113 rungs: a series of hierarchical levels on which somebody moves up.

Each: سُورَةٌ chapter is divided into parts, each of which is called: ءَايَةٚ (plural: ءَايَٟتٚ) with varying numbers from minimum 3 to 286 in Chapter 2.

ٱلْمَثَانِـى : It is plural feminine and the Grand Qur’ān is Miscellany of: ءَايَٟت verses, a plural feminine Noun. It is the origin/source from where seven verses: ءَايَٟت of Chapter One are excerpted and rephrased. When all these are collectively taken and referred as the Book, the gender for: ٱلْقُرْءَانَ is masculine.

ٱلْمَثَانِـى: It is derived from Root: " ث ن ى". Its base meanings-perception is to fold a single page or leaf making it two parts while remaining joined and confronting each other; like the folding of one's leg by which the lower leg touches - confronts the thigh; a situation each mirroring the other. two at a time, doubled, duplicated. 

The: سَبْعٙا مِّنَ ٱلْمَثَانِـى constitutes the First Sura: Chapter---which is also titled: سُورَةُ الفَاتِحَةِ the key-opening Chapter-prologue. The Chapter comprises of 7 (prime number) explicit Ayahs and after it the: كَلَٟمُ ٱللَّهِ the Parlancethe Discourseverbal Message of Allah the Exalted has 113 (prime number) Chapters comprising of 6,229 (prime number) Ayahs. It is interesting that when we contrast words relating to miscellany of the Discourse the gender of their numbers is converse; odd numbers in human perception connote masculinity and even numbers connote femininity. The segmentation is specifically mentioned:

  • Moreover, Our Majesty have since segmented it (Qur’ān) in split parts; its purpose is that you the Messenger compile-write-organize it; to read it upon the people, while they are awaiting and expecting (a new release).

  • The fact remains Our Majesty have serially sent it (Qur’ān), gradually and successively.  [17:106]

Thus: كَلَٟمُ ٱللَّهِ is divided into 114 Chapters. Each of 114 sub-divisions is called: سُورَةٌ: a segment denoting: an Enclave of superiority and elevation-Ascending Leap. The 112th سُورَةٌ: Chapter is the peak of hierarchical levels which is captioned: الْإِخْلَاص: A Form-IV verbal noun signifying act and state rendering one as clear, pure, sheer, free from admixture, unmingled, unmixed, disentangled or genuine; and white; to reach to level of purity and sincerity. This is the state of synchronization with nature.

But having reached an ascension one can move or fall on the rungs downwards. Therefore, the last two "rungs": Chapter 113 and 114 are for seeking refuge with the Sustainer Lord to escape chances of downfall. The refuge sought is from all sorts of disquiet, disequilibrium and disconcerts; and from people who are the embodiment of Satan. Arabic word for Satan has also the signification of cobra. Interestingly, we have in our sub-continent a board game, now called Snake and Ladder. Ladder takes to ascensions and bite of snake takes the player downwards or backwards. In life, after having experienced the exhilaration of a ladder, it is quite possible that one could bump into a snake. Hence, the necessity of seeking refuge with the Almighty. Purity and sincerity takes one into the heights of the sky; but whoever de-synchronizes and associates anything with the Unity he will instantly fall from the Sky.

Each Sura/Chapter comprises of plural number - at least three unitary verbal passages:

  • This is a Surat: demarcated partChapter (of Qur’ān); Our Majesty have compositely sent her, and We have prescribed-made it obligatory for all times

  • And Our Majesty have compositely sent therein Aa'ya'at: Unitary Verbal Passages that are explicitly explicative—that render every aspect of a subject distinct-segregated-distinguishing-crystal clear

  • So that you people might at your own remember, comprehend, recollect from memory and relate it to others. [24:01]

The Prepositional: مِّنَ ٱلْمَثَانِـى  Phrase relates to elided adjective for the elided possessive noun of count noun: سَبْعٙا . The preposition: مِّنَ  cannot have meanings other than: "lil tabeez-التبعيض " a sub-set excerpted from the main set because it is preceded by a count noun. The number of unitary verbal passages in the Discourse of Allah the Exalted is thus: 7 (prime)+ 6,229 (prime)= 6,236 and chapters are 114. Had the number been odd, either of Chapters or Unitary Passages, the perception inherent and inalienable semantic feature of: ٱلْمَثَانِـى would have been compromised because an odd number does not reflect the folding - binary nature. Thus the characteristic of these Unitary Verbal Passages is they are selected-excerpted from the Binary-Symmetrical-analogous Miscellany:

  • Allah the Exalted has serially sent the infallibly authentic breaking news and information: the best verbal discourse

  • This discourse is conveyed to people in the form of a written book — It is the explainer with metaphors—mirroring the hidden realities —: It is a Miscellany-cluster of Binary-Symmetrical-analogous verbal passages—

Root: ش ب ه

  • The skins of them, who experience awe of their Sustainer Lord, become bristled by some segment of it (Qur’ān).

