• Know it; They who are stingy and miser in donating, out of that which Allah the Exalted has granted them of His bounty, must not consider such attitude as if it is better for them.

• No, it is wrong perception; the fact is that this attitude will be for them a cause of trouble and botheration.

• The wealth they stingy with will be kept tied to their necks like a collar on the Day of Rising.

• And the domain of the Skies and the Earth is eternally the subject exclusively for Allah the Exalted.

• Remain mindful that Allah the Exalted is informed-aware of all acts which you people keep doing. [3:180]

• (Allah the Exalted does not appreciate and approve those) They who are themselves stingy and miser and to justify their act instruct others to miserly withhold the worldly wherewithal from spending in the cause of Allah;

• And they conceal that which Allah the Exalted has bestowed upon them out of His Bounty; [they should not consider it something better for them-3:180].

• Be mindful, Our Majesty have prepared for the disavowers - ungrateful people a humbling chastisement, disgracing. [4:37]

• Subsequent to His Majesty having granted them out of His Bounty they became miser with it and turned away —

• While they kept refraining, avoiding fulfilling their promise. [9:76]

• If He the Exalted asks for that thereat pressing it upon you obligatorily, you [the deceptive claimants of belief Muna'fi'qeen] will miserly withhold and He the Exalted would expose your cattiness and slyness. [47:37]

• Listen! You are the people called upon for spending in the cause of Allah the Exalted. Yet some amongst you miserly withholds —

• And should someone miserly withhold, in effect he miserly withholds from his own self.

• Realize it; Allah the Exalted is eternally the Absolutely Independent and you people are the needy dependents.

• And if you people purposely about-face then know the possibility that He the Exalted would decide substituting the nation presently opposite of you people. Thereafter they will not be the likes of you people. [47:38]

• (Allah the Exalted does not appreciate and approve) Those who are themselves stingy and miser and to justify their act instruct other people to miserly withhold the worldly wherewithal from spending in the cause of Allah —

• And whoever purposely about-faced, thereat, it should be known that indeed Allah is the One Who is eternally the Absolutely Independent, eternally the focus of Glory and Praise.[57:24]

• And as for he is concerned who withheld miserly while feigning self-sufficient free of any need and support— [92:08]
