  • And the instance of those people who have denied accepting Qur’ān

  • اور ان لوگوں کی مثال جنہوں نے قرء ان کوماننے سے انکار کیا ہے ۔

  • Is like he who shepherds a herd by that sounds which he listens nothing meaningful except calls and whoops.

  • اس چرواہے جیسی ہے جوبھیڑ بکریوں کے ریوڑ کوہنکانے پر سماعتوں سے ٹکرانے والی پکار اور اونچی آواز کے سوا کچھ نہیں سنتا۔

  • They people are deaf dumb, blind

  • ایسے لوگ دانستہ بہرے،گونگے،اندھے بنتے ہیں۔

  • Thereby, they do not reflect-recognize-differentiate. [2:171]

  • لہذا وہ عقل استعمال نہیں کرتے۔(البقرۃ۔۱۷۱)۔


  • And they presumably thought no liquefying test and trial would occur; thereby they acted blindly and remained deaf-unresponsively indifferent to the Book of Allah the Exalted.

  • Afterwards Allah the Exalted turned to them forgivingly; but again with the passage of time the majority of them acted blindly and unresponsively indifferent.

 

  • Be mindful; Allah the Exalted is the ever Observer of all that which acts people keep doing.  [5:71]

  • متنبہ رہو؛ ا للہ تعالیٰ ہر لمحہ اُن اعمال کودیکھ رہے ہیں جو وہ کرتے ہیں۔


  • Know about those who publicly contradicted Our Aa'ya'aat: Verbal Passages of Qur’ān:

  • They were deaf (indifferent-employ not common sense) and dumb (unintelligent, stupid); they were as if engulfed in the layers of darkness.

  • Should Allah the Exalted resolve about deliberate straying of someone, He would let him lost in forgetfulness.

  • And should He the Exalted resolve about rightness of someone; He would render some recourse to guide him upon the High Road: that leads safely and stably to the destination of peace and tranquillity. [6:39]


  • Indeed, the worst and irksome creatures in the judgment of Allah the Exalted are:

  • Those of the deaf and the dumb who do not reflect, interpret, differentiate and captivate knowledge. [8:22]


  • And there are people amongst them who pretend attentively listening you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam].

  • Thereby, can you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] cause such deaf to listen despite they were intentionally not applying the faculty of intellect to save speech in memory? [10:42]


  • Example of two groups; one like the blind and the deaf; and the other of vision and the listener

  • Are they both render identical in public eye?

  • Why you answer not; Is it for reason that you people are not in habit of self reflecting? [11:24]


  • Know it, Subject to Allah the Exalted guides a person [by Grand Qur’ān]; thereby, he is the person who guides himself aright.

  • And whom Allah the Exalted would expose/let remain in neglectful straying then for this reason you will not find for such people protectors/patrons other than Him the Exalted.

  • And Our Majesty will gather them on the Day of Rising; on their faces will be blindness, dumbness and deafness

  • Their abode is in the Hell-Prison

  • Every time she (Hell-Prison) subsided, Our Majesty increased them with regard to temperature - inflammation. [17:97]

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, "I am cautioning you people only with the verbally communicated Words of Allah the Exalted." [in the Book-Grand Qur’ān-18:27]

  • But fact remains, the deaf do not listen the call when they are admonished/cautioned. [21:45]


  • And the sincere allegiants of Ar'Reh'maan the Exalted are they who when reminded by mentioning the Aa'ya'at: Verbal Unitary Passages of their Sustainer Lord:

  • They used not to behave - react upon them in a state of deafness and blindness. [25:73]


  • It is true that you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] cannot make the dead listen you.

  • And neither can you make the deaf listen/comprehend the call/word the moment they reflexively about-faced on their backs. [27:80]


  • Thereby, It is true that you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] cannot make the dead listen you.

  • And neither you can make the deaf men listen/comprehend the call/word the moment they reflexively about-faced on their backs. [30:52]


  • Can you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] cause the deaf to hear[despite that if they do not intentionally apply faculty of intellect/save the vibrating sounds]

  • Or can you guide/show the path to the blind [hearted despite that if they do not have/apply vision]

  • And the one who has been in consciously maintained heedlessness wandering. [43:40]


  • They are the people whom Allah the Exalted has discarded as condemned and cursed.

  • Thereby He the Exalted has let them remain deaf and has rendered their faculty of vision blinded. [47:23]