  • Afterwards, their skins become soft 

  • And their hearts become soft and revered towards the Reminder-Verbal Message of Allah the Exalted: (Qur’ān).

  • It (Qur’ān) is the Guidance prescribed by Allah the Exalted.

  • He the Exalted guides with it (Qur’ān) a person about whom He decides to be guided.

  • Know it: Should Allah the Exalted let someone absorbed in indifference, engrossed in his self, thereat, there is not at all a guide for him. [39:23]

It says that skins of those who experience awe of their Sustainer Lord become bristled by listening or reading some segment of Grand Qur’ān. A fear response is activated in the Amygdala—an almond-shaped mass of grey matter, one in each hemisphere of the brain, associated with feelings of fear and is important for visual learning and memory—making hair stand on end. Obviously this effect is not caused by injunctive texts, but by the narrative, descriptive and expository texts. When that happens, our brain quickly reviews whether there’s any real instant danger. When it realizes there’s not to worry about, that fear response becomes positive. The fear subsides but the chill remains.

It is thus explicit: كَلَٟمُ ٱللَّهِ the verbal Discourse of Allah the Exalted, which comprises of: كَلِمَٟتُ ٱللَّهِ, are: مَثَانِـىَ; binaries.  This is the unique feature and attribute serving as in-built guard against alteration and editing attempts. It is in itself the evidence and proof of it being of Divine origin. All scholars of species humans and Jinn cannot author, even by utilizing super-computer and artificial intelligence, and compose a discourse of similar volume which is:  مَثَانِـىَ; binaries.

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] make it public: "It is certain that even if the intelligentsia of mankind and species Jinn gathered together for making a collective effort to come with some text resembling this Qur’ān

  • They will not be able to come along with some draft resembling this notwithstanding they helped each other." [17:88]

In statistics, binary data is a statistical data consisting of categorical data that can take exactly two possible values, such as "A" and "B". Often, binary data is used to represent one of two conceptually opposed values, like the success or failure. In textual form, it is like rhetoric device "juxtaposition", a literary term showing contrast by concepts placed side by side. This device is firstly used in First Chapter Ayah 1:7; and is consistent feature in Qur’ān; the contrast like: أَصْحَـٟـبُ ٱلنَّارِ.  and أَصْحَـٟـبُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ. Their statistics of mention will also be different which is representative of personality traits of both. These two possessive phrases occur 19 and 14 times respectively (in all three states). Interestingly the number of harsh tempered Angels performing duty of (أَصْحَٟبَ ٱلنَّارِ) Warders in Hell-Prison is also 19 (Ayah 74:31). Statistics are itself facts obtained from analysing information expressed in numbers, for example information about the number of times that something happens. It can be extended to number of times some concept is mentioned in the text.

  • The resident inmates of the scorching Hell-Prison and the resident inmates of the Paradise never equate in any respect and aspect

  • The resident inmates of the Paradise are the people who are the perpetually successful. [59:20]

The concepts/semantic frame of words: مَثَانِـىَ and: يَسْتَوِىٓ, respectively stemming from Root: ث ن ى and س و ى, are fundamental trait of creation - the physical realm; and they serve as instruments for acquiring knowledge by observation. The later leads to the perception of straightness and balance between things; two things considered equivalent; two things being the same, in effect, value or meaning as something and usually interchangeable. It signifies to fashion in a suitable manner, make adopted to exigencies or requirements; perfect a thing, to put a thing into right or good state, equation.

  • And observe the fact; Our Majesty has created coupling - complementary pairing - binary composition with regard to every entity-element that exists.

  • The objective of couplings - binary composition of all the created units-elements is that you people might at your own conveniently comprehend, save in memory, recall and relate. [51:49]

زَوْجَيْـنِ: It is a dual noun. Its Root is " ز و ج". Basic perception is of coupling, or pairing, joining a thing with another thing; united it to it as its fellow, or like. Everything in physical realm is composed, constituted or is a coupling of two created things - two elements. Nothing is let to appear in the physical domain individually as independent singular unit in itself. It extends to signify couples like husband and wife; male and female; spouse; and alike groups - classes of people.

The name - code and physical presence - existence of the things are bits of information transformed into data. If only one thing comes into the vision of a human being, would it get printed-saved in his memory? For answering this simple question we need not be specialists in psychology, nerves and brain. The answer is in negative. The saving-retention of information about the dimensions and code of a thing in the memory is possible only and is obliged to existence of more than one and contrasting thing enabling comparative study-observation. Comparative study and information about variations, differences, measures, and relationships is the primary reason that enables their saving and preservation in the memory. The variation, difference, and relationship are at least between the two.

