اللام والباء والسين أصلٌ صحيح واحد، يدلُّ على مخالَطَة ومداخَلة. من ذلك لَبسْتُ الثَّوبَ ألْبَسُه، وهو الأصل

واللَّبْس اختلاط الأمر

That it leads to the perception of mixing, sociality, and interposition, interjection, step in. It thus means wearing article of clothing, garment which is its primary signification. And it means uncertainty, ambiguity, rendering an affair messy, confused, dubious.

  • And you people (the religious leaders/scholars) should not clothe the Proven Truth [My Aaya'at, any Statement of Fact] with the falsehood-conjectural stories-scum. Nor you people should keep withholding-concealing for common people the Infallible Truth—

  • اور حقیقت کوتخیلاتی باتوں کے لبادے سے تم لوگ مت ڈھانپو،التباس پیدا کرو، اور حقیقت کو لوگوں سے مت چھپاؤ۔

  • Sexually inciting preliminary activities directed towards your wives were permissible during the night of the Fasting for you people.

  • اپنی بیویوں کے ساتھ جنسی خواہشات ابھارنے والے عوامل  رمضان کی راتوں میں تم لوگوں کے لئے(تمہارے گمان کے برعکس)حلال تھے۔

  • They (respective) wives are apparel for you people and you are apparel for them.

  • وہ(بیویاں)تم لوگوں(خاوندوں)کے لئے لباس ہیں،اور تم(خاوند)ان کے لئے لباس ہو۔

  • Allah the Exalted has known-observed that by self imposed restriction you people diligently kept lessening-suppressing the rights of your own selves. Thereby, He the Exalted has paid attention upon you to move you out of self imposed restrictions, and has since removed erroneous perception away from you.

  • اللہ تعالیٰ نے جان لیا ہے کہ تم لوگ سخت کوشش سے اپنے آپ کو روک کرخود اپنے ساتھ حق تلافی کرتے رہے ہو،اس لئے ان جناب نے تم پر توجہ فرما کر اس خود ساختہ پابندی کی وضاحت کر دی ہے۔اور اس گمان کو تم سے دور کر دیا ہے۔

  • Therefore, after this clarification henceforth undertake mutual-consented intercourse with them in the nights of fasting and you people seek its result [not son or daughter but] that which Allah the Exalted has written for you people.

  • اس لئے اس نکتے کی وضاحت ہو جانے پر اب جاؤ ان (اپنی بیوی)سے باہمی خواہش سے مباشرت کرو اور اس کی خواہش و جستجو کرو جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے تمہارے لئے لکھ دیا ہوا ہے۔

  • And you people eat and drink during the night till the horizontal white line renders itself for you people distinguishable emerging from unfolding of the day - daybreak—delineated from the horizontal line-layer of black-obscure colour —

  • اور رات کے دوران کھاتے پیتے رہو اس لمحے تک جب  متوازی سفید  لکیر اپنے آپ کو تم لوگوں کے لئے کالی لکیر سے متمیز اور عیاں کر دے (صبح صادق،سحر کے بعد)، یہ وقت ا س رات کی فجر(پو پھوٹنے،طلوع روشنی)سے قبل ہے۔

  • Thereafter, you are directed to complete the fast spatiotemporally towards the setting in of night -Sun set: beginning of a new lunar day.

  • بعد ازاں تم لوگ روزوں (اجتناب  جنسی ،کھاناپینا)کو مکمل کرو رات کی جانب(نئے قمری دن کی جانب)۔

  • Take note; you people should not establish intimate mutually consented matrimonial contact-intercourse on visiting them (respective wives) during the currency of the period you are devotee in reclusion inside the Mosques.

  • رمضان کی راتوں میں ایک پابندی ہے،  جب تم لوگ مسجدوں میں اعتکاف میں ہو تو گھر آنے پر تمہیں اپنی بیویوں سے مباشرت نہیں کرنا چاہئے۔

  • These—afore stated are the limits-restraints-demarcations prescribed by Allah the Exalted; Therefore, you people should not approach their boundaries [overstep/transgress-2:229].

  • یہ بیان کردہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی مقرر کردہ حدود ہیں اس لئے تم لوگوں کو چاہئے کہ ان سے تجاوز کرنے کے خواہشمند مت بنو۔

  • This is how Allah the Exalted explicitly explicates His Aa'ya'at: Verbal  Passages of Qur’ān rendering each point-concept-situation distinctly isolated and crystal clear for the people—

  • اس تقابلی انداز میں اللہ تعالیٰ اپنی آیات کو لوگوں کے فہم کے لئے متمیز اور واضح فرما دیتے ہیں۔

  • So that they might endeavour to protect their selves. [2:187]

  • اس کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ وہ  اپنے آپ کو محفوظ و مامون بنا سکیں(مقررہ حدود کے اندر   رہ کر)۔


  • O You the (clergy-knowledgeable) people of the Book!

  • اے اہل کتاب!

  • What for you people clothe the Infallible Truth with the false conjectural fascinating assertions —

  • کیوں تم لوگ بیان حقیقت کی تلبیس ظن  وگمان اور اختراع کردہ باتوں کو جھاگ کی مانندپھیلانے کے انداز سے کرتے ہو

  • And withhold mentioning the Infallible Truth —

  • اور ساتھ میں بیان حقیقت کو چھپاتے ہو(لوگوں کو بتاتے نہیں)۔

  • You people do it while you are fully aware of that? [3:71]

  • باوجود اس کے کہ تمہیں اس کا بخوبی علم ہے۔


  • And had Our Majesty assigned him an Angel; We would have certainly assigned that angel a man's appearance.

