Eyes are sensory organ while the basic perception signified by the Root is mental perception, the perspective faculty of heart and brain. Sense of sight is signified by Root: ن ظ ر  and when eyes - fovea are focused on object and mental perception - mental picture is obtained it is the domain of Root: ب ص ر.  Mental perception can also be obtained independently of sight by eyes.