Let us reflect for a second; everything of the universe was not in couplings-duals-male female-positive-negative: were it possible for us, what to say of gaining knowledge and admonishment, even to talk and explain?

The objective of couplings - binary composition of all the created units-elements is disclosed: لَعَلَّـكُـمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ: So that you people at your own conveniently comprehend, save in memory, recall and expound it to others. All our knowledge and formulation of information about physical world is indebted to this aspect of creation. It should rather be treated as the first law of natural sciences: that noting in the physical domain exists as an "independent" unit, absolute in itself. The perception conveyed by words like "independent"; "absolute", all by oneself, in their true and finest import, are alien to physical world. Everything in physical world is but dependent, hence binary to complement each other.

The word: خَلَقَ, "He created", stems from Root: خ ل ق. The basic perception is the idea and intention of giving existence to the intended object. Thus the thing is created and exists firstly in Abstract Realm before it takes existence in the Physical Realm.  

The words from this Root are result oriented. The irreducible semantic features of this Root are:

(1) A living Who is the creator of the object;

(2) The will - decision taken by the living to create;

(3) The purpose the Creator has in mind to create the object;

(4) For what or for whom it is meant;

(5) Idea - blue print - determination of measures and proportionality of the thing to other things that creates interrelationships before the object takes existence;

(6) The span of time it will continue to exist or live.

(7) Assigning a name to the object for its cognition.

The Grand Qur’ān explains about the complicated matters having many interrelated parts and features, both visible and invisible realities and facts, in such manner that chances of something remaining enigmatical for the reader may eliminate. Its manifestation, in the context of "Creation":

  • He the Exalted is the One Who created all that exists. Since the creation was meant to exist as unity, therefore, He the Exalted proportioned it to have attributes of proportionality and balance with others for efficient performance of the job it was created for [87:02]

  • Moreover, He the Exalted is the One Who destined things in measure-limit-scale-proportional relativity. Thereby, He the Exalted prescribed regulation - information code for its course of conduct, proceedings and management. [87:03]

Root: ق د ر

The next phase of creation is described: فَسَوَّىٰ; by verbal sentence with prefix particle "فَ" used for eloquence (الفصيحة) particularly at places where the effect describing element conspicuously leads to the elided sentence/element. The verb is from the same Root of: يَسْتَوِىٓ, but is of Form-II which creates attribute of its object signified by Root and its primary form.

The other essential element of creation is: قَدَّرَ; the quantitative aspect of the entity. It stems from Root:ق د ر, which leads to the perception of extent, range, limit, scope of a thing, and its essence, true nature and its ending, fate. It is also of attributive Form-II, verbal Noun: تَقْدِيرٙا.

  • Be aware, He the Exalted has created each and all matter that exists. Thereby, He the Exalted did subject each thing to a measure in a manner of relatively quantifying and equating everything proportionately. [Refer 25:02]

Every entity that is created and exists has quantitative and qualitative attribute. Its quantitative measures relate to its count, number, quantity, size or extent, standard determined for its dimensions, area, volume, mass, weight. For each entity a particular gradable attribute is appropriate.

The second attribute of every tangible is its proportion and relativity in measure to every other tangible. To assign this attribute to an entity is described by Form-II verb and it is described by verbal noun: تَقْدِيرُ: the state and act of rendition of a thing in proportion to other relevant things - the concept of Relativity and inter-dependence of things.

When things are set in measure and in relative proportion to other things they become ordained and wanting. They are thus always in the state of subjugation - forced into state of submission; passive. Everything is by Measure:

  • Take note, every tangible entity introduced in physical realm from His Grace is created by measure - quantity - volume. [13:08]


  • Be informed, Our Majesty had dropped water in one go from the Sky in a measured - fixed quantity [Refer 23:18]


  • It is a fact that Our Majesty have created all things that exist. We have created it (each thing) in a state of determined measure/quantity/volume. [54:49]


  • Allah the Exalted had determined-appointed for each and all things attribute of measure-relativity-causality. [Refer 65:03]


  • And He the Exalted has caused each and all things accounted for quantitatively-in numbers. [72:28]


  • And Our Majesty has rendered each and all material things elaborately enumerated, record in black and white. [78:29]

Measures make everything subservient/under control and command. Like purposeful creation by human beings, all matter is preordained-predestined to exist and operate according to determined and set equations. This we call physical-mathematical sciences. This peculiarity of creation is the fundamental source for attaining knowledge and conviction to act for those who have Freewill and independence of taking recourse of personal choice as against the Universe of Predestination in which they live. Predestined creation has neither Will to operate at one's choice nor is subject to accountability and recompense, in the sense human are.