  • And We would have caused that confusion upon them with which they bewilder. [6:09]


  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce: "He the Exalted has full command and ability that He might revive-repeat upon you people the distress originating and seizing you from space above you or from beneath your feet —

  • Or He the Exalted might let you people in a state of few groups/sects; and might cause some of you taste the combat power of some others".

  • Appreciate the manner how Our Majesty alternate the Verbal Passages (of Qur'an) in interchanging pattern - alternatives —

  • Its objective is that people might conceptualize-conveniently comprehend. [6:65]


  • Know it; Those who heartily accepted/believed and afterwards have not disguised their belief with distortions and conjectures:

  • They are the people, the peace and tranquillity is the privilege exclusive for them.

  • And they are the people who have guided their selves aright." [6:82]


  • And likewise their associates have made murdering of their off springs alluring for many amongst the idolaters —

  • Their objective is they might destruct-make them rolling stones [control demographically]; and that they might psychologically manipulate rendering upon them their Code-Belief confused and obscured.

  • And had it been the resolve of Allah the Exalted; they could not have innovatively done it.

  • Therefore, for reason of granted liberty of choice to them; You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]  leave them; and that which they imaginatively fabricate. [6:137]


  • O You the posterity of Adam! Our Majesty has sent clothing upon you people. Its characteristic is that it renders your bodies covered-concealed—body-contours/inflection points veiled-confused; and its other feature is that it serves as integuments/feathers like protection [from heat discharge/outflow-16:81].

  • Take note about the Garment of Cautiousness and Restraint: It is the best best veil and integument.

  • This information about clothing is a disclosure out of miscellany of pointers of Allah the Exalted with the purpose that hopefully they develop habit of remembering the Divine Providence. [7:26]


  • O You the posterity of Adam! Be mindful, Shai'taan (descriptive/expressive name given to Ieb'lees)) should not henceforth liquefy and expose you people —

  • Like he caused exodus of your parents from the Paradise —

  • He intended stripping their clothing off their bodies so that he may cause them seeing body of each other.

  • The fact is that he (Shai'taan) watches you people; he and his tribe, from an angle/dimension/place where the eyes of you people cannot see them.

  • Indeed We have declared satanic minded people as patrons, colleagues, trailblazers for those who do not accept/believe. [7:27]


  • And He the Exalted is the Only Who has subjected the water-reservoir to a set discipline —

  • Wherefore you people may eat fresh and tender meat —

  • And that you may seek taking out there from pearls - ornaments which you people wear.

  • And you find the ships piercing - sailing within it; and so that you people undertake efforts  searching for His Bounty —

  • And so that you people might keep expressing gratitude. [16:14]


  • Know it; Allah the Exalted has struck the example of a community; she was securely peaceful, and quite happy and satisfied —

  • Its Sustenance-economic stability was contributed from every place that rendered her flourishing in abundance.

  • Then she ungratefully disavowed regards the blessings of Allah the Exalted.

  • Thereby, Allah the Exalted caused them to experience the garb/veil of all pervasive economic recession - food shortage and fear of insecurity-collapse of law and order situation.

  • This upshot was for that which they kept artfully fabricating false conjectural myths to mislead people. [16:112]

  • They are the people — Gardens of pleasant abode are in wait for them, streams will be flowing side-by them —

  • They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold —

  • And they people wear green garments made from natural yarn of fine silk, and lightening effect producing cloth: brocade —

  • They will lean therein on adorned sofas.

  • What an excellent reward and most appropriate living abode. [18:31]

  • And Our Majesty taught him the making of armor coats for you people so that it may protect you of mutual combat offensives.

  • In response would you people be thankfully obliged? [21:80]


  • Indeed Allah the Exalted will enter those who accepted - believed and performed deeds righteously / moderately [according to the Book] —

  • In the Gardens with canals of water flowing side by wherein they shall reside perpetually —

  • They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearls —

  • And their garments therein will be pure silky. [22:23]


  • Realize it, He the Exalted is the One Who has appointed and rendered for you people the night as like wrapper -garment—source of comfort - seclusion from others —

  • اور وہ جناب ہیں جنہوں نے رات کو تم لوگوں کے لئےلباس کی مانند کر دیا جو نشیب و فراز کو اوجھل کر دیتا ہے،۔

  • And the sleep as a source-cause of rest and restraint to free action —

  • اور انہوں نے نیند کوآرام و سکون  کا ذریعہ بنا دیا۔

  • And He the Exalted has appointed and rendered the Day for revival - scattering - social activity. [25:47]

  • اور انہوں نے دن کوزندگی کی اشاعت و پھیلاؤکا ذریعہ بنا دیا۔


  • And the two large reservoirs of water/seas and rivers are not alike —

  • This one is restrained and restricted quenching thirst, its drink is pleasant; and this one is saline characteristically bitter burning to mouth drink —

  • And yet from each one of them (river and sea) you people eat fresh and soft meat.

  • And you take out from that pearls/ornaments, you people wear them.

  • And you find the ships piercing-sailing within it; and so that you people undertake efforts  searching for His Bounty—

  • And so that you people might keep expressing gratitude. [35:12]


  • The Gardens of pleasant abode, they will enter therein —

  • They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearls —

  • And their garments therein will be silky. [35:33]


  • They people wear garments green made from natural yarn of fine silk, and lightening effect producing cloth—cloud brocade,

  • While they meet and confront each other [in celebrating parties]. [44:53]

  • Were Our Majesty then weary with the originating creation?

  • No, there was even not the slightest weariness as earlier told you [46:33] the fact is that they feign being in confusion about the modern/latest creation - resurrection. [50:15]


  • And Our Majesty have rendered the night as wrapper/garment [source of comfort/seclusion from others]. [78:10]

  • اورہم جناب نےرات کولباس کی مانند کر دیا جو نشیب و فراز کو اوجھل کر دیتا ہے،۔