"Predestination" is but a bond-imprisonment of measures and mutual relationships-relativity and inter-dependence of creatures. Everything is created in a determined measure and they all have Homology, Proportionate-ness, Commensurability, Symmetry, and Pro Rata. Predestination is coercive and compelling. Measures and relativity subjugates and places every thing in a surrendered, passive state. This "Predestination" is in fact the setting of sciences and causality that becomes the source for acquiring knowledge and freewill of humans.

He, the Creator; who creates thing in measure and renders this attribute of each entity in appropriate proportion to every thing relevant to it, is described by the attribute: ٱلْقَدِيرُ and: ٱلْقَادِرُ: the one Who Ordains; the determiner of measures and relativity - Causality, the Setter of Sciences.

The binary structure of the Universe and of Divine Discourse leads us to its basis, origin and source. As a layman we understand Information and Knowledge - a blueprint - a plan of a thing precedes its taking existence in physical realm. Thus a material thing firstly exists in "Abstract Realm" and takes existence to become known to others when the Primal Originator so desires and decides. We pronounce in the first part of Divine Discourse as how do we recognize Allah the Exalted:

  • The Infinite Glory and Praise stands specified eternally and exclusively for Allah the Exalted, the Sustainer Lord of the Known-Multiple universes-All that exists[1:02]

We recognize Him the Exalted as: رَبِّ ٱلْعَٟلَمِيـنَ; the Lord, Sustainer, Cherisher, Master of all that exists, all that can be known; all about which information is available - made public. The Grand Qur’ān concatenates facts in perfect sequence and chronological order. On creation by the Creator the first ever relationship comes into existence is: رَبِّ ٱلْعَٟلَمِيـنَ; unique plural noun: ٱلْعَٟلَمِيـنَ is from Root: ع ل م,  it leads to the perception of an affect by the thing by which it is distinguished from something else, other than it; the perception - cognition of a thing by knowing its existence and reality; it has two significations one the perception of the self of the thing; and secondly adjudging upon a thing with existence of another thing, or negating it which is expatriate from it. In common parlance it signifies information and baking of information into knowledge.

Information, like physical realm, is binary, its smallest unit is bit; but the primal source of information and knowledge is Unitary. When we talk about universe, and concepts like binary and information big names Albert Einstein, Niel Bohr, Claude Shannon, John Wheeler and like Stephen Hawking crop up in mind. But studying them cost me headache, no jokes, if you are like me of ordinary prudence try sharing experience. And headache becomes irritating with the thought what hindered them see the universe is religious minded with no sectarianism and conflicting schools of thought. Her constitution, code of life and conduct, attitude and behaviour is exactly to the protocol signified by a word which was in their knowledge and vocabulary Islam:ٱلْإِسْلَٟمُ, submission to the discipline establishing state of peace, security, tranquillity, harmony and dynamic balance for all; a system and manner of fundamental interactions. They, including Abdus Salam, did not realize it is in fact "Grand Unified Theory" and that there is Single Force, above all "delegated forces" which is and will remain beyond observation. My source of scientific knowledge tells:

  • Indeed, O you the Messenger, your Sustainer Lord is Absolutely Almighty, the holder of absolute force, the Absolutely Dominant. [Refer 11:66]

And that he the Exalted has unified the Universe by prescribing a single discipline, code of conduct for all existents:

  • Know the certain fact; Ad-Deen: Universal Constitution: Code of Conduct prescribed by Allah the Exalted is Islam: a name signifying a state and activity according to the discipline establishing orderly state of peace, security, tranquillity, harmony and dynamic balance for all. [Refer 3:19]

What is the causative factor of information? It is the Will of a Living Who desires to share information with others. Information, thus, arises only through an intentional, volitional act of the Living Being. Therefore, information is but a variable quantity depending on the desire and decision of the Holder of Information and Knowledge:

  • But they can not comprehensively grasp any physical or abstract entity loaded with partial information of the Knowledge of Him the Exalted. Exception is only to that information which He the Exalted desired to share - acquaint them with. [Refer 2:255]

A bit of information through the medium of material world suffices for a rational man to immediately recognize the existence of its sender. Every bit of information introduces us the Lord of the Universes - Allah the Exalted. Therefore, we should not be neglectful of surroundings and become worse than mammals. Let us awake and acknowledge the most visible fact all around us. She whispers us get out of trivial thoughts to feel awe of her Lord by seeing her magnificence splendour. الله أكبر

John Wheeler said the universe had three parts: First, “Everything is Particles,” second, “Everything is Fields,” and third, “Everything is information.” In the 1980s, he began exploring possible connections between information theory and quantum mechanics. It was during this period he coined the phrase “It from bit.” The idea is that the universe emanates from the information inherent within it. Each it or particle is a bit. It from bit. But this postulation is lacking reality in its totality:

  • He the Exalted is the One Who created all that exists. Since the creation was meant to exist as unity, therefore, He the Exalted proportioned it to have attributes of proportionality and balance with others for efficient performance of the job it was created for [87:02]

  • Moreover, He the Exalted is the One Who destined things in measure-limit-scale-proportional relativity. Thereby, He the Exalted prescribed regulation - information code for its course of conduct, proceedings and management. [87:03]

John Wheeler's first part "Everything is Particles" is correct. Everything created is called in Arabic: شَـىْءٌ, it includes subatomic particle to gigantic tangibles. His second part, "Everything is Fields" is also near reality since second phase of creation is: فَسَوَّىٰ; that signifies since everything was to exist in a unified state, therefore, attribute of staying in Fields and enabling ability perform the assigned function was given to each particle. Thus individual particles were in place. The third was determination of quantity of each particle so that all creation be coordinate. His Third postulate "Everything is information" is vague. Everything exists in a state denoted by: فَهَدَىٰ, thereby He the Exalted equipped every particle with guidance, the information-code that are the governing and regulatory instructions for their functioning in right way - course. Thus Wheeler was right to certain extent in saying the idea is that the universe emanates from the information inherent within it. However, it is better to say that everything emanates as reality as exhibition of information previously held by an Agent. Every particle: شَـىْءٌ, is a Percept. But there is no percept which can be perceived in isolation, it is perceived with reference to existence of another percept. Arabic language has a far comprehensive rather scientific word to describe the unit of sciences and scientific study: ءَايَةٚ (plural: ءَايَٟتٚ); It relates to semantic frame Sign. Lane's Lexicon quoting classical Arabic lexicon of Er-Rághib says, "it properly signifies any apparent thing inseparable from a thing not equally apparent, so that when one perceives the former, he knows that he perceives the other, which he cannot perceive by itself,"

This discussion and analysis has revealed to us that "information" is not just "abstract entity" but is a physical - concrete reality. In fact it is "information - knowledge" that exists while what we think exists actually subsists. Knowledge is Infinite, all that persists is finite, whereby, certain quantity of information and knowledge is always retrievable and acquirable.

The Universe is like the screen of the Computer displaying limited amount of knowledge stored in its RAM (Random Access Memory) which can instantly be acquired but much more information is already there in its Permanent Memory that will come to access once transferred to RAM and displayed. So the Source of Knowledge is Unitary. Whatever amount of knowledge the: ٱلْعَلِيـمُ ,the au fait source of knowledge - Allah the Exalted did wish to share it is displayed in the observable form of universe that can be obtained equally by everybody who has passion for knowledge; but also has rendered it exploitable (سَخَّرَ) by humans.

The other method of communication - conveyance of information and knowledge is verbal, orally and in writing. Whatever and to whatever extent the Unitary Source of Knowledge wished to share, He has already shared with His Spokesperson closing the chapter of any further communication of information and knowledge:

  • [In keeping with the promise-93:5] Our Majesty have since personally granted you the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] the unique - ultimate profundity. [108:01]

This is the second reason requiring safeguarding the Intellectual Property of Divine Discourse to make it reach in time-space exactly as it was orated and transcribed by the exalted Messenger Muhammad (Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam).

The Grand Qur’ān is in fact the most exalted part of the Principle Book rendered in the language and dialect of the Last Messenger. The Language of the Principle Book is thereby obviously not Arabic but resembles binary language of computer as is evident by its characteristics mentioned: كِتَٟبٛ مَّسْطُورٛ, a book written on aligned lines (52:2); and where is it written in this manner: فِـى رَقّٛ مَّنْشُورٛ, It is inscribed within a qualitatively fine spread scroll-disc (52:3). This fact is reiterated with choice of another word:

  • Nay, there is no substance in their assertion, the fact is it is discourse titled Qur’ān which has intrinsic characteristic of glory and exaltation[85:21]

  • Its second characteristic is that it is scripted within a shiny plate which is concealed and well protected. [85:22]

Everything related to created - Physical Realm is but Binary. Thereby, it is stable, safe and guarded. Divine Discourse is par excellence  literary Wonder using maximum rhetoric devices for rendering binary relations explicit but is also "digital". Start analysing from major division: :سَبْعٙا مِّنَ ٱلْمَثَانِـى; and ٱلْقُرْءَانَ ٱلْعَظِيـمَ , to Chapters, verses, to sentences, to grammatical units, to words, to syllables, and to granular level of letters of alphabet only to find them binary. My salutes to my elders from species Jinn who after listening this Discourse had commented:

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce: "It has verbally been communicated to me that a group of individuals of pious nature belonging to Species Jinn attentively listened Qur’ān from me (read for elisions with 46:29)

  • Thereby, (after attentively listening they went back to their people) they said: " Indeed We have listened a discourse; it is amazing - uniquely remarkable effective compilation [72:01]

The moment we study it; keeping in mind academic rules it seems at every read amazing Wonder from its Title to the end.


Orthographic Statistics, mathematics and speech statistics

"Statistics is the discipline that concerns the collection, organization, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data."(WikipediA) But what we studied earlier under caption "Binary composition and segmenting technique of Divine Discourse, the in-built guard" statistics is in fact what disciplines the Universe and life. It is statistics that harmonizes and unifies all entities. Statistics is the foundation of science and linguistics. Language and creation are inseparable.

Al-Khalil ibn Ahmad al-Farahidi (718-786CE), an Arab Muslim Mathematician and Cryptographer was the first to write about probability and statistics. He created the first Arabic Lexicon, he had counted the used and unused words as more than twelve millions (1,23,05,412 words).

Spoken words: كَلَٟمُ ٱللَّهِ produce sound (pressure waves) which is vibrations (everything vibrates, nothing is in fact stationary) that travel through the air or another medium and can be heard when they reach a person's ears (أُذُنٚ وَٟعِيَةٚ Ears that act as retainers: Ear's Echoic memory). Thereby, it is generally believed the spoken words decay the moment they are heard. But that is not reality, they get recorded as written words [Refer 50:18].

Writing, on the other hand, produces visible marks that persist through time on the page. Thus visible words exist in space. Written words are in fact the earliest form of sound recorders simultaneously serving as sound players that rendered the speech saved for a longer period of time and its reach to greater number of people. (I am not talking about words termed onomatopoeia in linguistic study). It is better to define the "word" according to Qur’ān as physical containers-receptacles wherein information - semantics is stored. Greater the semantics stored weighty is the container.

The inalienable feature of spoken and written word is that it has heat since it is the product of vibrations and its sound waves will end up as heat when they are absorbed. Concentration on and deep analysis of word can result Gamma brainwaves. Writing, recording in Arabic is also called: تَحْرِيرُ (cognate in Urdu); a word from Root: ح ر ر which signifies heat and emancipation, liberating, setting free. The fundamental property and attribute of heat - thermal energy is it is always on move in one direction, unless people interfere. Similarly, the word has only one meaning in the context, notwithstanding people do manipulate it in other directions. Heat/warmth is the ingredient of life taking existence and its loss is death.

We live in the world of Words. We hear words, thereby we speak words. We see how words are written; thereby we write words with our hand. These are all apparent activity. Our non apparent world-Abstract Realm is also but words. We silently think by words, we ponder by words, and we reflect by words. We arrive at conclusions, decisions and thoughts which are but words. We see and perceive with closed eyes, all by words. Word is not only all around us but inwardly in every cell of us. Minus Word, We cease to exist. The moment we hear not Word, speak not word, read or write not word, or think not a word, "We" are no more cognizable to the majority.  

Spoken and written word, an expression in Arabic is called: لَفْظٌ , from Root: ل ف ظ.  It signifies successively throwing, hurling something which was earlier in the mouth; and denotes expression, articulation, vocalism, pronunciation. Arabic is scientific language. The Root exactly portrays the phenomenon and speech mechanism of humans. Expression is a syllable, a binary of consonant and vowel; meaningful sound is thereby also binary.

Arabic has three types of primary syllables. We study it with the help of First Ayah:


     bies mil la hier rahman ier raheam

First syllable comprises of a consonant: ب, vowel: [ـِ], and consonant: سْ with diacritic Jezm (جزم) literally meaning to cut off, sever, clip: sign ْ  (CVC); بِسْ; (sound "bis") of word: بِسْمِ. It is termed heavy and closed. This is the end-limit of our volition with regard to speech. The auditory distinguishing of the vowels depends on the precise shape and volume of the oral cavity, the region of the vocal tract between the larynx and the opening of the mouth. Main organ involved in adjusting the shape and volume of the oral cavity is the tongue. The phenomenon of vibration of vocal cord [حَبْلِ الْوَرِيدِ] producing sound is but natural upon which man does not exercise mechanical/voluntary controlIt converts the idea-thought, retrieved from memory (literally cut (ج و ب) like cutting of data from hard disk to take it to RAM for display on screen), into sound when one intends to convey it or respond to others. However, once the sound has arrived in the mouth cavity, the tongue mechanically articulates it by will and design to "vowel-ize" the sound in the manner one may like to throw-eject (Root: ل ف ظ) it out of the mouth. Once we have vowel-ized we will have to undertake a fresh volitional activity to eject another sound.

The shape of the vocal tract, and the way the human tongue manipulates, grants it the capability to wilfully take three extreme positions that lead to vowel sounds, universal reality. When the body of the tongue is pushed forward and towards the roof of the mouth we get this vowel [ـِ] called كسرةٌ carrying sound like "i" in English words "Sip-Bit". And this vowel on the last consonant of a noun reflects its state in genitive which determines its grammatical function in the sentence.

Primary syllables do not have consonant clusters. However, written text can have consonant clusters in between a primary syllable; its example is the second syllable: مِ ٱللْ; with sound "mil" though it has Consonant م, vowel genitive [ـِ], consonant (ٱ) with no vowel, consonant: ل; with no vowel and diacritic; and then again is: لَّ; it means two ل, first has Sukoon like سْ; and second is لَ, consonant+ vowel accusative [ ـَ ] (CV) which is the smallest syllable termed light and open. Thus second syllable has extra consonants in written word with no sound: CVccC [ م , [ـِ] ٱ, ل ,لْ].

The fourth syllable of First Ayah is like the second CVccC; and fifth is like the First syllable CVC (رَحْـ). Sixth syllable is:  م  +  vowel accusative [ ـَ ] followed by a long vowel which is first letter of Arabic Alphabet Aleph (ا) written in shortened length, termed as dagger aleph, seemingly written above a straight line conjoining two consonants in the middle of word. So this syllable is Consonant + short Vowel [ ـَ ] and [lus Shortened Long vowel: ـٰ; CVV termed Heavy and Closed.

Seventh syllable is on the pattern of second and fourth CVccC [ ن , [ـِ] ٱ, ر ,رْ]=Heavy Closed; and eighth is CV: ر+ ـَ = Light - Open. Ninth is on the pattern of sixth CVV;  ح+ ـِ plus long Vowel: ي written in the middle as: ـيـ. It has sound of "hea or hee" like in "heat", "heel". Tenth syllable, the end of Ayah and sentence, comprises of Consonant م + Vowel ـِ =CV: Light and Open. Since it is Open and followed by Long Vowel open syllable, therefore, one can pronounce the consonant alone joining it with the previous open syllable resulting in closing of the mouth; giving sound of "heam".

The best language and the best discourse is that which cares for the constraints both of speaker and hearer for smooth communication. Constraint is a limitation or restriction. In linguistics for spoken language it is vocal tract constraints what can be produced and the auditory system constraints what can be perceived. And for reading the constraints relate to eye.

Linguists analyse language by interplay between sound and meaning. Syllables relate to phonetics which is study of speech and non-speech sounds and looking into their articulating and acoustic properties. The recognition and intelligibility of speech sounds is important. Its importance can be gauged from its specific mention in the Divine Discourse:

  • And they (elite Jews: 4:153; 6:7) who disavowed rebuked saying to people:

  • "Why was not the Qur’ān sent upon him (Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam) all at once as discourse?"

  • Yes, it is piecemeal dispatch for the reason Our Majesty let your brain [faculty of Processing-Integrating Knowledge] remain persistently in stable state of calmness and tranquillity.

  • And Our Majesty have given it (Qur’ān) the attribute of easily and distinctly pronounceable in the manner of proportion, symmetry, uniformity and evenness. [25:32]

The exalted Messenger is advised to read and speak out in the same manner:

  • And recite the Qur’ān distinctly making every syllable, vowel, pause prominent, in the manner of proportion, symmetry, uniformity and evenness. [73:04]

The verbal sentences: رَتَّلْنَٟهُ and: رَتِّلِ are from Verbal Noun: تَرْتِيلٙا of Root: ر ت ل. It encodes the perception of proportion, symmetry, uniformity in the thing, and its regularity is of stable nature; a man having teeth looking even and distinct; to submit words from mouth with ease and distinctly. The Form-II verbal noun creates affect in the object, Qur’ān, signified by the Root. The par excellence composition, the body of important features established in the Intellectual Property by the Divine Author, and the aforementioned manner of reading and recitation yields hundred percent-correct speech identification value.

Correct Speech identification value is however susceptible to or can be compromised by interference from other competing sounds. Therefore, to avoid this possibility, the hearer is required to be attentive and remain silent:

  • Take note, when the Grand Qur’ān is read

  • Thereat, since it is the source of guidance and forewarning, you people sincerely and desirously remain attentive for listening it

  • And keep yourself in state of quiet both inwardly and outwardly  

  • So that you hopefully become the people blessed with clemency. [7:204]

This is the manner of listening that ensures zero interference and focused concentration of the heart and ears taking brainwaves into gamma range enabling insights and expanded consciousness. The contrastive attitude is also mentioned:

  • They do not listen except hearing in a playful mood whatever warning - information comes to their notice anew quoted from the Memoir- Admonishment (Qur’ān) received in easy to comprehend composition from their Sustainer Lord. [21:02]

  • Their hearts are distracted and preoccupied in other trifle matters and thoughts.

This attitude explains and renders the concept and direction in the command: أَنصِتُوا۟, more vivid. It is rendering one's self in absolute silence when internally also inaudible sounds are not being created. It has also disclosed that concentration is not the mental process of focusing our mind on a single thought or task but is of the heart where the free-will resides.

The hundred percent-correct speech identification value in literary terms is Eloquence par excellence. It is affect of superb composition of Qur’ān enables the reader to pronounce successive syllables easily and smoothly with no stress and fatigue on vocal cavity. This is indicative of superb coherence and contiguity in the text. It is superbly aligned not only for eyes by orthographic adjustments but also in the flow of sound waves generated by the syllables that help the auditory apparatus to retain and smoothly absorb them.

The Eloquence is in fact Author's Signature both for writing and Speech. Editing and distortion is impossible since a simple forensic test will immediately detect it. The built-in guard to protect the Intellectual Property is the Unique composition which is inimitable:

  • Allah the Exalted has serially sent the infallibly authentic breaking news and information: the best verbal discourse

  • This discourse is conveyed to people in the form of a written book — It is the explainer with metaphors—mirroring the hidden realities —: It is a Miscellany-cluster of Binary-Symmetrical-analogous verbal passages—

The two unique characteristics: مُّتَشَٟبِـهٙا مَّثَانِـىَ of the Book are the guards that make it impossible to altar. The whole discourse is replete with binaries in every aspect, statistical, conceptual, and literary; and so much so it's Thesis Statement is Binary.

The Discourse is unsusceptible to alteration since, like the Messenger rna in Human genome, it resembles a long continuous cord/rope depicting first word to its last word as a chain. The ribosome binds to the single strand of Messenger RNA in the manner denoted by Arabic verbal noun: إِعْتِصَامٌ . As the ribosome binds, we are also directed to consciously bind ourselves with the "Cord/Rope of Allah the Exalted":

  • And you people (Believers) are directed to sincerely grasp and fortify yourselves by taking recourse to "the Rope of Allah the Exalted" (Qu r’ān) collectively

Root: ع ص م

  • And you people should not become self-disintegrated

The basic perception in the Root of word: حَبْلٚ  Root [ح ب ل] is of binding and developing a link and connection between two things; a thing with the help of which one may reach to some other place. It denotes "Rope, Cord"; a string composed of at least two strands which are woven or twisted together. It is thus used to refer to a central idea or link-covenant-pledge that strings people together. It is ROPE that binds things rendering them a unit. And it is the Book which unites people into a coherent social unit - a fraternity. Addition of conjectural sayings by individuals in time and space dismembers the people into groups/sects.

The epithet Rope for describing the Composition of the Discourse is meaningful since Rope is visible entity which cannot be altered even slightly but will immediately be detected. It was always visible by its literary flow and today in 21st century we can find the "signature" both of hand and speech of its exalted Publisher, the Messenger Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam on every page of the Discourse by forensic test``

The superb, delicate and intricate coherence and unity of the Discourse has no parallel and will not be seen even in the best spider's web. This is also built-in safeguard to deter edit attempt. It is proclaimed:

  • Notice; Our Majesty have certainly compiled the Verbal Discourse (Qur’ān) interwoven - a unified whole to facilitate them (Mankind) reading and comprehending in coherence and continuity

  • Objective (of interweaving the Discourse) is that they might self perceive and retain it in memory, take lesson and relate. [28:51]

The attribute assigned to Discourse is described by verbal sentence: وَصَّلْنَا derived from Root: و ص ل. It encodes perception of joining a thing with another that renders them together, in a sequence; joint, link, intertwinement, junction/union. The irreducible semantic feature is amalgamation that renders things a unified whole, an interwoven state, a union, joined. Thereby, when it will be used in relation to a discourse that has many different issues, concepts, subjects it will refer weaving them all to create one unified whole like many strands are twisted to make rope.

The objective of such interwoven composition is enable people memorize it. How many people can memorize an hour speech? Is it not mysterious that thousands and thousands people, including illiterate and who do not know abc of Arabic language and its grammar, memorized it by heart? What made memorization possible? It is the binary feature in the sound rhythm, the binaries in syllables and consonants pronounced from different places of articulation.
